The Sweet Stuff

Rate this book
My money. Her willingness to pretend.

It was a business transaction.

With my chocolate shop failing, I had one chance to make things right.

Find a fiancée and get married. Then I’d have access to my late aunt’s money. And lots of it.

And the perfect woman falls right into my lap on Valentine’s Day.

A temporary worker for the candy store.

She’s curvy, beautiful, and mine.

We just have to keep up appearances for a little while, and all will be well.

Until I realize I’m not ready to let her go. Not ever.

This Valentine’s, I’m playing for keeps.

Sweet

This is a very sweet and sexy story! I really liked both Pippa and Austin even though I wanted to smack him a few times. I would have liked an epilogue that was a few years down the road.
Safety
It is completely safe. Neither are virgins and have been celibate for I think a couple of years. No op drama and no abuse.

Is anyone else fan girling over Ms. Morgan? No? I certainly understand why incredibly crafted romances are repeatedly produced by this superior Author (because she is just that great). Ms. Morgan consistently publishes beautiful books for reader's everywhere and I am always looking for her latest work. The Sweet Stuff centers around Austin, a gorgeous (inside and out) chocolatier and his passion for his work. Pippa, a recent graduate of college and sole caregiver to her disabled Mother. In need of a job to get out of the house for a few hours a day. Pippa accepts a part time position for a few weeks with Austin. After finding out just who his fairy Godmother (Aunt) will be and the stipulation that needs to be met to ensure that the all his dreams come true, he struggles even more. These two fated characters definitely have chemistry between them and you can almost watch as they fall in love. For such a quick read, this release packs a hard hitting punch to your heart. I enjoyed everything about this well crafted book and I am positive that you will too.

I voluntarily requested an advanced reader's copy of The Sweet Stuff in exchange for my honest/voluntarily given opinion and I highly recommend reading this book as well as absolutely anything written by Ms. Morgan.

Austin runs his own chocolate shop and is on the verge of closing when he learns his aunt has passed away. His aunt has left him a lot of money but only of he is settling down. Pippa is an employee of Austin but he is very attracted to her. When he can't any passed girlfriends to help him Austin turns to Pippa. Pippa agrees to help him because she could use the money to help her mother. Things get heated between them and they end up having sex. Afterwards Austin tells her that they need to be professional and not complicate things. Can they remain platonic til they are free to go their separate way? Will Austin claim Pippa as his own before its too late?

This is a great story that will captivate you from beginning to end. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend it to any book lover.

I loved this story it’s a sweet sweet read. Austin owns a bakery / chocolate shop but it’s failing he needs a cash injection and the only thing he can do is what his late aunt wants and that is to have a wife and family. Pippa came back in to town to help her mother after her accident she needs money so she applies for a job at Sweet Stuff Bakery for the Valentine’s season. They both have an immediate attraction and Austin asks Pippa if she will be his fake wife so he can get his inheritance and she agrees but with one rule they both have to keep their hands off each other and Austin agrees. As time goes by they get to know each other Austin is having such a hard time keeping his hands to himself. This is a fantastic story and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

ONE AMAZING READ!!!
Oh man, talk about a too cute for words. I love this little gem. Chloe really has a talent for spinning tales. All the twists and turns in this little treasure really make for one enjoyable experience. The characters are written with such realism it really pulls this bad boy together beautifully. The scenes are so vividly detailed it's easy to picture each scenario as they play off one another in perfect balance. Chloe did a remarkable job bringing this read to life flawlessly. Fantastic job Chloe, thanks for sharing this little guy with us.

As sweet and perfect as the chocolates Austin makes. What starts out as a simple job quickly turns into something altogether different in this fast-paced little gem. Pippa is just all-around perfect: talented, efficient, loving, and loyal. In fact, she’s almost too good for Austin. There were lots of times I wanted to reach into the book and smack him, but he makes up for it in the end.
I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book from the author.

Austin is desperate to save his chocolate shop. Pippa is desperate to find something to do in their small town. He offers her a deal. Will both be able to stop feelings from growing? Will they give a relationship a real chance?

Loved the chemistry between these two. I loved how loyal Pippa was and how she was determined to learn what she could to help where she could. I was happy that Austin realized what he had before it was to late and that he could have both. Good read!

Austin's chocolate shop is failing and with Valentine's Day around the corner he is hoping to turn things around.. only problem is he is getting the orders but he has no staff to help fill them or do deliveries.. He decides to hire Pippa on a part time basis just to get through the Valentine's season

Will there be more in store for Austin than just saving his shop?

This book features Austin and pepper. Their traction was instant but he was torn over that and trying to give all his focus on saving his business. Austin was incredibly fickle and Pippa acted like he was the last man on earth. It wasn’t until the last chapter that I felt any genuine feelings from him towards her. This is a quick insta-lust/love story.

An excellent Valentine's book - Sexy and heartwarming! Austins business was floundering, but he did have some orders to fill so he opted for a part-time person for two weeks. When Pippa Franklin walked into his store well he couldn't think straight not even after his friend and attorney informed him of the stipulations of his Great-Aunt's will.

I think Austin gave me whiplash with his mood swings toward Piper. But he was as sweet as the chocolates he makes. This story was a quick read and a well-written fake fiancée story. I really enjoyed this newest Chloe Morgan story.

Hot stuff

Cheesy in a sweet way. Totally unbelievable. People do t go into business to hire people to get benefits. They go into business to make money.

But.....it was a nice read. Great afternoon read.

Just a nice story , with the "i want you but I can't have you" thing. It was fun and not too angsty.
