Stoicism is a detailed and nicely written summary of the Stoicism, an philosophy developed in Ancient Greece. The Book precisely describes what Stoicism is and explain how it can be useful in today's chaotic modern society. With quotes from Seneca to Epictetus and other important figures from history this booklet would provide you some useful tips by how people can comprehend and practice Stoicism.
I liked reading this book. It immediately clarifies to me this complex philosophy and it gave me so many useful ideas and support to deal with negative aspects of my life, with work and our society as a whole.
I did not particularly enjoy the exercises that the author suggests to do. By the way, it might be so because probably I am lazy and I need them badly.
