Held Captive

Rate this book
Her world crashed down around her in a roar of flame. Her heart broken, her home destroyed, Siobhan has been taken to a land she doesn't know by a man she despises as his captive. But who is really held captive: the heartbroken priestess attracted to her Roman 'master' despite her longing for revenge, or the proud Roman general whose passion for the red-haired priestess from the Isles binds him in chains of longing? When the scions of two proud, ancient houses meet as enemies, what power will passion wield?

A sweet story...

Lovely in it's simplicity, the story captures the reader from the beginning. The details of such a long ago time wrap around your heart until you're there with them, observing silently from a corner of the room.

Gorgeous storytelling.
