“An exceptional book about the struggles a 15-year-old faces with a history of severe food allergies, written with a positive and realistic attitude. This book is very scientifically sound about food allergies with helpful advice for the children that suffer life threatening reactions to foods and their parents.” —LOUIS M. Terrific book by an inspirational teen. This is a must read for any parent or young person faced with life threatening food allergies. It is written beautifully in simple language so as to clearly understand the severity of food allergies and possible barriers for those that are facing them. It provides simple and direct strategies that young people and adults can learn from. Olivier’s positive approach to what could be deemed a setback left me smiling and wanting to learn more. Congratulations on a very thoughtful and well written guide.
As a mom to one child with multiple food allergies and two non-allergic children, it is great to have a book that my children can read. The author shares great stories of his experience as well as he information, resources and advice for other children with food allergies. It’s an easy read and I highly recommend for parents to get for their tweens and teens.
