This was another great story by Kelli Callahan. This was different type of story than I am use to reading by this author. It was still a ménage but had a darker element to it.

Rourke and Brody have been accused of a crime that they didn’t commit. They have a chance to break out of jail. The person that will put them away is also their old lover. Anabelle must choose between family or her lovers. She made the wrong choice and now they are after her. They want her to pay for lying about them. Will they get their revenge before they are caught again? Will Anabelle correct her mistake?

Another amazing story from Kelli Callahan filled with love, betrayal, mystery, murder and a whole lot of lust. A dark themed story that will change the lives of three unsuspecting pawns in a deadly game of control. Annabelle takes a trip to the Southside of Chicago for a bit of fun but has she bitten off more than expected when she meets bad boy Brody? Growing up in the seedy side of town with his best friend, Rourke, Brody vows to make it out one out these days but never expected to meet a Louboutin wearing princess on his side of the tracks. Brody is rough on Annabelle her first time not taking time to ease her discomfort but then something happens and she enjoys the pleasure of pain and can't get enough. Brody and Rourke share everything and Rourke shows Annabelle a different kind of pleasurable pain creating a connection of something stronger than just a release. This is a very powerful story about what true loyalty is all about, where it lies and making the right choices. Contains dark themes of punishment and pain but all participants consent to the acts. This story can be read as a stand alone but you will also recognize names from previous and possibly future books. This is one rollercoaster ride you don't want to miss. Anabelle, Rourke and Brody are quite the trio in this dark and suspenseful romance and Ms Callahan is going to floor you, once again, with her talent and skill. Ravaged By Them is exactly what Anabelle is, mind & body.

In this highly imaginative release a horrible wrong has been done to Rourke and Brody. It really is too bad Anabelle is the one that hurt them. What could of been was ruined by a sense of Family loyalty that is highly misplaced and there is only one way to fix it. First, escape and find their 'Princess', then revenge. Captured by these two powerful men, Anabelle is about to suffer. Unfortunately for her, with more then just her body. It is her mind and shattered heart that will take the most damage. Can Anabelle be strong enough? Can they hold on to one another when the dust settles? Find out here in this superbly designed book.

I was beyond fortunate to have requested an advanced reader's copy of Ravaged By Them in exchange for my honest/voluntarily given opinion and I highly recommend reading this book as well as anything written by Ms Callahan. Kelli Callahan has continually crafted such engrossing storylines and captured the hearts of many reader's with her incredible talent.

When Annabelle decides to take a walk on the wild side nothing could prepare her for Brody. Brody is a rough alpha male and wants to leave his hometown behind for better things. Then he meets Annabelle and everything changes. Annabelle discovers that she like a little pain with her pleasure and Brody shared her with his friend Rourke. They keep everything quiet because Annabelle's father is a very powerful and dangerous man. However something happens and Annabelle's men are wrongly accused of a crime and they blame her for it. When they break out they plot revenge on her for what's happen only she isn't the same woman they knew. Will they take her father down? Can they be together considering everything that's happened?

This is a great story once I started it I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Although the content is dark and may offend some....I found the authors ability to paint this book in a manner that was not only appealing but erotic. Oh yeah, a psychologist would have a field day with the topic but that's when you remind yourself this is only a story. A hot, dark, tempting, naughty story.

Let's begin with nothing that happened in this book was not consenting even though it was rough and wild. Even with all that said, there is a story here. Spoiled princess who wishes for more gets her wish with a twist. She falls for these dark men, one with an alpha side that will sizzle the pages.
When found out the twist happens and the downfall brings about its own repercussions.
I know I'm being vague but do you really want to know the whole story before you get your hands on it? Didn't think so.
Interesting characters with a dark plot that is very well expressed and written.
Yes, I will guiltily say I can recommend this but only to those who like dark reads and open minds.

Our heroine betrayed her two lovers for family. Now they want revenge and she is not sure who is right.

This is book two in the series and can be read as a standalone. While the reader will not immediately understand the background, you get enough of a recap early on to get caught up.

This is a dark menage romance story with strong elements of D/S and punishments. Everything is consensual, as our heroine feels she deserves what they dish out, but it is still rather twisted at times.

The story is very well written, with solid characters and strong motions. There is very real chemistry between the characters, some of it damaged by previous acts, but real nonetheless. There are several twists and turns in the main plot as the characters attempt to unravel truth from lies, but the real question is can the damage of the past, can their relationship, be fixed? To find that answer to that one, you are going to have to read the book.

I really can't say much in my review as I want to make sure you enter into this story the same as I did, with only the synopsis in my mind. I read Caged by Them, the first book in this series by Kelli Callahan and thought to myself then that there was no way she couple top that one yet her she is twisting a sordid tale of love, betrayal, intrigue, murder and mystery that will keep you turning the pages while your heart is pounding out of your chest. You will not be able to stop yourself from NEEDING to know what happens next. Watching how life stripped Annabelle of her naive trusting nature will leave you shattered emotionally right along with her. After reading the first two books in this series I must say I am not waiting so patiently for the next one. I can't wait to take the next dark emotional rider with her.

I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. This was a dark story the continues Caged By Them. This story begins with Josef's murder in jail and Rourke and Brody's escape from jail. They are in jail awaiting trial for a murder they didn't commit but their lady friend Annabelle and her father accused them of. They kidnap her and force her to see what's really been going on, making her see the submission she needs and craves. It's dark and lots of people are getting arrested and killed because there King of Chicago says so. That's also Annabelle's dad. Will Justice be served and some of the wrong be able to be set right.

Dark, mysterious, full of answers but so many questions too.
Great story! This is the 2nd book in the Descent into Darkness group. They're technically standalones but this second book has flashbacks to characters from the first one, Caged by Them, and opens up questions for some of those characters as well as new ones for subjects in future books. It's like its own universe and I'm loving it.
Anabelle, Rourke & Brody are amazing characters. The mystery and intrigue of their story kept me on the edge of my seat. The flashbacks & mentions of other characters has me chomping at the bit to know where this universe is going. The chemistry of the Anabelle, Rourke & Brody is beyond hot & adds to the characters' personalities. Definitely recommend to those that like their reads on the Dark side.

Rourke and Brody are desperate to prove that they didn't do what they have been charged with. Anabelle was always taught that no matter what, family came first. She broke all their hearts, now they want revenge. Will Anabelle be able to realize the truth around her? Will Rourke and Brody gain their freedom?

Have to say you really couldn't help, but like each character, despite what was going on in the story. I didn't blame Anabelle for her reactions because when you are told something enough times throughout your life, it kind of sticks with you. I loved how Rourke was determined to help her break free and be who she really was. Brody was definitely a tough nut to crack, but loved how once he did, his heart showed through. Good read!

Hollow read

This book, while seeming to move quickly, did not flow well. It lacked cohesiveness, and the constant past to present sequencing made it jumpy creating these vignettes linking sex scene after scene with no genuine warmth. The storyline was weak, not much to it other that what you read in the blurb -- MFM menage, heroes' betrayal and jail due to the weakness (immaturity, to be exact) of the heroine -- and HEA redemption. I liked that the MFM relationship was dissimilar to ones I've read in the past, which I found creative. The heroes were at times independent (MF) in their play with the heroine and demonstrated different styles in their interaction with her. Overall, fair read.

OMG this book is so powerful, Question for you. What would you do if some one sent you up? saying you murdered someone???
This is the story of Annabel who believes her father is a good man but what she doesn't know is he is Evil. The king of Chicago. When Annabel wants to have some fun she goes to the south side. The side her Daddy doesn't want her to go to. And she meets Brody and Rourke.
I really don't want to give too much away because it would ruin it for you but let me tell you this is a brilliant read. I couldnt put it down A great 2nd book in the series A must read

This is not the first book I have read by this author and it will not be the last. This author creates an amazing hot read but also includes these amazing characters and such a strong story line to her books. In my opinion, you cannot go wrong with Kelli Callahan book! This particular hot and sexy read is on the dark side but Anabelle, Rourke and Brody are great characters that will keep you interested and aching for more as you turn each page. This is a story about family, love and of course betrayal.

The sacred family motto

This was a dark tale born of vengeance, of two best friends who take the first opportunity handed to them when they break out of prison to seek out the woman responsible for placing them there with her statement, an ultimate betrayal to their relationship. The choice Anabelle Prescott made under fire which had cost Brody and Rourke a year of their lives. Unbeknownst to her, however, her father was the nearest a man could get to ruling the roost in Chicago. First, though, Anabelle had to pay for destroying what they had and then she owed it to them to make things right.

This just keeps getting better and better. It has darkness, suspense, romance, love, and everything in between. If you haven't read Caged by Them, I suggest you do that first. It won't detract from this story but it makes some of the things that happen, make more sense. Annabelle, Brody, and Rourke were hot and I am glad they eventually figured it out. I can't wait to see what happens next because some of those surprises were crazy!

Here we have another story from this author that keeps on amazing me with the plot ideas she comes up with. The characters are so beautifully created and twisted in some ways that the only thing I can wonder about is where on earth do these ideas come to the author?
Anyways - that is probably not the biggest issue, the story is just simply quite good and as said the plot and ideas great. I loved reading this one and hope you will too.

Although book two in the series, this one can be read as a standalone. I didn't have the chance to read book one first but had no problem following along with Anabelle, Brody, and Rourke's story. It was another good one from this author. There was chemistry between the characters and steamy scenes. There were also twists that kept it interesting. I'm looking forward to reading the next book in the series, as well as going back and reading book one.

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book. Rourke and Brody are from the bad side of town - running errands none of them really is proud of, but it keeps food on the table. And there's Anabelle - a spoiled brat from the other side of town, out for a adventure... A story about power, betrayal and so much more. I enjoyed reading through this one though it's a little dark every now and then, but absolutely worth your time

I admit there is a few parts in the begining that are really slow and hard to get into like the whole prison break in the beginning but once things start getting heated up it draws the reader in

This is the second book in the series but can be read as a stand-alone. Anabelle rebels against her father and goes out to have some fun, she meets Brody and Rourke and sparks fly. When her father forces her to turn on them, Brody and Rourke plan to have their revenge. Fast-paced read with steamy chemistry and amazing characters. I was hooked from beginning to end.

This is a bit of a different story from Kelli Callahan. It’s very dark and a bit unsettling. Still a great story but a bit down the rabbit hole. Annabelle lies about Brody and Rourke which lands them in jail. The path to forgiveness is not easy!
