DTOM: Series of the Tytler Cycle: Zero Light Pollution

Rate this book
How often do we take the luxury life that we live in for granted? In an instant our country, our lives could change forever. Coronal Mass Ejection (CME) or better known as a solar flare has happened in the past. Back in the 1860s was the last major solar flare that struck the earth, which affected the entire world. Fortunately, during that time, electronics did not dictate or run our lives as they do today. Today everyone relies on technology for every single activity that we do. Most civilians only have enough food in their household for up to three days on average. The next large solar flare to hit the earth is not a matter of if, but when it happens, our world, our nation would turn into total anarchy and chaos within three days. Neighbors would turn against each other for another slice of food to feed their families. When hit with a direct solar flare, it would whip out all of the electronics; such as cell phones, internet, computers, most modern day vehicles, and all modern day appliances. In this series, we are going to take a realistic look of what could happen if such a disaster were to happen to our world. What would our troops that are deployed overseas do? Would nations fall or thrive? If they did fall, what would happen? In this series we will see the story unravel into a new world.
