An Insightful Book About, Us...Humans

This book is a good book to read to learn more about humanity and where we are headed. Some of the author’s concepts and ideas are helpful to gain further insight into humanity and its various behaviors, past and present.
Personally, I think patience is key to understanding ourselves. Patience and observation can help us learn more about some of our emotions, especially when it may involve our actions and behaviors and what we may learn from it. We have the ability overcome any challenge as long as we can learn to improve anything that may hinder our progress, including the ability to function at our best.
