This took me forever to read because I only read a chapter at a time but it was worth the read. I really admire Sean O'Shea as a Dog Trainer and his values vibe with mine really well. He describes this book as "a teeny, tiny, casual nuts and bolts, zero BS personal development book" and that's exactly what it was.
