reagan is a broadway actress and bastian is a prince. bastian goes on a work trip to new york and meets reagan and they immediately find themselves attracted to eachother. but reagan doesnt know that bastian is a royal. reagan also needs to become pregnant soon as if she doesnt, she may never be able to have children.
um... this was kind of weird. i didnt hate it but the premise was strange and it felt very insta love so im not the biggest fan

Absolutely Awesome Read, well written, great characters, Awesome story line, easy read to hold you on their journey, this genre might not be for everyone but it's a really wonderful story can't wait for more from this Author.

Bastian Von Brandt Prince of Liechtenstein brother to Marcel who is the heir to his there father Erich Johann Von Brandt. Marcel died in an snowmobile accident while him and Bastian were on vacation. Bastian is now the heir. He wants one last hoorah before he must marry his brother finacee for the sake of there country.
Regan model and actress has many issues one being an eating disorder. Oh her regular doctors visit she finds out her fertitlity clock has started to tick early. Having some kind of female disorder that has caused her to start menopause early in life. The doctor advises Regan she should consider getting pregnant now rather then trying later.
Regan mets Bastian not knowing he is a Prince. They hook up and she tells him of her plight to have a baby. He offers to be the sperm donor. In the process of making the baby they both fall in love with each other. However there is a big hitch. Bastian must marry Franziska a women he loaths. But prior to meeting Regan Bastian had been sex with Franziska and she becomes pregnant too.
I have mixed feelings about this story. Two women both pregnant by Bastian. One a conniving bitch who just wants to be a princess, the other who just wants a baby.
This story has a twist at the end but Bastian and Regan and there babies get there HEA. I just didn't like the end. I don't like it when there are more then one person in a relationship. Slow to start. Finally starts to get interesting at 60% mark. You're finally hooked at about 70-75%
I started this book so long ago. For some reason it just never held my interest and I would stop reading and pick up something else. Then eventually, when I had nothing new to read and had already spent my budget on books, I would pick this one up again and read some more...and the cycle repeated. Sometimes so long in between that I forgot what the story was about and had to read the synopsis or at least go back a few pages to refresh my memory. Eventually I worked my way to the 60% point and it finally started getting more interesting. At the 70% mark I was in it to finish it. Finally.
Based on the above, you can see it starts out really, really slow. Takes a while for the H and h to actually event meet for the first time and have one night together. Then it's more time before he return. The is the boring part that didn't hold my interest enough to keep reading.
It is only when he finally returns and they spend time together that it gets a little more interesting. But then while they are together she discovers his true identity (royalty) and his obligations (arranged engagement/marriage) so leaves without saying goodbye. At this point certain things occurred and it becomes a little more interesting as both deal with their circumstances and are in misery missing each other. By this point I was finally invested in the characters and wanted to finish this story.

Loved it… it’s that simple
Usually, I’m not one for books about princes and princesses. I guess it’s because, not being from that background it can hard to relate to. However, I really enjoyed this book.
It’s got everything a good romance needs… two fabulous lead characters that are so obviously head over heels in love with each other… a couple of good companions/buddies that offer that kick of conscience and realism and an enemy that threatens to take away our beloved couples happiness.
What made this interesting was the whole ‘baby Daddy’ dilemma. There’s that whole awkwardness of a very difficult situation, but the understanding of why our heroine, the stunning Regan was needing to make this decision. This wasn’t some woman acting on a whim, this was a desperate woman making an informed and astute decision and making it clear about her intentions and expectations. I admired her for it.
Even when she lost her heart to the man she chose to be her baby’s father - she never considered using it to her advantage. She’d brokered the deal, even though leaving Bastian was the hardest thing she’d ever done… if he couldn’t be in her life, that’s what she’d originally asked for, so she would deal with it.
As for Bastian. How could anyone not fall in love with him? He’s perfection. Ok, sp he didn’t tell her the truth about his identity but who could blame him? He lived a very guarded and oppressed life… sure, he was privileged, insanely so - but privileged lives aren’t easy, especially when you suddenly and unexpectedly find yourself propelled into the immediate line of succession. Feeling the weight of expectation and duty, he makes choices based on loyalty to his country and his family, despite his heart knowing that he will never grow to love the woman he was forcing himself to marry. He wasn’t to know that when he made that promise to his father, that he would meet a woman who literally blew him away. Although he’d resigned himself to the life of an unhappy marriage - he falls in love with the woman he knows he can never have. His Venus, his Regan.
Then of course, there’s the villain… Franziska. She’s a real piece of work that one. Once betrothed to Bastian’s late brother, she manages to continue to manipulate the royal prince and his parents too, playing the grieving fiancée to her ultimate benefit. She is the kind of person you love to hate, but she has everyone fooled… except Bastian and his younger sister Kat. Unfortunately, the alliance their marriage will bring is considered necessary. Bastian feels his only option is to serve his country and forge the alliance.
What he doesn’t realise is that status, wealth and power isn’t all that she’s after.
This story is fantastic. I had real moments where my heart melted, my heart broke and my heart soared. I couldn’t help but feel sorry for poor Bastian. Such a beautiful man, placed in an unbelievably difficult situation. Torn by his duty and his loyalty to his crown and country, whilst having his heart taken by the woman he deserves.
Lots of twists, lots of ups, lots of downs and lots of ‘oh no’ moments. Oh, and lots of panty-melting sex… which is always a bonus. Really recommend this book. A real page turner that I read in just a matter of hours because I couldn’t put it down.

FMC is an actress with "declining fertility" so decides to become a single mom. Instead of a bank, she wants a no strings liaison to get her pregnant, and then "never see him again."
She's leaving a blind date who gets mad when MMC intervenes and helps her.
MMC is former second son, his brother recently died, now he's heir to the throne. He's in US on business. They are attracted, hang out, age explains her baby quest. He offers to help out.
Goes home, comes back to NYC, she agrees. He takes her to the family vacay villa in Italy as part of the "trying" process. And paparazzi take photos of them.
She finds out who he really is. She finds out he has an agreement to be married. She runs back to NYC.
He goes home. His fiance turns up pregnant. FMC finds out she's pregnant.
During pre wedding festivities, he is notified fiance and her creepy dad left for NYC. He follows.
They are holding FMC hostage. There's a situation, her creepy dad is shot, fiance confesses that the throne "belongs to her family" and that her dad killed his brother.
End: MCs adopt crazy lady's baby (it's really MMC's) and they get married, fa la la.

Bastian is a fantastic character. I loved that even though he had been a "playboy" royal all of his life it did not mean he was a scoundrel. His love and loyalty to his family and country are admirable. I enjoyed hating Franziska and her father Dietrich. I knew from chapter one that there was something wrong with her and loved that I was right to hate both of them in the end. Regan I found to be a very sweet, if not naive, young woman that was willing to do almost anything it took to have a family of her own. The pairing for Bastian and Regan was brilliantly done. I loved the storyline, the development of the characters and I particularly loved how even with the misunderstanding and outright lies Regan and Bastian told each other and themselves it never, not once waiveried their loyalty to each other. I really enjoyed this one and can't wait for more in the series. Perhaps Katrina will get her own story? I sure hope she does.

Almost a fairy tale
Bastian wasn’t the next in line to be Prince then suddenly he was and as he looked sadly at his future it appeared stormy and filled with gloom. He went to New York to meet with dignitaries and Allie’s of his country, just another dreary day in his life since Marcel…. “Let’s have a drink on the way back to the hotel.” He said to Isaak and then he saw a flash of red hair and his world changed in that heartbeat.
Regan is a Broadway actress and a heart’s desire to be a Mom but her body isn’t really being a team player. There isn’t a special man in her life and as it seems no one worth having in the near future either. Her best friend, Indy, has set up several blinds dates for her with good intentions but none of them have done a thing for her. This latest one is the worst so far. When she tries to nicely leave the restaurant without a scene, he runs after her and proceeds to make things extremely awkward out on the street! Suddenly her knight in shining armor appears and rescues her.
Life will never be the same.

This story packs a punch! She's an actress and he's a Prince, they meet under unusual circumstances. He's her white knight, but with her biological clock ticking, could it be possible for him to be so much more?
Regan is a struggling actress in New York and her biological clock is moving fast and she wants a baby, sooner rather than later. Her friend Indy has the bright idea of fixing her up with men that he thinks would be perfect for her. However, when one of the dates goes horribly wrong, she's saved by a gorgeous man. The chemistry is there between them and she's hopeful that the offer between them works. But, he's hiding information on himself from her. What will she do when she finds out he's not been truthful.
I loved Bastian from the beginning!! He's hot and who doesn't love royalty!! Great story, so many twists and turns that threw me!

A good romance.

Sebastian is a royal Prince who is a bit on the wild side his brother is the heir to the principality and is destined to marry a bit so desirable woman. Marcus is killed in an accident leaving Sebastian the heir he visits America on state business and ends up running into Regan they develop a relationship and he offers to father her child with no strings. He ends up engaged to his brothers ex fiance even though he hates her. Things escalate with Regan and she ends up pregnant but the fiance tracks her down and threatens to kill her it comes out that she and her father killed his brother. Of course like all good fairy tales Regan got her Prince and they lived happily ever after.

It has been several months since reading a book by this author and once I started this one, I could not put it down.
The characters were so intriguing, Regan so believable with real health issues so many women have faced in life. Bastian was so down to earth and easy to love as he jumps in to help Regan.
The secondary characters were so well done, easy to love Isaak and Indy with his devotion and love of Regan as a dear friend.
"Would you consider a kiss a proper thank you?"
"But...I couldn't. The wistful tone, the look in his eyes...and...whoa...the way he looked. The way my heart raced just standing so close to him."
"I told myself my pulse didn't skip a beat just from his touch. But it had."
This author is so talented when writing love scenes, the reader can't help feeling like a voyeur in the scenes.
The characters were so intriguing, Regan so believable with real health issues so many women have faced in life. Bastian was so down to earth and easy to love as he jumps in to help Regan.
The secondary characters were so well done, easy to love Isaak and Indy with his devotion and love of Regan as a dear friend.

This author is so talented when writing love scenes, the reader can't help feeling like a voyeur in the scenes.

This tale wasn’t what I expected, it was much more exciting to see how their relationship developed and how the complication of the fiancée was dealt with.

This book was a good read. It was a bit predictable and a bit far fetched at times, but that is most people's purpose for reading...to escape their own lives if only for a bit. This book grabs the readers attention and holds it throughout the story.
The reader can't help but like the characters as well as feel a bit sorry for them and the expectations of their lives. Regan seems to have a good life except for the baby she wants and Bastian just wants to find someone for one last fling...or is it?
Enter some vicious soon to be family and some bad choices and it can lead to a HEA for some of the characters! The author wraps this one up in a pretty bow with an ending that leaves the reader happy and satisfied. A quick read and a good one -

Bastian was the son of a king. He was the typical playboy. Not a care in the world after all he wasn't in line for the throne, his brother was. Marcellus was all set to take the throne and get married. It was an arranged marriage but Marcellus was going to go through with it for the good of the country.
The boys had went to the chalet to get a way for a few days. While there a terrible accident happened and Marcel was killed. Causing Bastian to have to step up to fill his brothers shows.
Bastain's father still wanted him to marry Franziska, but before Bastain would propose he went to New York where he would meet Regan. They had a whirl wind trip and Bastain couldn't stop thinking about her.
MS did a great job on this book it is a great read.

Regan is a Broadway star and her focus has been just that. She hasn’t had time for a regular social life and all that. She soon learns that her window for conceiving a child has significantly shortened and is now trying to have a baby. Bastian is the Hereditary Prince after his brother passes in a tragic accident. He now has an image to uphold and rules to bide by. His life is now predetermined by generations before him, including being wed for royal obligations rather than love. On a trip to NYC, he runs into Regan and soon learns what she wants to accomplish. Wanting one last chance to do what he wants, he agrees to make a baby with her and on her terms. I enjoyed reading their story and the twists we learn along the way about his brother’s death.

WOW!! Excellent, Sexual, Drama and mystery, Funny, Love story between the two lovers in this story! They we're exceptionally fantastic and challenging for each other. One wanted a guy to impregnated her and raise the baby by herself, no knowing he was a prince, in line for a leadership! A prescribed was arranged for his brother, by the brother was killed, so the younger brother had to take over the arrangement! He was involved with a other women who wanted to have a baby because her biological clock was running time out to get pregnant! So the new Prince took her up on her mission to give her a baby! I loved everything about this book, I mean really whats there not to love, it had it all.
Lets start with the hero's name, Bastian, I just love saying his name and how it rolls off the tongue, his name screams royalty., and then we have the once in a lifetime chance of meeting your soul mate while miles and miles from home. Then there is the heroine's name, Regan, to me her name says I need to be a royal, and the cards that she has been dealt, I just love Regan.
But as with any royal family, there are always secrets, many kept on both sides, and once those secrets come out will all the Bastian wants with Regan come falling down, or will he really come riding in as the knight/prince in shinning armour?
Loved every page of this book and I want more, I feel like there is more to their story...please, please give me more

This is the story of Bastian and Regan. Oh, I just love Royal stories. This has a great story line. Bastian is to become the Prince due to unforeseen circumstances. Regan is an actress with biological ticking faster than it should. She wants very badly to have a baby and is determined to have it the natural way. Bastian and Regan meet with him protecting her from a blind date that went bad. They are attracted to one another immediately. I loved the steamy scenes. They go through trials and tribulations; some on their own and some together. All turns well in the end. I love M.S. Parker's books.

I absolutely loved this book. Although there was some angst, the story itself held me captive from beginning to end. The chemistry was off the charts and I respected Regan and Bastian’s will to carry on with a future that was not very conventional. The descriptive dialogue all the way to the most OMG moment at the end, kept me intrigued and desperate to finish.
M. S. Parker always delivers fantastic work. This was filled with drama, beautiful intimate moments and a plot that pulled me in. The last chapter...just wow! OMG OMG OMG

Another amazing book by MS Parker. I loved Bastian and Regan. These two were off the charts smoldering hot, the chemistry was ridiculously steamy. Regan has sacrificed a lot in her life and now it's time for herself and her wants. Bastian has had some trials in his life as well and when these two meet it's explosive. There are always secrets and obstacles to overcome, it's a matter of whether they will overcome together. Loved this book, there's angst, passion, lust and what would a book be without a little drama. i voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.

This is a very good Royal Romance read. The storyline is well-written, steamy, with drama, angst, deception and a surprise or two. The main characters are explosive together. The H is a poster child for a womanizer, sexy, dealing with a problem or two, and a brother's untrustworthy ex. The h has sacrificed much for her career and is determined to get pregnant without the fuss of a typical relationship. I liked this enjoyable and entertaining read.

The Perfect Guy by M.S. Parker is like a modern day fairy tale. When you throw in tons of drama, steamy amounts of heat between the main characters and a humdinger of a plot twist that you wouldn't see coming. Prince Bastian and actress Regan give great book reads from start to finish. Theirs was filled with drama, angst, secrets, lies, passion betrayal, love and heartstopping romance. I really enjoyed the plot, the characters and the scenery. I can't wait for more books in this new series.

Going into this book I had no clue what to expect, as M.S. Parker has always been hit or miss on whether I'd enjoy the story or not. I think that this book might be my new favorite her work, but I'm on my second read through and I'm still loving it. Regan and Bastian I think we're destined to be together. There were quite a few plot twists that I didn't expect, and they just added more to the story that I believe was incredibly well-written. I know I say this a lot, but I really want to see more of His Serene Highness and his Princess.

Another fantastic read from this author. This story has it all drama, angst, explosive chemistry and a surprise or two in store for you as you read. The characters were amazing and really well written with very intense chemistry between them. This is a well written very hot and steamy read. Once you start you won't want to put this book down. I can't wait to read more from this author in the future.

She thought about sperm banks, even tried online dating, none of them would work. Bastian was not going to become a Prince Regent that was his brother, but he died it dropped in his shoulders. While Bastian was in New York he met Regan. You need to read to see what happens.

Torments of He'll... Poor Bastian
Of all the evil characters I had read about, Francisco makes the top ten. I get that some Royals must accept arranged marriages, even to those they absolutely despise, but to be required to marry your brother's betrothed is despicable. In my opinion, Bastian's offer to Reagan was honorable; to do something for her that he does not benefit from, yet gives her great happiness. It was a beautiful story of love, tragedy and sorrow. Very good read.
