Basic Plot: Broke girl who works at a club bags 3 CEOs.
I got this for free on Amazon's "stuff your Kindle day" promotion and thought I'd give it a whirl. Spicy fantasy romance has been enjoyable, why not something more contemporary? Well, you get what you pay for.
The writing was poor. There were typos and grammar errors, clunky phrasing and a LOT of tell over show. This was a short piece, but there were major time jumps that skipped over any possible chance for character development, relationship development, or plot. The FMC's mom frikking *dies of cancer* during one of the time jumps. The sex scenes were meh, and there were several times when the sheer physical improbability of what was being described baffled me. Some things just aren't physically possible.
By the time the end of the book happened, and she was hoping to get pregnant as she marries 3 dudes at once, I was just done. It was stretching my suspension of disbelief too far. And I've already noted that I read romantasy. I'm an open-minded, largely non-judgemental person. Live with your 3 dudes and enjoy. I don’t care. More power to her for finding what she wants and going for it. But the baby-making followed by wedding ending was just ridiculous. Oof.
I have a feeling I'll be reviewing quite a few smutty trainwrecks over the next few weeks. Enjoy my pain and pop some popcorn while we blame Amazon together.

This book HAD to be written by a sorority girl who got drunk, and her friends dared her to write a smut book. Sex scenes are mediocre. The time jumps make for a lot of guesswork and leave a lot to be desired. I'm not even sure why she had so many time jumps when the book is only like 90 pages long, like girl.... you had time. I had high hopes for this book.

I felt like I read the prologue and epilogue to a book and skipped the actual story in-between.
Also, why is the book title first person if the book is written in third person?

Our Valentine started out with great promise and I was immediately hooked.
Jessie works at a high-end exclusive taboo club but has to find a better paying job because she's paying for her moms cancer treatments. She finds the perfect job and goes in to a 3 person panel interview and one of the people on the panel is a regular at the club. Due to a Non Disclosure Agreement she signed as an employee of the taboo club, she can't say anything, and he proceeds to sabotage her interview.
Dejected, she goes to work that night trying to think of ways to get more money when two HOT MEN walk into the club. The sub they had booked for the evening in a private room was otherwise occupied, so she volunteers to take her place and be their sub for the evening.
The following *cough* scene is basically the two men attach her to the Saint Andrew's Cross, and then without any action we cut to the next chapter which opens on the next day.
And the next day the men are all ready confessing their love to her and offering her a dream job which will take care of all of her moms cancer treatment bills. What a lucky girl *eyeroll*
The modus operandi of the novel from here on out is get to a fun part, then cut to another scene.
Except the time jumps are ridiculous.
Once the Reverse Harem is established, the next chapter cuts to a year later and we get the cliffs notes version "So the past year has been incredible working for my three hot CEO's. They insisted I and my mom move in with them" and then once you're caught up in what's been happening for the past year, the next chapter cuts to three years later with another cliffs notes version "So this has been happening the last three years and I can't wait to see what my three hot CEO's say when they see me"
There were so many time jumps i thought I was a time traveler.
Honestly the plot, though it started with great potential, sucked in the end because the author didn't take the time to actually develop anything that would truly entice you to keep going. The *cough* scenes were greatly lacking and showed the author lacks a basic understanding of BDSM culture or etiquette. Throwing in a "Good girl" here and there does not make him a Dom.
If the author actually took the time to parse out the plot and stopped with the ridiculous time jumps, this could have been an amazing novel. As it is, it felt rushed, jumpy, unsatisfactory, uneducated, and juvenile.

2⭐️ because it wasn’t that good. Had pretty much no plot and was focused on the sexual aspect of the book.
Basic overview: Jenny a 28yr old woman struggling financially while looking after and payment for her sick mother’s cancer treatment. She works at a high end s*x club but is looking for another job to help her out with the financial situation she is in. She goes to work one day and meets two gorgeous men who are interested in her being a sub for the night. The two men Mitch and Brian are business partners with a third man Derek, who is planning on merging their new resort business with the s*x club. Brian and Mitch decide they want Jenny to be the manager of this resort and offer her the job, they also decide they don’t just want a work relationship with her they want more.

Overall I didn’t like the book, there was no plot and the story was super short. No character building and the characters have absolutely no depth. It’s very surface level. I feel if there was more information about the characters and a build up to their relationship it would have been a lot better.
Instead it went from female mc meets two guys at her s*x club workplace, gets involved with them outside of her work. They introduce her to the third guy, he gets involved too. They decide it’s not just about the physical and get romantically involved with her. The story then jumps to a couple years down the line, they are all still together and that’s basically when it ends.
I feel that if this story had more depth and it would have been such a good book. But it didn’t hit the mark for me. Absolutely no hate towards the author or anyone who likes the book, these are simply my opinions on it and I mean no disrespect whatsoever.

This is a short novella about a women falling in love with 3 CEO's.

If you like steamy books with all kinds of sex, then you will love this short book. Bryant and Mitch are opening a new division of their sex club resort in New Orleans. When they go to a night time sex club to check it out, they meet Jenny. They are both impressed with her and ask her to manage their new club. Derrick’s business isn’t doing well mostly because of a jerk in his company who’s is working against him. I was glad to see he had great business sense to try and out fox him. Bryant and Mitch ask him to become a partner in their company and meet Jenny. It was different for me to see how three men share one woman. I voluntarily read an Advanced Reader’s copy of this book.

I found the story quite amusing, but I have to admit that even for a shorter book it felt a bit rushed. There were several points in the story where I wished for the story to have more detail and development. The pacing made it difficult to fully immerse myself in the plot and connect with the characters, which is a bit sad because I did liked the idea of the plot and this idea kept me entertained enough to finish this book.
To sum up: It was enjoyable but I just wish there was more to the story, because I was missing that spark. I still give it three stars though! (Three stars for me means I liked it.)

I am voluntarily reviewing this Advanced Reader Copy. This quick, easy read by Liz Gavin is just that. Jenny is faced with bankruptcy from her mother's medical bills and needs another job. Bryant and Mitch own the Sinful Spa & Resort. Between them and their investor Derrick they decide to hire Jenny. This is an instant attraction, sexual chemistry, hot scenes book that will take you away with their fantasies. This is not a heavy book with a deep plot, but it is a sexy escape when you're looking for a retreat.

It depends on what you’re looking for. If you are looking for a very short read with a lot of steamy RH sex then this is your book. It also has a simple plot. If you are looking for character development, it’ll be hard to find because the story is so short. I’ve read books from this author before and they were good. I wish this was longer. Short and definitely sexy and steamy, but the book jumped from one thing to another without rally finishing the plot lines. Why bring up a job interview if we don’t know if Jenny was offered the job? Why spend an entire chapter on Derricks’s company’s potential takeover to never find out what happens? Jenny’s mom was ill, and then she was gone. No build up, no endings. This could have been a much better book.

Jenny is trying to financially get her head above water trying to cover her mother's medical bills and needs to catch a break. What these 3 men do discover is that there is more to Jenny than they realise. Such a sexy story full of sexual pleasure and fantasies shared by all. I enjoyed this book.

I volunteered to read this ARC for an honest review. I enjoyed this story about Jenny, Bryant, Derrick and Mitch. The three guys are partners in a new spa opening in NOLA and are looking to hire some locals. When they meet Jenny they are blown away by her. All three guys fall hard for her and she them. Quick read with lots of heat.

This is one quick and red HOT steamy read that will wear out your fan/ac and leave you sitting with a smile and wanting the next book in the series by the best selling author, Liz Gavin. This story is fun, passionate and engaging with powerful characters that you almost feel as if you 'know' them. A great start to a new series. I look forward to reading the rest. I got the audiobook for free at an event (fortunately), so I did not really read the summary beforehand.
Now, 3 men involved with Jenny? And those 3 also quickly fell in love with her? And vice versa? Oh my.
Even at 42% there‘s no real plot. And honestly, I‘m still searching for the chemistry between Bryant and Jenny and Mitch and Jenny.
I don‘t know about Derrick and Jenny‘s chemistry though but frankly, doesn‘t matter now.

If you are looking for a quick insta love steamy story then look no further. This is a why choose story with one FMC and three MMCs. This mainly surrounds Valentine’s Day and night. There is about 75% steam and 25% plot. It is fast paced and these characters fall fast and hard. These is some funny banter between the male main characters since they are best friends, almost like brothers, and very close. I enjoyed it.

This was a free book via a Stuff Your Kindle event. I read this pretty quickly as it is a short story.
Overall it was an ok read, not my favorite. It was spicy, but didn't have any true "meat" to the story. This was a flat read that didn't capture my attention and stay in my mind.
If asked about the book, I don't think I could tell you who is in the book or what it was about. Not memorable at all.
Overall it was an ok read, not my favorite. It was spicy, but didn't have any true "meat" to the story. This was a flat read that didn't capture my attention and stay in my mind.
If asked about the book, I don't think I could tell you who is in the book or what it was about. Not memorable at all.

This was an Insta-everything quick story. Derrick, Bryant and Mitch hire Jenny to be the general manager of their joint venture Sexy & Sinful Spa and Resort. They also begin a smoking hot sharing relationship together.

Short any very hot story we have here. I love connection between guys, they are great friends understanding each others without words sometimes and all of them with one interest only - Jenny. Strong woman who turn theirs worlds upside down and who have now all support needed. And.. well.. sex is just fantastic as well.

Good but wanted more.
Good read but there was more questions left unanswered. The chemistrys hot and loving is steamy but I would have wanted more to the story to complete it. I normally love this authors work and it might only be me who feels this way about this particular book.

This book is a short read but a very steamy one! The plot is good, the characters are wonderful as is the chemistry between them. It’s a face paced novel as it only takes an hour or 2 to read it! It’s a fun steamy read.

What a great story ! A nice and short read that captivates the reader . Jenny has her Moms medical bills she needs to pay . Working at Club Desire just does not cover the bills that she has . Brandt and Mitch visit Club Desire and and offer Jenny a job at their new club they are opening with Derrick another partner .

I found this book to be hot and steamy. It was a short story with intense scenes between multiple characters. I liked reading this book. The chemistry was apparent right from the start. The premise of the story was interesting and I thought the author delivered. I would have liked a bit more story because the characters were entertaining even when they weren't in the bedroom.

Wonderfully fantastic... The book was amazing... It had a lot of details and juicy scenes to it... The characters and their personalities match them perfectly... The plot and the storyline was very descriptive and amazing...
