About the author

Mickey Vanes is a new author with an immense love for stories. Her days of a writing technically began as a five-year-old child scribbling nonsense on paper and imagining epic adventures with Batman or the Fantastic Four. Her love for fiction grew and she finished her first novel, The Keeper Chronicles - Book I: Beginnings, in 2010 while still in college. This book is part of a mission to give everyone a chance to see themselves represented in fiction. Her goal is to create new and exciting characters that will challenge our expectations at every turn.

Puppet Show combines unlikely friendship, unexpected romance, and the quest for self, with wit, charm, and levity, without sacrificing depth and authenticity. It is now one of my favorite books and I highly recommend it!!
