First of all, to be fair, I must say I know the author from our online conversations regarding life and writing. Second of all, I tried to read with a critical mind in case my author friend could benefit from objective feedback. When I finished reading, I found the book great in terms of summarising the centuries-long advice on writing and life in a good way as well as introducing fresh ideas.
This is a brilliant first book. The writer is good at translating their experience into a universal message to aspiring writers and everyone else. They are several specific reminders and methods in this book to inspire you to write, and get hold of it.
The length of the book is also perfect for its material. Most importantly, the writing process of the writer, who self-published and edited this book, is equally inspiring as the book itself.
