I have read Cantrell's work before and have always enjoyed his story telling. He develops his characters and make most of them likeable.
That said, the reader should be aware of finding some editing errors in the story, not many just a few. Some sentences not completed, wrong choice of works. Not enough to really quibble about but the reader should be aware this isn't the "perfect" book from a major publisher.
The reader should also be aware that Cantrell throws in some political posturing as well but, to me at least, it seems to be from both sides of the aisle so, if you are like me, just ignore it and go on with the story.

Another Great Book

I have been reading Jay’s works for years (and have periodically suggested that he start selling them). I am pleased to see that his first work for sale is at least as good as he previous works.

Another great story

Have read many of Mr. Cantrell's stories on a self published website. Everything he writes is consistently entertaining. He has a knock for developing characters and situations that draw you in.

A fun read with plenty of action

Many grammatical errors but a fun read with many subplots and character relations. At first the ending seemed to fizzle until a random hookup in a bar which tied it all together.

Going strong

Once again Jay has done his thing. He has created a whole universe of Characters that keep popping up or mentioned in his other stories. He is also a Harry Chapin fan. Read it you will enjoy it.

A plus. Highly recommended.

Plotting, first rate. Character development, first rate. Action, suspense, a huge cast of supporting characters, some good, some bad, but with motives that are at least understandable.
Buy it. You’ll be glad you did.
