We created this all in one personal trainer & tracker so that you don’t have do ANY thinking when it comes to your workouts.
Having the journal removes any possible excuse for having an awesome workout, because the journal itself provides a way to keep competitive with yourself so you can continue to see progress without plateauing.
There is no guess-work. Your ONLY mission is to just find the time to open the book and do a 25 minute workout.
