A dwarf slayer and his human companion have been murdered in the Skewered Dragon inn. Can the killer be brought to justice, and are the victims really the famous Gotrek and Felix?
A bit muddled. A pair trying to impersonate Gotrek and Felix get themselves killed in a tavern brawl with an ogre. A secondary character turns out to have been a Nurgle cultist who engineered the whole thing to try and summon a demon. He escapes in the confusion, only to run into the real Gotrek and Felix, who have been tracking him. No points for guessing how that encounter ends.
There is a "Watch procedural" framing device that doesn't really go anywhere. The best bit was the little clues sprinkled in that let you know that the initial sighting of "Gotrek and Felix" isn't the real thing.
For G&F completeniks only. It's inoffensive, but everyone else could miss this and not miss a thing.
