This book was very useful for me in a class I was taking about conducting research in the technical communication field. While it’s about a topic that is nearly impossible to make interesting, it at least avoided being tedious or badly written. I came out of reading this book with a better understanding of high-level academic research and a respect for the Tech Com field.
