This is a great beginners guide to various ancient wisdoms. Jane shows you ways to incorporate it into your life through the seasons. If you’re looking to scratch the surface on these topics, this is a great start. She doesn’t fully explain everything though so have google handy if you’re completely new to this topic.

I have this sitting next to my bed. It is the perfect thing to dip in and out of when I need spiritual inspiration, relaxing or some practical advice about realigning.
It is also an aesthetically beautiful book with fantastic illustrations throughout.
Lovely to own.

Fin kortfattet intro til diverse helsesystemer verden over.
