I enjoyed this book. There is some really good information and tips for anyone with anxiety or a parent of a child with anxiety.

I really like the conversational style of the author. It’s engaging and comfortable. I can say that the author does use adult language in the book. I have no issue with that and not a prude at all. I like a good f-bomb used for emphasis and context. I will say though that it seems to be overused in this book. At the end, it’s almost like using the word was one of the themes of the book.

That being said, there is a ton of really good perspectives in this book and depth of insight. I do recommend this book. I definitely learned a new perspective on dealing with anxiety and how to talk with my anyone that does.
