DNF FOR NOW. After reading 5% of this book, I became very perturbed. Every single time there is a conversation, each person speaking gets his or her own individual paragraph. Typically, the speaker has a one sentence paragraph, without any change in the matter being discussed. This is egregious and annoying as hell. I feel that this prodigious lack of knowledge of the requisite components that comprise paragraph writing is lack of editing. I sincerely hope it is NOT designed to add to the page count. I imagine basic paragraph construction can even be gleaned from YouTube or information available on the internet—Google it!

I really wanted to read the this book because I like the subject matter; however, the more I read, the more frustrated I became. I am attempting to minimize stress, not add to it—and this book thus far has added to it. I may try to read it at another time, but that’s doubtful. Such a shame.

Just true true love!

Our Glenna was a very loving, kind, small town independent woman that took care of the Members of her small community and they in turn loved and took care of her. During one of their many snow storms a very handsome renown writer came to town to stay at Glenna's Inn. After several days in each other's company they found themselves in intense passion where our Glenna fell irrevocably in love with the handsome and famous Chase. Suffering from unresolved childhood issues our Chase convinced himself he never wanted to father children. His revelation to Glenna came after the fact of her already being pregnant. She said goodbye to Chase at his insistence but thankfully what he felt for her was real and once he learned she was having difficulty giving birth to his child he made his way to them, asked her forgiveness and immediately fell in love with their child. The outcome is every romantic's dream as you will see once you read this very good compelling love story. Great story Ms. Dowe great story indeed.

Chase and Glenna

I really enjoyed this story. Glenna was a strong confident woman with no hang ups about her size and I loved that she didn't allow Chase to walk over her.

In the top 10 of the 46.

This book kept my attention. At no time was i bored to death and for those of us who like HEA emotional, sex filled stories that are not totally predictable. Read this. It's now perfect but, is life? Good job Katie Dowe.

I definitely recommend all the books by this author I just have one complaint I need the women to be stronger and not give in so easily so that they truly understand what you went through

Nice Read!

I enjoyed reading this book. Chase and Glenna had such an explosive relationship! They couldn't keep their hands to themselves! It was kind of funny when Glenna was telling Chase her favorite movie not realizing who he was. I think whoever reads this book will enjoy it! I definitely recommend this book to others.

More

Its official, the plus size romances definitely have more depth, feelings, and are all around better stories. Of coarse that is in my humble opinion! I only wish that there were more of them. As of this writing 5 out of 46, I maybe off by 1.

Absolutely Captivating

This is a amazing story that is so intriguing with characters that are charming but theirs is a unforgettable relationship with the emotions running high and opposites attract it's a story that involves heartbreaking drama but understanding will prevail.

Not believable

I gave this book three stars because the main character was a strong woman. She called him out when she needed to and I liked that alot but besides that the book was not believable at all. After a week of knowing someone you don't just immediately fall in love and give your virginity to someone after saving it for years. She was too strong of a woman for that. She spoke about saving herself for her future husband. She was a great provider and truly understanding. Her age reflected her intelligence but She immediately was in love??? She may have felt a connection to him but not love. I also didn't like the fact that he left her for months and immediately she forgave him after walking out on her. No she was too strong of a character to be so weak. I enjoyed the plot but the book itself I couldn't relate to because when someone says the things he said to her and walks out you just don't forgive them because they say sorry I love you I was a fool. Making her a strong woman then she should have made him work harder to be in her life.

Chase and Glenna

He was a famous screenwriter and she was a small town owner of a B&B which she also was a great cook and baker too! He needed to get away and just happens to come upon her little town and business! She had no idea who he was but thought he was very good looking. She was a plus size beauty who wasn't his usual type of woman but there seemed to be some kind of attraction between them. As they got to know a bit about each other the sparks started to fly. There were some drama he had things in his past that he was trying to work through and of course there had to be some people in town who didn't want to take no for an answer. But all in all I enjoyed this story!

Wow...

At first, I really liked this book, then it took a left turn at Albuquerque. Chase was an asshole. I understand that he had a very difficult and abusive childhood, but there was no reason for him to treat Glenna that way. Especially when she got pregnant. It takes two people to make a baby. If he didn't want a child, he should have been using condoms from the very beginning. To put the onus on her was unfair. On the other hand, Glenna shouldn't have taken him back. The minute he accused her of trying to trap him, she should have kicked him out and told him to never return. Glenna was too loving a person to be with Chase.

I REALLY LOVED AND ENJOYED THIS STORY

I really loved Chase and Glenna's story. That little town sounds so nice and cozy that should be a great place to live. It's so great how they met and fell in love, I loved how honest they were with one another. I would have liked to know what happned to her Inn. I would absolutely recommend this book to anyone. Good story Katie. Thank you.

Chase. This book is great! Katie Dowe has done another great read in her Members from Money series. This one takes a small town girl who meets a big time writer billionaire who is hiding out from the world. Glenna meets Chase but doesn't know who he is but thinks he is the one. They stir up a love affair that changes their lives forever. Great read! *** I voluntarily read a Review Copy of this book. All opinions stated are solely my own and no one else’s. ***

This book! ‼️🙌🏽

Okay, so this book was so good! I really enjoyed reading it. Although Chase had a lot of issues, I’m happy everything worked out for him in the end. As well as Glenna, the poor girl would definitely would have gotten ran over in a relationship by a man because of what she would allowed. I’m happy her and Chase got their happily ever after. Great job as always Katie Dowe

Oh My

Wow, here's to all of the full figured women. I was angry at Chase for leaving Glenda. I understand that he had problems surrounding his childhood but he should have tried to work them out before getting into a relationship. I so loving this series. I have not read all of the first 50 books but the ones I have read had been fantastic. This book has a touch of domestic violence and child abuse. Bravo to the author.

Glenna and Chase's story was very unique and fascinating from beginning to the end! And I love the fact that I share things with them!! Glenna's birthday is the day after mine!! And Chase and I are fans of the same entertainer!!! Don't worry Chase, I don't mimic his moves either, I leave that job to my son. He's the dancer in the family!! And I was very happy to read the outcome!!! Great story all the way around!!!

I enjoyed Glenna and Chase's story. They had instant chemistry and the relationship was enjoyable to follow. Glenna was confidence, but a people pleaser when it came to Chase. Chase had issues that he needed to work through to completely find his happiness. I enjoyed this couple and their story.

Perfect

So good, very good, love how you make small town, average African-American women be the best love and the best thing to happen to alpha white males realizing that this is fiction. they are still good fantasy fiction. Good work. You will always be one of my favorite authors.

Really Good

The author has a thing for brooding men and strong black women. She explains the no nonsense ways of strong black women eg. Funeral repas that was laughable I liked that the situation was handled with grace and comedy not what society portrays us to be. Yes some of us can be quite graceful that does not mean we won't slap a B lol loved this one as well.

Ok...😏

Hmmm...another somewhat disappointing MFM story. I just finished Christian and a lil while back Ryan and I didn't wholly enjoy them. I could identify with Chase...know from real life experience about the abuse described. But I never took my pain out on anyone. Glenna..strong, resourceful on one hand...clingy-whiny on the other. Then the end felt rushed. 🙁 Okay..next!

Chase!!!!

I just loved Glenna!!! She is my type of girl, down to earth, loving, kind, take no scrap and can cook. Chase did not know what but him. I also liked the small town where everyone knows each other. As usual thumbs up.

Chase

Katie's book are always impressive. This was a good story, although Chase was a douche bag for leaving Glenna whilst pregnant and Glenna was too quick to forgive him, would have loved if she had made him sweat a bit. Overall 5 star story.

Good story

I enjoyed the love story of Glenna and Chase. The author did a good job of developing the characters. The only negative comment is the town sounds like something out of a fairytale, otherwise, it was a good read.

Sweet and Hot

Well written with only a few typos. Glenna's character was super sweet but she has a strong backbone . Chase's background was sad and he was a little cold sometimes but their story has me smiling at the end

Loved it!

I don’t know who I loved the most, Glenna or Chase! The both of them are great together. I love the comparison and contrast in their childhoods. Glenna is such a strong, sweet, giving, compassionate woman. She truly had a heart of gold!
