Wonderful!! Kudos to the author for her debut novel. The book is available in kindle unlimited and noticed 5 star rating even if the number of ratings is dismal. Very hard for everyone agreeing to 5. So thought to give a shot. What a ride! I finished in one sitting derailing my other plans for the day.
A dystopian novel where the entire world was destroyed leaving only a consolidated continent, of course, in southern part of India. Tamil author 😉. The blurb says as love triangle. But I was curious about dystopian part.
In this world, even the time spent by children with their parents is limited. Our heroine wanted to bring some changes, however, she comes from working class community. She accepted the wish of her friend from upper class society who was to marry the prince of the state. The prince fell in love with her. Whereas she, out of loyalty for her friend, refused him. Meanwhile she herself got attracted to another person, Samrat.
The secret behind Samrat is the main crux of the story. Mystery! And the author kept the suspense until end. I didn’t even expect that there will be a sequel, which I am eagerly waiting for 😊

Its very a strange, cliched and surprisingly good book.
I dint know what I am getting into before I bought the book, but just few pages in I knew that this is going to be awesome.
The setting or premise of this story is huge. The author takes us to a fantasy, apocalyptic world where the remaining people are majorly set in south India. The dialogues and story telling are simple and actually very colloquial, which I found to be weird and somehow good at the same time.
Kudos to the first time author, she is awesome.
Highly recommended.

வித்தியாசமான கதைக்களம் கொண்ட ஆங்கிலம்+பிழைத் தமிழ்+செத்த மொழியில் ஒரு முக்கோண காதல் கதை. எதிர்ப்பவன் வலிமையாக இருந்தால் தான் கதாநாயகன் மீது ஒரு ஈர்ப்பு வரும்!
- அனுவிடம் இருந்து ஒரு கால் வந்தது? அக்கருவி 10 அலகோ (metre) 100 அலகோ தானே வேலை செய்யும்?
- f****** ? எதற்கு censor பண்ணிக்கொண்டு? முழுவதும் நனைந்த பிறகு முக்காடு எதற்கு?
- சாம்ராட்டுக்கு வயசு ஏன் ஏறலை என்று அவருக்கே தெரியாது?
- ள் க்கு பதில் ல், பல தட்டச்சுப் பிழைகள்
- சரித்ரா, சுருக்கமாக சரி. சில ஆங்கில நாவல்களில் பெயர் (first name), குடும்பப் பெயர் (last name) வைத்து குழப்புவார்கள். அது போல் சில இடங்களில் சரியா இல்லை சரித்ராவின் சுருக்கமா என்று குழப்பியது.
தலைப்பை வைத்து Tanglish கதை என்று நினைத்தால் ஒரு படி மேலே போய் ஆங்கில வாக்கியங்கள் மொழி பெயர்ப்பு இல்லாமல் அப்படியே இருக்கிறது. உங்கள் ஆங்கிலப் புலமையை நிறுவ ஆங்கிலத்தில் கதை எழுதலாமே? எந்த ஒரு குற்ற உணர்வும் இல்லாமல் தம் மொழியை பிழையாக்கி, வேற்று மொழியை கலந்து பெருமைப்படுபவர்கள் இக்கால சில தமிழர்கள் மட்டும் தான்.

A sci-fi romance story. A new attempt for tamil world. An intriguing plot and well executed story line. The flow of the story thoroughly hooks you into it!
There are some areas that could have been better though. For example, A non-human falling in love with a human at first sight is clearly getting old. The book could have done a better job on "the attraction part".
Some logic misses. For example, if samrat can control people through his vaccine injected bots, why is samrat not using that to save people close to him or to control the uprising of people.
But certainly a good read! will love to read more from this author.

குட்டி சுஜாதா
இளமை ததும்பும் அழகான புதினம்,எளிய நடை, மிக அருமை.
சுஜாதா படிக்கும் போது ஏற்படும் அதே தவிப்பு, ஆர்வம் குறையாமல்.
இரண்டாம் பகுதிக்கு ஆவலுடன் எதிர்பார்க்கும் ஒரு வாசகி.
இளமை ததும்பும் அழகான புதினம்,எளிய நடை, மிக அருமை.
சுஜாதா படிக்கும் போது ஏற்படும் அதே தவிப்பு, ஆர்வம் குறையாமல்.
இரண்டாம் பகுதிக்கு ஆவலுடன் எதிர்பார்க்கும் ஒரு வாசகி.
