3.5 Fantasy Becomes Real Stars

Daydreaming about a male massage therapist who is handsome, commanding and gives a "happy ending" is nothing new. Having a young female college basketball player forced to accept a spa day by her mom may add a different twist. Add the chance encounter at a club before the spa date with a mysterious man on the dance floor. He whispers in your ear and makes your body sing before you can actually turn to meet him and you have the set up for Teasing Hands.
This quick novella takes place in Miami with affluent characters. Our lead is recovering from having her heart broken by a selfish boy who claimed to have loved her. But when accepted to NYU, his true colors were revealed; he told her he needed to be free to taste all the pleasure of college life without being tied down. It took a while for Mandi to realize she was lucky to be free of him.
A devoted sports enthusiast, she excelled in basketball and just finished the season winning the State Championship. She has never been a girly girl... leaning more to dad than her mother's style. With friends, she accepts the Mother/Daughter spa day date. First, though, she and her team are going to party at a club. On the dance floor she is letting loose and then she has this man come up behind her...he is there... his scent is masculine and clean...and his hands hold her hips. They both continue to sway to the music as he whispers in her ear words which tell her how beautiful she is, how he will see her again. The lights go out and in just that brief moment this man has caused our girl to feel more womanly than her ex-boyfriend ever did. When she was able to see his eyes... she felt his look all the way down through her body.
We are there when the spa day arrives and Mandi is keyed up... she has not relaxed since that night at the club dreaming about him... the one who seemed to own her body. She has been scheduled for a haircut, color, and massage. She goes to the first part of the day... the massage.
As she waits, she sees a form come from around the corner...male, walking with purpose and then she sees him... Is it her mystery dance partner...could it be...her body is responding as if it knows it is. She looks into his eyes and yes, it is him.
They go into the massage room and he turns to her and calls her his little Gatita...a tiny kitten all pure but full of sinful need and sex...This type of talking continues as Mandi is stunned... He mind is telling her to go...get another person... protest... But Camden is taking over her logic by calling out how he can smell her scent and how potent it is...the turning point is his command of "Undress for me".
This story follows a fantasy come to life; where a woman is drawn to this man Camden and he to her. Both fit perfectly when in that room together... but when outside of it, real life rears its ugly head and issues between them burst their bubble. Camden has been hurt by his first love...swearing to never again be played by another. Mandi has her ex coming back into the picture complicating her relationship with her mother and frustrating her resolve of how things should be.
This is a sensual tale... two men fighting over Mandi... yet who is there to commit and be true. We get to see it all.

Amanda just won her college basketball championship when she agrees to allow her mother to treat her to a day at the spa. The comfortable-in-her-own-skin tomboy is leery of her mother’s motive but after Camden gets his hands on her, she can’t seem to remember why.
Appointment after appointment, Amanda allows Camden to control and demand what he wants. Owning her completely while she grasp to hold on to him. A man that doesn’t think he can ever give himself to a woman again, but a man that can’t seem to walk away from the one spread out on his table.
No doubt this story had heat, but I just couldn't get into the story. For me, I needed more time with Amanda and Camden where they weren't in the midst of some sexual situation, a chance to get to know them – a way to feel why their connection was so strong. It felt like we got a whole story on Amanda, but the actual relationship with Camden was just a few appointments here and there.
I wanted to love this story. I loved the theme of the story, but I just lost that much needed connection to these characters that would have sucked me into the story.

Apparently I'm in the minority on this one. This was just ridiculously stupid. I know teenagers have no sense but she also had no brains. Cam was seriously hot but not enough to save this one. On to the next book.

5 “Tease me sweetly” stars
Every time I read one of Elena Reyes’ books the writing and story get better and better. I loved this book. I loved the characters, the plot and the emotions that flowed out of this story.
Amanda is a college basketball phenom, not your typical girly girl she is surrounded by kick-a$$ hilarious friends and parents that love her. Though her mom is a bit prissy and overbearing there is no denying their genuine love and close knit relationship. In the novel Amanda and her Mom act like sisters and it’s endearing to read. In one of Mommy Dearest finer conspiracy plans to pamper Amanda she convinces her to do a spa day. It’s that spa day that leads Amanda into the very capable hands of the sexiest massage therapist you will ever meet in your life, Camden.
Let’s take a moment to reflect on Camden. Ladies this guy is your dream come true; all man, all delicious and ridiculously skilled in every way. A tall and built Alpha with the right amount of possessive attitude that isn’t degrading but downright hot. He worships his woman and makes sure that he and he alone claims her, every inch of her. Master of seduction with all the right moves, the words “Undress for me” will make you feel something you have never felt before. Yeah… are you fanning yourself yet? Maybe a break is in order; let’s go back to the review shall we.
The sparks between Camden and Amanda are explosive, these two are meant for each other; however there is one thing Camden doesn’t do and it’s the one thing Amanda wants…a relationship. With a desperate Ex vying for her affections and the elusive Camden setting her heart and panties on fire, Amanda has to decide whether she can wait for Camden to feel something more for her or if she has to walk away.
I love the relationship between Camden and Amanda, they are both strong-willed and hot-headed individuals and their attraction is off the charts, they play off each other perfectly. Amanda is not willingly to let anyone dictate her life or treat her like she is worthless which I also found awesome. I hate when females lack a backbone and Amanda is not one of those. I found myself invested in what would be the outcome for her and Camden, every emotion that emanated from these two I felt, whether it was anger, sadness, love or desire. Reyes has this unique way of building these stories centered on this one intimate meeting between two people. How vulnerable is a person when they are laid out naked on a table for a massage; the touch of someone’s hand, the feel of their caresses as they do everything to make your pain lessen and your body relax. Of course we aren’t all lucky and can have a hot guy giving us a massage but a girl can dream right…
Great read with a good flowing plot and some scrumptious characters. Awesome!

Mandi was a typical all American high school girl, loved being girly. That was until ex boyfriend, Hunter, shattered her tender heart. She turned in on herself with insecurities and played basketball to help cope with the heartache. After her team win state championships, Mandi, her best friend Courtney, and their parents go to a restaurant for a celebratory meal and drink. Though they know how devious and pretentious their parents get they go along with a day of spa treatment just to appease them.
After that clusterbomb of dinner with the parent, Mandi, Courtney and the girls head to the club, Rage, to celebrate PROPERLY. While dancing with the girls a man with a delicious cologne comes to her from behind. When she gets to finally turn, she see's eyes she'll never forget. Spa treatment day comes along and they all go their separate ways. Mandi has a massage booked and heads in the direction where she is greeted by a barbie wannabe with a sneer. The Camden, her masseuse, comes into view and it steals her breath.
Camden isn't like most men, he doesn't do strings attached or hearts and flowers. But will Mandi be the girl to tilt his world on his axis?
Absolutely fantastic! The writing style and colourful characters keep you hooked from the start, with a few giggles and mega heartache and frustrations. This book deserves so much more then just 5 measey stars. I couldn't find one fault in the storyline. Camden is not the average Alpha sexy male, he isn't perfect, which makes him perfect if you get my meaning. Phenomenal!

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review. Let me start this out with this first I am a huge fan of this author and haven't found a one of her books that I have not liked. That being said I do not just give out 5 star reviews unless a book really grabs me and this one did. In this book we meet Amanda and Camden. When the book opens up we read the scene that show Amanda meeting with Camden for the last time and how much it is hurting her to break-up in a sense with him. Amanda is the daughter of a councilman and her mother is part of society and they both want their daughter to be happy. Amanda hasn't been happy for quite awhile, the reason for this her long time boyfriend breaks-up with her to find out what other options are out there for him. Amanda is devastated by this and believes the real reason for the break-up was that she wasn't enough. Amanda's mother wants to see her daughter happy and believes a day of spa treatments is the way to go but Amanda is more tomboy than girly girl but agrees to go to make her mother happy with some restrictions. Little does she know her mother has alternative motives. These plans don't work though when Amanda goes to her massage and meets Camden. There is an instant attraction between the two but there is some past hurts that could keep the two apart if they can not confront it head on. I thought this book is amazing I started it and could not put it down I would recommend this book to anyone and everyone. This is one of those books you will read again and again. Pick up a copy as soon as it is available.

Having read Ms Reyes' previous books I was thrilled to be asked to read this in advance. The story is hot and steamy. Amanda is a basketball star with her College team and still recovering from having her heart badly broken by her ex, Hunter. Add in her pushy mom who wants to have a special 'bonding day' with her daughter, which causes her to meet Camden, an older and totally sexy man who teases and torments her.
We also get to see a return of the dreaded ex, and add in the jealousy and domination of Camden it makes for a firey combination.
Camden claims to want 'no strings' but does he?
The plot moves quick and you get a real sense that the main characters were well thought out. There are a host of supporting characters, but not too many that you lose track of them.
Really enjoyed this and read it in 4 sittings. (2 x mornings before work and 2 x evenings.)

This is the first book I have read by Elena M Reyes and it will not be my last. Talk about a seriously hot alpha! Camden is awesome!!!! Who doesn't love a demanding, hot sexy alpha massage therapist this leaves you feeling sated after your session with him.

Teasing Hands was sooooo good! First things first, where in the blue hell can I get myself a deep tissue massage from Camden....seriously! That man was just so intense and cocky and the fact that he went after what he wanted, was completely hot! I loved this book on so many levels, and Camden isn't the only reason. Amanda was an awesome character. I could definitely picture myself hanging with her. I also envied the relationship she had with mother. I don't know anyone who has a mother-daughter relationship like they do, but it works for them.
Elena M. Reyes drew me in to her world with her amazing characters and impressive story line. There wasn't anything I didn't like about this story. Teasing Hands, was well-written and captured my attention from the very beginning. It was a quick read that left me wanting more!

This is a must read if you like a good hot and steamy read. Mandi, a 21 year old basketball star has a meddling mom and an ex that shows back up into town. Will her mom and ex make her break her vow to not take him back? Will a sexy masseuse make her knees weak with his commanding tone when she is on his massage table? Will his past hurt cause him to not know what is in front of him? Find out in this awesome read. I can't wait for he continuation of this story.

WOW!! That was so freaking HOT!! I LOVED it!! Camden was the man and I loved his and Amanda's relationship. This was an amazing book and I loved every minute of it!! You are the bomb!!

5 amazing stars!!!!
I absolutely love Elena's books. The stories are always unique and make me drool. I have been following her writing since the beginning, and it's been such a pleasure to watch how she improves and grows as an author with each story she puts out. She puts in the perfect amount of fun, and drama, and of course some really steamy scenes that leave you panting with need.
Teasing Hands was no exception to this. I really must applaud Elena on a story VERY well done. I absolutely LOVED Amanda and Camden's characters and the intense chemistry they had from day one. I liked how Amanda was not your girly-girl type and was a bit of a tomboy… I could def relate to her on that level. Her mother wanted her to indulge in more girly things and after some bargaining back and forth (which I found highly amusing), they agree on some terms for a spa day. When she goes in for her massage, she comes face to face with the hottie whom she encountered at the club. And with three simple words, their story begins… "Undress for me".
Camden… oh my Camden. He is cocky, charming, dominant, sexy as fuck, and at times an asshole lol. All I know is if I walked in for a massage and was met with him, my panties would be beyond soaked in a heartbeat. Seriously, Camden's hands can tease me any time and any place! He's a little older than Amanda, but age is nothing but a number when it comes to these two characters. Camden too has a past which leaves him unwanting of any sort of relationship, yet he cannot stay away from her. The sparks between these characters are so intense, and the sex is… HOLY CRAP!!!! I may have, or may not have felt the need to jump my hubby after reading this book. *whistles innocently*
Now whats a story without a little drama thrown in. Between the bitch that works for Camden, and Amanda's ex Hunter (who was grade A douschebag), let's just say that the sex was not the only intense scenes in the book. I was simultaneously fantasizing over Camden while wanting to punch Hunter in his stupid little face time and time again. And I may or may not have wanted to punch Camden a few times as well when he seemingly refused to accept the feelings he was obviously forming for Amanda, and her for him. Camden was possessive of her, yet refused to make her his. And when the feelings begin to get too intense for Amanda, she had to make a choice. Stay and get her heart broken, or leave and get her heart broken. Neither of which were a winning option.
The only thing that I can say is I NEED MORE CAMDEN!!!!!

I have been following her writing since the beginning, and it's been such a pleasure to watch how she improves and grows as an author with each story she puts out. She puts in the perfect amount of fun, and drama, and of course some really steamy scenes that leave you panting with need.
Teasing Hands was no exception to this. I really must applaud Elena on a story VERY well done. I absolutely LOVED Amanda and Camden's characters and the intense chemistry they had from day one. I liked how Amanda was not your girly-girl type and was a bit of a tomboy… I could def relate to her on that level. Her mother wanted her to indulge in more girly things and after some bargaining back and forth (which I found highly amusing), they agree on some terms for a spa day. When she goes in for her massage, she comes face to face with the hottie whom she encountered at the club. And with three simple words, their story begins… "Undress for me".
Camden… oh my Camden. He is cocky, charming, dominant, sexy as fuck, and at times an asshole lol. All I know is if I walked in for a massage and was met with him, my panties would be beyond soaked in a heartbeat. Seriously, Camden's hands can tease me any time and any place! He's a little older than Amanda, but age is nothing but a number when it comes to these two characters. Camden too has a past which leaves him unwanting of any sort of relationship, yet he cannot stay away from her. The sparks between these characters are so intense, and the sex is… HOLY CRAP!!!! I may have, or may not have felt the need to jump my hubby after reading this book. *whistles innocently*
Now whats a story without a little drama thrown in. Between the bitch that works for Camden, and Amanda's ex Hunter (who was grade A douschebag), let's just say that the sex was not the only intense scenes in the book. I was simultaneously fantasizing over Camden while wanting to punch Hunter in his stupid little face time and time again. And I may or may not have wanted to punch Camden a few times as well when he seemingly refused to accept the feelings he was obviously forming for Amanda, and her for him. Camden was possessive of her, yet refused to make her his. And when the feelings begin to get too intense for Amanda, she had to make a choice. Stay and get her heart broken, or leave and get her heart broken. Neither of which were a winning option.
The only thing that I can say is I NEED MORE CAMDEN!!!!!

This book is a definite 4.5**** review. I would have given 5*****'s, but I wanted a little more at the end and hope to read more Camden and Amanda. It was a quick, hot read that I finished in one night.
Amanda is the point guard for the University of Miami who has just lead her team to win the State Championship. As with every other game her mother is there to fully support her and celebrate her victory. After the game her mother in an attempt to make her a little more feminine negotiates a girls day at a spa. Amanda agrees with the stipulation of "nothing over the top". That night after the victory she goes out with her friends/teammates to a club only to find out that her mother has reserved a VIP section and credit card to celebrate the win (I love her mom). While dancing a sexy stranger approaches her from behind and begins dancing with her. She is immediately enticed by this man and has a flame lit inside her that went out two years prior from an ex-boyfriend who broke her heart. Not being able to get this man hands and eyes out of her head, she heads out to the spa with her mother. First on the agenda is a massage that her mother highly recommends. That is when she is met with the man from the club.
Camden is oozing with sexiness from the dance floor to their first encounter at the spa. He is the massage therapist Amanda has her appointment with. He is commanding yet Amanda is hesitant to give into his commands. When she finally gives in she starts developing feelings for him. The appointments becoming standing for every Wednesday at 3. As they continue Amanda starts asking questions as to where this is all headed in fear of having her heart ripped out again. Cam is very honest in saying that he will never be in a relationship again, but demands exclusivity. Camden has also been a relationship that was heartbreaking for him and has vowed not to put himself there again.
Not to give to much of the story away, there are some twist and turns along the way that you will enjoy reading. This story has just the right amount of angst that keeps you wanting to read where these two will end up. The erotica was just right, also not over the top. They are both very strong characters and I really loved them. I just hope to read more of there story!

You will love Amanda, she is the type of girl that you want to have by your side and to be able to call your friend.
She is far from ordinary – no shrinking violet, she has it all and in bucket loads. A star in the world of college basketball, she is grounded which in no short measure is due to the fact that she has the type of parents that kids thrive under. They withhold nothing from her – there love, their discipline and their encouragement.
Spending time with her mum is never a chore but it is funny in that in one of her mother’s more inspired bonding session, Amanda meets the delectable Camden – massage therapist extraordinaire.
Camden is glorious, he is so hot, he sizzles, and Amanda is putty in his hands. He is so masculine it is painful, he is demanding yet demonstrative a true Alpha male. His dulcet tones are enough to have you panting and falling over yourself to obey his every wish – but he may be good but he has one skill that eludes him and that is the one that Amanda is looking for… the ability to commit.
No matter how hot the connection the two of them have decisions to make and with Amanda’s ex hanging around like a bad smell trying to convince her that they should try again – I was praying that Amanda would make the right decision and hang on for Camden to see the light – will I tell you if he does? Not a chance that is something that you need to find out for yourself.
It was great to read a story about a young woman who is confident on her own skin and prepared to stand her ground. I loved the fact that both Camden and Amanda were passionate and demonstrative. Although they both have a stubborn streak that is a mile wide.
But can they overcome their obstacles in order to have a life time of passion and commitment.
One moment in time is all it takes to find the love of your life but it takes a life time of moments to keep them.
I appreciated the authors efforts to make sure that the emotion of the story is complete, they are open to the pleasure and pain that life throws at them and they are not afraid to show exactly how they feel, be that their love or on occasion their sadness.
To sum the book up I have to say it was a great read, one that while not likely to take you too long, should not be rushed – please spend time with Camden ladies – he will not disappoint!!

Reyes’ storytelling abilities continue to grow with each new release of hers and Teasing Hands is no exception. While there were a couple of plot points that I had personal issue with-- underage drinking on a college campus and an older man putting the full court press on a barely-21 year old girl-- I can’t deny that these things do happen, and Reyes pulls it off by bringing the reader into her tangled web with an effortless, emotional yank.
Amanda is an independent young woman, part of a championship winning basketball team for the University of Miami, and determined to maintain full control of her life. She’s been burned by the opposite sex before, and isn’t in a hurry to have it happen again anytime soon.
Camden is the mysterious hot older man, masseuse, and tempter of fate where Amanda is concerned.
The catch? While one wants commitment, the other wants to avoid commitment at all costs. Too bad you can’t control your heart.
Reyes could’ve made this tale all about the hot schmexing, but she’s gone further, bringing in a slew of supporting characters-- friends and family-- that keep the reader guessing what’s going to happen next.
For my own sake, I’d have liked to seen a cleaner edit job on this, but overall, I promise you won’t be disappointed if you like an engaging fast paced romance. Well done, Ms. Reyes.

Elena M. Reyes titled Teasing Hands. I really love reading Elena. Her Marked series has me 1 clicking all her titles. In Teasing Hand I was taken back, the writing was phenomenal. The way this author brought these story to life to me was amazing! I wanted more and more and it was definitely an all niter. Elena has a great skill of having the reader connect to the character where you must need to know what happens like there your best friends. The realistic blew me away and I can not wait to read more of this story. I can not end without saying OMG the sex scenes were written so hot, addicting and just perfect for Amanda & Camden, Amazing job Elena M. Reyes.

I received this book as a gift for a honest/fair review. This book is very good. It's about Amanda, she is the point guard on the University of Miami’s women’s basketball team. Amanda and her friends decide to go to the club, after their awesome win. She meets a man in the club, that she can't stop thinking about. She never felt that way about a man. Even with her ex that left her two years before because he wanted more elsewhere. She ends up meeting this man from the club, at a spa, where she was at for a mother and daughter day. She finds out he is Camden, the one her mother set her up with to give her a massage. Camden goes all alpha on her the moment the door closes, "undress for me!!!" at the spa his family owns. I don't want to give to much away, this is a really nice, fast read. The chemistry between Amanda and Camden is off the charts, hot and steamy. There is a age different of about 10 years between them. I would read this book again!

Wow this book is HOT!! Camden literally had me fanning myself a few different times. From the first moment we meet Camden in the book I was sucked in and could not put it down. If you are looking for a short, hot, and steamy read this one is for you.
Amanda aka Mandi is 21 and in college and she also plays professional basketball. Her mother convinces her and her best friend to go to the spa and have a girl’s day. Little did Amanda know that once encounter would change he life completely.
Camden was a huge mystery to me throughout most of the book. From the minute Amanda walked into the massage room, I think Camden knew his life was about to change. Amanda fought him at first but Camden slowly broke down her walls.
Not only is Amanda recovering from a bad breakup but Camden also has a few secrets of his own. There for a bit I wasn’t sure which was this book was going and I was biting my nails to find out. Don’t miss out on this book it’s pretty good.

What can I say about this wonderful book? I recieved a free copy for an honest review. OMG this story is a great way to wrap up the summer and welcome in the fall. I enjoyed every minute of it. Camden has been added to not only my book boyfriend liast, but he's also one of my favorite Alpha Males. Amanda ' mandi ' is a fearless female that knows what she wants. We get a boy meets girl, girl's ex shows back up and wants her back , her friends are there witth her 110% and throw in a set of parents, a mother who wants nothing more than for her daughter to do what she deems is right and a father that wants his baby girl to go out and experience life. While Cam and Mandi have a bumpy road ahead of them, Elena writes it in a way that you feel you are these characters. Awesome job as always doll x

First of all I was expecting more kinky/BDSM-ish content as I always do when the book's description has the words submission.
I also hav the thoughts that Amanda has in mind that sex is love from reading the story.... O.O
Now for the upside of the story ^^
~Nice plot and sex ratio (but could be read as romance genre instead of erotica)
~Loyal male character...(finally a loyal guy instead of a cliche playboy-billionaire everywhere, meet Camden ^^)
~Easier to relate to real life situations

This was HOT… What would I have given to be in College and get a message and that turned into that. He has you wanting with just the words “Undress for me”. Even with Amanda growing up in Miami she does not act like that typical spoiled kid. She chooses a school close to home and stayed at her parents’ home. She keeps her responsibilities going while being pursued by Camden. She does not allow her self to get lost in the man. She is learning from her past that just does not seem to go away. She remains true to her self and strong to her convictions. I enjoyed her headstrongness and not the typical whiny give into easily. I would recommend this to anyone. The scenes were intense and had you wanting for more. But there wasn't to many where that was all the book was about.
Cant wait for the next one.. Hopefully sooner rather then later..

Now in saying that this book is a page turner. Seriously I couldn’t put it down. Camden is a massage therapist who has hands of a god. He is spectacular in every way. I dreamed about him after reading this. No lie.
Amanda is the girl next door. She is in college doing her thing but still lives at home. She has a day at the spa she would never forget.

Teasing Hands has now given me another book boyfriend, Camden, to add to my mental collection! He's hot as hell and not easily forgotten.
Amanda I adored, she's a strong female lead, not giving in to the usual college kid behavior, instead marching to the beat of her own drum.
She won't be bullied by her overprotective mother, who tries to run every aspect of her life or buy her douche of an ex.
Camden is everything I like in a male lead, strong, sexy, more emotional than he lets on and alpha as can be.
He never his his dominant side from Amanda and she loved it.

I loved how the emotional roller coaster ride Amanda endured helped her gain so much. It was tough at times to like Camden. Yet I gave him a chance because I knew how Amanda felt. I loved the chemistry between the two. The characters all seemed strong willed, outspoken, humorous at times and they each brought something to the overall story. I loved how the story unfolded and I wasn't real sure how it would conclude. That was a good thing. This book is a great add to your tbr list. Recommended.

While I dig alpha males and can dig bdsm type stuff I can't deal with a psycho who assaults a dude for talking to said dudes ex....and he just finished telling the girl she was basically nothing but a good lay. In the bit I read he also lied to her and manipulated her... When did this become sexy? It used to be signs of a potential abuser. Also the language was just... Not attractive though I can't quite decide why. I love me some dirty talk but this was just off putting. Maybe because I thought the hero was an ass and the heroine was a dumb ass for putting up with it. Dnf

First let me start off by saying... A hot male masseuse how much better can it get right? Oh so much better in this hot quick read by Elena.
You have Amanda.. Broken by her ex boyfriend who leans on her friends and her love of sports to help her through it.
Then by agreeing to some girly time with her mom she meets Camden... Hot masseuse that is literally hotter than sin.. Throw in some angst and a lot of hot sex and you get this well written book with just enough smut..

This was a good read. It was very intense when it came to the love scenes but I enjoy that in a book. Cameron and Amanda create some very hot sex scenes that makes this short read worth it.
