Very beneficial and helpful, full of clear explanations, examples and theories book! Would highly recommend to add it to your "to read for professional growth" bookshelf. Great for paraprofessionals seeking or doing their K-12 licensure. I would say it incredibly helped me to dig deeper into learning and teaching psychology - both as a teacher and as a student, figuring out under surface hidden factors that influence on my learning, being introduced to various intelligence models. I was always so curious about some aspects of my own mental abilities, memory capacity, self-efficacy and the steps on my self growing and comprehension, but this book literally blow my mind, changing my mindset for 360 degree and motivating me to keep going and thinking outside the box! I've never been so grateful for my program introducing this book and program!!! Enjoy the journey
