I was given this book after attending a ‘Trust and Psychological Safety’ session run by the author. Stephanie’s passion shines through this book. Her tips at the end of each chapters help the reader consider little tweaks they can make to their lives. The message that we could all be a little kinder and can build relationships and bonds with laughter make me want to work harder at finding joy in the little things. Thank you, Stephanie!
Some interesting ideas but too full of things that are very much common sense. This feels like a book that could have been an article. It really seems like each chapter is just rephrasing the same thing over and over again and every paragraph could be found in any chapter.
It's an interesting book. The author guides us through many steps, helping us understand the reason causing negative thinking, how it affects our mind, and how to distract those negatives. In the end, I find a cure for my mind, become a positive person.
