Born in 1962 in Central Iran, Sohrab Rahimi has lived in Sweden since 1986. He has published his poems in Swedish magazines and journals since 1989 and has contributed to Iranian diaspora literary journals including The Persian . He was the editor of Persian periodical, Asar, published between 1996 and 1998. He is a member of the Swedish Writers’ Association and Swedish Critics’ Centre. His books include:
1-The House of Dreams, published in Persian in 1994(poetry in persian)
2-The Spoiled Kernels of Time, published in Persian and Swedish in 1995.(poetry in persianand swedish)
3-White balsam, 1999.(poetry in persian and swedish)
4-letter yo you, 2006
5-The geometric drawing of melancholia, 2011,(poetry in persian)
6- The librarian of the war, 2011( Novell in Swedish)
