The idea was wonderful. The execution was greatly lacking. Why bring up Susan's day job? Added nothing to the story. It could've just started with her going to work at Sultry. I did like the scenes with her and Mike, but every Dom I know and have read, all give their sub the time and patience to explain themselves when the sub has committed a transgression. And the way this just dropped at the end really was the biggest disappointment.

I knew this was a shorter length story (Novella), and I knew it was book one in a series, but I did not expect it to be 40-ish pages of sex with no actual story whatsoever. I'm disappointed because I've read some incredible stories, that are similar in nature, but this one felt like a script for a porno. So if you looking for a fast dirty dominant 40 minutes of reading, with no thinking then this book might be great for you.

Oh My Goodness. I have loved reading these amazing books. You feel so invested in the characters and story when you read them.These books were gripping, well written and the chemistry between the characters was just awesome!!

If this book was edited for grammar mistakes, it probably would have been a much better read. But there were wrong pronouns used and too many words in one sentence that didn't make sense.
I couldn't give it a higher rating than a 2.5 stars.
