Far Strike. Take the fight to the enemy.
Humanity’s first engagements with the invading Trivar have not gone to plan and the aliens have shown no mercy in exacting punishment, destroying several Confederation worlds and killing billions of people.
Surrender is not an option.
One of the Space Corps’ monitoring stations finds hints of a Trivar world, countless galaxies away, and a mission is formed to search for a way to counter the enemy space fleet’s seemingly impregnable defences. The newly-promoted Captain Becky Keller is in charge and with her is Lieutenant Joe Nation, as well as a contingent of the Space Corps’ best soldiers.
The Confederation knows how to fight. What this mission promises is savage conflict and endless destruction. An enemy base on a distant world holds a secret which answers many questions about the Trivar, as well as hinting at further players in this particular game.
Keller and Nation will require every ounce of skill and guts to win this one. Luckily, they’ve been sent to battle in a legend from the Space Corps fleet - the heavy cruiser ES Rampage has seen a thousand battles and never once been destroyed. The Trivar will soon learn that the reputation of this warship for toughness is well-earned.
Far Strike is a high-action science fiction adventure involving massive space battles, overwhelming odds and exciting technologies. It continues the Transcended series and picks up straight after book 2: Fleet Vanguard.

The action starts early and it doesn't let up. I also take care to mix in plenty of humanity. The characters I write are all distinctly believable, often facing uncaring enemies and overwhelming odds. When they win, it's because they did their best.

I finished this one in what??? six hours??? That was how exciting and interesting this one is.........
And wow always, the human race when faced with adversity, they truly shine and embody the meaning of the most intelligent of all species(at least in sci-fi), facing against unbeatable odds, a plan is hatched to bring the fight to the Trivar's homeworld, even with all the technological break through of the human race, there will always be someone stronger, much more intelligent and technologically superior than you............
Avoiding spoilers, Far Strike introduces another race, the Scions and as the story rolls along...........SURPRISE!!!! Just how surprising, all of these races are connected The Trivar, Antaron and the Scions!!!!
And here I was thinking that Becky Keller and Joe Nation are so powerful due to their augmentation, but that is not the case, again a rousing applause to the writer, not only were our protagonist almost killed but their augmentation was put through everything and just barely save the day!!!!

good story with some issues.
Fast paced, plenty of action. The only issue I have is that the main character Joe nation seems to always run low on power, this is a handicap that has been imposed by the author this handicap is unnecessary because you’re not gonna kill one of the two main characters. Besides that it’s a good book and a good story. I have read it before and do not remember why I did not write a review. But it’s easy reading and worth the read.

I nice quick read with our hero's off in a distant unexplored region fighting a new enamy which is the same one really but different.. Its exciting and pretty fast moving with a great pace the writer carry you along really well without the need for non stop action. I'm kinda getting into this author I will explore other books after these.

Intense!
Heart throbbing action from page 1 to the end. This series has evolved into interesting times with multiple unanswered questions, a huge mystery. For said mysteries, I throw myself into the next book.
I hope many readers find themselves enthralled with this writer.

Awesome Space Adventure
Fast paced, heart stopping action and adventure will make you not let go of this book. The characters are awesome and great to get behind. I really like this book and I highly recommend it.

Good read.
The book was full of action and a few surprises now they have come across another alien fleet that is bent on there complete destruction and found out that they had made the other enemies that are out to destroy them.

Amazingly inventive.
