*Sigh* I do enjoy this series but this is probably my least favorite story so far. It wasn't horrible it was just kind of boring and I didn't enjoy the story. I that Emily was super annoying and kind of a witch. Tank was blah in general. You could skip this in this series and not miss a thing.

Cowardly
Emily took the cowards way out when Tank left for the Army but now he is back and he will.force her to be brave so they can have their HEA. This book was ok thought Emily was a bit of a b$$ch for pushing Tank away.

Unexpectedly dull
I thought that this would be ALOT more entertaining than it was, this was such a dry story. and the sexy times was when they were teens so that grossed me out, all in all I did not like this story at all

Brave is book four in the alpha men series. This story is short, fast paced and a nice read. I read this book in less than half an hour and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline sweet.
Emily fell in love and dated Tank during high school. When Tank announced his military career plans, Emily broke it off due to her fear of losing him.
Years later and Tank is home. He is determined to get the woman he loves back.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and an enjoyable read. I cannot wait for more books from this series.

The writing is getting better, although I still wish it were longer than these 20 some odd pages. I just don't think there is enough time for character development. I was also a bit disappointed that there wasn't more caution on her part. His job in the army is clearly everything to him, and he never once had to give anything up. Even after 4 years she was still there waiting for him. It's just... stupid. Relationships are about give and take but he didn't give an ounce. Honestly I wish she had moved on

Another great read
I almost cried reading this story. It hits so close to home. I live between two military bases so to speak and I see the ups and downs of how the military life effects ppl. Thou I am just a civilian I have friends who are in the military, or spouse is in the military or they are retired from the military. Tank never gave up on Emily and Emily in her own way didn’t give up on Tank. Great read.

Didn't work for me
The heroine ruined the story for me. The problem that led to their separation seemed like a desperate, lazy ploy to break them up. I was in her position when I was 16 and my high school sweethearts was 18 and left for the marines. NOTHING was going to break us up. She seemed very childish throughout. I really didn't enjoy this story at all

Wonderful second chance romance!
Emily and Tank were high school sweethearts, but when Tank was getting ready to leave for the Army, Emily decides she can't sit around and hope he comes home to het. So she decided to leave him before he leaves her. Four years later Tank is back and he's taking back what's his, Emily. Great read and I highly recommend it!

So Close
I enjoyed reading this story. This one had more drama than the previous Alpha Men books. Everything was going very well, until the questionable ending. Too many questions left unanswered. Could have been perfect with just a couple more sentences to complete the story. It was a most definite cliffhanger without a possibility of an ending. Bummer.

Do you wanna fight for love or just surrender it to the void.? This is a really quick read, as all of my findings of Hope Fords books are. The only downfall to this short book is that the heroin doesn't fight. From the views of her parental history she has a choice to fight or surrender to her parental history that she has the ability to change but doesn't.

Sort of 2nd chance of love. Both MCs loved each other for a long time, but life happened. A sweet story about insecurites and finding their way back to each other. Short but sweet and possessively demanding. Loved how sweet the authors packed all that emotions within one short smutty story.
