Bay Winchester and Landon Michaels are looking for a romantic outing, revisiting the past now that they know they met as children. That trip leads them to the camp they visited back in the day… and to a new adventure.

It’s a happy excursion down memory lane until they happen upon the old pool and discover a hand poking out of an ancient cover. That means their day off becomes an official investigation.

Once identification comes through, Bay starts digging … and hard … to find out why a young woman writing a book would go missing in Hemlock Cove. The information she finds is disturbing… and the answers to the present case may come from the past, and a long-forgotten missing person’s case.

There’s a lot going on. Mrs. Little is trying to buy the property and wants the crime kept secret, which means Aunt Tillie is on a rampage to make sure her mortal enemy doesn’t win … even if the prize is something she doesn’t really want.

The Winchester witches are in turmoil. The local police chief is officially dating Bay’s mother, one of their own is keeping a huge secret, and they have a wedding coming up so that means dress fittings and place setting decisions galore.

Bay is on deck and has to figure it all out. She’s going to need help to do it. Even then, with her team in place, she might not come out on the winning side.

There’s a killer hiding in the shadows and death is coming. It’s going to take everyone working together to uncover the truth.

Can they pull it off?

When I was a kid, I was torn between whether or not I was going to grow up and be the Incredible Hulk or Wonder Woman. I flirted with being a Jedi Knight for awhile, but I wasn't up for the intense travel associated with the gig. In my teens, I settled on being a writer -- although I had no idea the effort that would entail.
Not only am I a writer now, but I'm a writer in several different mediums. I'm a longtime newspaper reporter, an avid reader and a voracious science fiction fanatic.

More witchy fun!

Another great story from the witches of the Midwest! I love Aunt Tillie! This story had some nice surprises and I love the addition of Peg! I’m glad to see that at least one of the other cousins is showing some witchy talent. Just waiting to see how Thistle’s character emerges. I hope it has something to do with the statue! Can’t wait for the next book!

4.5 Stars... Landon and Bay return to the campground where they first met as children only to discover a dead body and a decades old mystery to solve... With the Winchester witches on the case, what could go wrong??? This story twists and turns until the very end leading the reader in multiple directions with multiple outcomes... I enjoyed this journey with this crazy cast of characters... Of course, along the way we watch as they manage Clove's impending wedding, Aunt Tillie's pet pig, and Bay's growing and ever changing powers... A whirlwind adventure that makes this series completely lovable:)

This was a pretty good mystery with quite the twist at the end about who was the murderer. I was happy that the main characters didn’t do anything too stupid in this book. I did dock a half star for some of the repetitious phrases that really annoy me. Others may not be as bothered and other than that for me, I enjoyed the story.
This is a very clean read, for those who care about that.

Well this one was a nice twist to the overall series. I like the fact that they actually met as teenagers but didn't really remember until they found the photos. The mystery part was good too but it was shocking how someone went missing so long ago an it was never really solved until now. I liked the camp aspect too. Seems like the trip to the past was needed for more then Bay and Landon.

I love the Winchester’s! I tried really hard to read it slow so I could savor it, but I couldn’t put it down. The book was really good, I love seeing how Bays powers are growing, how all the relationships are playing out. The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars in my opinion, was I wanted to know more about Bays dream and how it affected her. I thought the way it was brought up there would be more about it. I’m sure there will be in another book, but it was like it happened and it wasn’t a concern after that and it was just forgotten. Outside of that I Loved it, and can’t wait to read the next one. Amanda M. Lee is one of my favorite authors!

Another wonderful story. The Winchester’s are so heartwarming. I literally laughed out loud a few times at some of the snark from aunt Tillie. Please don’t let these characters end. It would be like a death in my family. Thank you for your beautiful and wonderful mind.

One of the best series out there!

This series is so much fun, it never gets old and there is always a mystery to solve. There have been plenty of excellent books in this series but I think this is one of my favorites. Whatever you like about this series, the author one upped it in this one!

Loved it!

This is yet again a great addition to the Wicked Witches series! The characters are still flawless, hilarious and enjoyable. I'm looking forward to seeing how it all progresses with the soon to be new addition, or maybe additions?

Wonderful read!

Bay Winchester is a trouble magnet, so it is perfect that her live in boyfriend is with the FBI. When they realize the first met at the camp in the area. Thinking to reminisce about their time at the camp, they drive out. Only to see a hand sticking out of the pool that has been covered for over eleven years. Between worrying about what Aunt Tillie is up to, Thistle's snark, and Globe's whining, they have two murders to solve. Full of action, with a great plot and characters, and plenty of snark make this a fun must read!

Very typical

This current mystery was only mildly entertaining. Aunt Tillie was kind of fun as usual, but the characters really don't evolve at all. I'm rather tired of the 3 sisters acting like young teenagers, and Landon and Bay really need to grow up! Personally, I think this is the last book of the series for me.

Flipping Fantastic

You just know its a good book and a fantastic series when you feel the need to move to Hemlock Cove just to hang out with the Winchester Witches.
I really loved this one the mystery was intriguing and kept me guessing I had it one then it flipped in a different direction I didn't see coming.
I am in love with the whole Winchester clan they are all amazing the girls Bay, Thistle and Clove have all come a long way since the beginning of this series and its a very funny pleasure to read about their lives and antics, wedding dress/bridesmaid shopping is going to be even more hilarious in the future...lol Marnie, Twila and Winnie are awesome moms with the 'do as I say not do as I do' speeches which just make these stories more hilarious and Cheif Terry is even more brilliant than before now he and Winnie are officially dating it's sweet and funny how nervous he is especially around Bay... Now for the finale and Aunt Tillie, I seriously wish I had an Aunt Tillie she is that amazing, I love her spunk, and how protective she is of all her family not to mention her sass and sarcasm I can't get enough of her.

Another absolutely brilliant read.

Love the Winchesters

Read a review where someone thought Landon was more clingy than usual but I didn't see that.
Aunt Tillie really is great and kicks but.
Chief Terry and Winnie have their first date, which is talked about here and there throughout the book (hilarious.)
Interesting mystery. Sex is talked about and happens but no details. Some mild swearing (I think just a$$ was said).
Something I suspected in a previous book was verified. Tillie's pig Peg, would makes a great excuse to reduce the amount of pork served and would be funny if Tillie knew the secret the whole time (”that's why I got Peg etc ect to help with the no pork diet.)
Clove's powers are also growing. Thistle's powers may also be growing but no hint as to what type they may be leaning toward.I

Looking forward to the next book. All of Amanda M Lee's series are recommended, plus those under her other writer name Lily Harper Hart.

I have had such fun with the Winchester witches since the beginning of this series. It’s fun to see how everyone has changed a bit, grown a little, yet still continue to be snarky when necessary – I simply love this series.

FLIP THE WITCH SWITCH not only moves the overall story of this family forward with some coming changes but takes us back to way before with a new mystery to be solved.

I loved the addition of Peg. She definitely sends a message.

I know that eventually, all series come to an end – I just hope that is far in the future for this one. If you love a really good Paranormal Cozy Mystery then you need to check out this series.

(Unfortunately, many of the reviews I did on this series were on a blog that no longer exists. Rather than go back to the beginning, I’ve just picked up where I left off in the series.)

I read this title through my Kindle Unlimited subscription.

The story starts seventeen years previously when the thrill girls and Aunt Tillie are out camping. Not surprisingly they are lost but luckily they are found by Detective Terry (his time of being Chief yet in the future.)

There's a camp they were at as youngsters and it becomes the center of the double murder mystery in the present time. The owner of the land is a very nasty woman and Mrs. Little wants to buy the land so she can make money from some plans she has.

We find out necromancers like Bay are rare and, at times, can be taken over by ghosts. Another worry for her. There's a story about a guy that died in a fire in the past. Clover is pregnant and this is having an effort on others in an unexpected way.

Oh, yes, there's also the ghost factor. Another good story by this prolific author.

This was my favorite Wicked Witches of the Midwest book this far. I started it last night pretty late and read for about 30 minutes. I picked it up this morning and didn’t put it down until I was done. It was so good and it had me laughing out loud several times. I’m starting to feel a little said because I know there are only 3 more books in this series and I’m truly in love with all the characters and their notorious antics. I feel as though I’m right there sitting at the dining room table rolling my eyes at all the snark and bickers, but snickering all the same.
I’m excited about Clove and Sam’s upcoming...nuptials...

and I’m thrilled about Bay with Landon’s new purchase. I can’t wait for the next book!!! I’m on it in 2 minutes...

As with all the previous 13 books, I wasn't ready for #14 to end. I wanted one more chapter. I thought I had the murders figured out so I was surprised when everything was revealed. I enjoyed the addition of Aunt Tillie 's new pet. I was also glad that some of the relationships progressed. I feel like I waited forever for what HAD to happen. This was a quick and fun read. Now I want #15 to hurry and be released. I can't wait for Mrs. Little's reaction. I can't wait for Cloves's wedding. And I'm looking forward to seeing Landon's and Bay's next step. I'm a big fan of all these books.

One of my favorites

My goodness. Can a book any better than this? I love everything about this book. I am so excited about the next book and the things that are happening with all the girls. Clovers wedding is going to be epic. I cannot wait for everyone to find out all the secrets. There were Parts in this book where I thought that we were never going to find out what was going on at the camp. I think there was a little mystery inside the mystery that had us guessing as to who and what what's happening. And we know that I'm so waiting for the next book.

While there was the usual mystery, the story line was old and predictable. (I was shocked that no one mentioned Camp Crystal Lake and echoes of Friday the 13th until nearly the end of the book.) As with most of these books, the appeal of the characters- the extended Winchester family, and how their lives are progressing, from Tillie's new pet to Clove's upcoming nuptuals. I am actually rather put out that we have seen none of the "Clove reads minds" and "Thistle has visions" that were mentioned in the first book, especially as she's developed so many other things hinted at.

A good read

The backstory to the murder is at turns tragic and irritating...and well-written. This reader appreciates that these witches have evolved into more than just a snarkfest from cover to cover, and although Bay is still whinier than is necessary or attractive, her dealings with Landon are showing more strength and their relationship makes me smile. The cousins are growing, the family is both expanding and getting tighter, and and the glimpses of the future for the Winchesters are delightful.

O. M. G. This family! Witches, ghosts, a bunch of women living together (because that’s always a good idea), granny running around in helmet and inappropriate leggings hexing people. I just can’t put these books down. I’ve read the whole series and am getting ready to start over. I like Amanda M. Lee in general for the snark level and fun characters. You can be guaranteed that if you like funny hijinks, hunky guys, quirky families and paranormal settings, Ms. Lee will be a solid choice every time. P.S. She also writes as Lily Harper Hart and her Harper Harlow Series is hysterical.

Fabulous fun

As usual, the Winchester witches rule!
Although please stop with the "her blue eyes were glittery slits. She narrowed her green eyes into glittering slits", etc . I swear it was in the book no less than 7 times. An online Thesaurus is free.
Otherwise this did not disappoint. Great fun, great mystery, and a few secrets. I love all of this author's series, but the Witches own my heart...and my glittery eye slits 😏

Outstanding

This book was just as good as all the rest! Well worth the wait for it to be released. I have read each and everyone of the books in this series and found myself always feeling wonderful as I've read them. I have sometimes laughed out loud at Aunt Tillie and her view on things. She is what my mother used to call "a pistol". I hope that many more of these stories will be written. Thanks so much for the many hours of love and laughter.

When you need a witch call on them for mystery, laughs and mayhem. This is the best family series to read. A police chief finally makes his move in a big way, the killer will surprise you and the cousins delight with Aunt Tillie up to her usual. Let's not forget the bacon obsessed Fbi agent. Oh and and a big unexpected turn of event, Clove... read it today my rainy day favorite author.

Flip the Witch Switch

I've loved this series since the beginning.
All the characters.

But Aunt Tillie is my favorite. She's elderly, she wears leggings and combat boots, and dresses Peg the pig in a camouflage tutu and a rhinestone collar. You go, girl!

Im glad Terry and Winnie finally got together.

The way the cousins interact is so funny.

And there is always a great mystery that keeps you guessing.

Hope to see many more stories.

Fun with camping

A nostalgic Bay and Landon head out to the camp they both attended as children. While exploring, they find two bodies in the swimming pool. Mrs. Little is anxious to buy the property and Aunt Tillie is determined to stop her. What ensues is what the reader has come to expect in this series. Well formed characters and good editing make this a fun and easy read.
