Robert Hickey has researched and written an outstanding global reference for today's business professionals, tomorrow's leaders and any socialite. This reference book is a must if you need to write, mail an invitation, introduce a business colleague or speak to an ambassador, cardinal, chief of state, city mayor, deputy chief of mission, judge or an elected official. Robert Hickey's book is exquisitely organized and his specific formulas to follow for both business and social interactions are clear and easy to follow. When conducting executive training sessions for clients, in the US or abroad, Robert's book is an instant hit with the audience and a perfect gift. I highly recommend this international resource for anyone seeking to improve their communication and relationships.

Robert Hickey authored this amazingly comprehensive reference book providing formal forms of address and much more. A must to ensure your officials and event participants receive the honors and courtesies they have distinctly earned.

I reference it regularly... it is by my side, not on a bookshelf!
