This book is amazing, and so educational on a topic that a lot of people struggle with. This is about eating real, healthy, unprocessed food. This book is an amazing guide to following your gut both literally and emotionally and to learn how to connect with yourself. This is not a book about counting calories, or going into a restrictive diet it’s about learning to listen to your own body.
