Wicked Ever After is the collection of Snow & the Seven Huntsmen, Red & the Wolves, and Queen & the Kingsmen. Each fairy tale has been reimagined as a why choose with a darker edge, spicy spice, and a dash of PNR.

⚠️ Warning: This steamy read will leave your panties wet and reaching for BOB.

🚩 Safety Squad: There are potentially triggering elements. If you have any hesitation, check the warnings before diving in. Otherwise, blind is best!!

🛑 Be Advised: My Goodreads shelves are … explicit in both senses. As such, they could be considered spoiler-y.

5/5 set of three dirty, dark, RH retellings! <3

TROPES:

~fairytale retellings
~antiheroes
~virgin heroines
~dark RH

SNOW & THE SEVEN HUNTSMEN:
This one was a great start to the box set! It's a retelling of Snow White. Oh so delicious. I wish it was longer!!

RED & THE WOLVES:
I didn't enjoy this one as much as the first, but it was still amazing. It's a Little Red Riding Hood retelling. The men in this one are obsessive, possessive, and alpha!! 5 stars!

QUEEN & THE KINGSMEN:
This one was fantastic. I wasn't sure what to expect going in, but we got a whole lot. ;) 5 stars!

Each of these stories are reverse harem, forced proximity, dark, and feature virgin heroines. I loved it!! I need to read more by this author. <3

✨Wicked Ever After✨

Snow and the Seven Huntsmen
2 stars

This was dark & dirty kink.

Nothing more, nothing less.

My reason for the lower rating is because of the lack of plot and character development- and understanding .
There was not enough interaction outside the bedroom to get a real reading on the characters, and that’s important to me. No other “thoughts” from Snow. No action (well bedroom action, yes😂).
Found it a bit repetitive (just with a different huntsman each time.)

It was also heavy on Dom/sub. Punishment and humiliation. This to me is not anything negative, but I need a story too. And I didn’t get that.
Plus Snow seemed a tiny bit annoying. I guess I missed a bit affection.
Snow didn’t seem to give them that.
Her body, yes, her surrender, yes, but not affection or tenderness.

Ok, I demand a lot😂
The sex was kinky though😂🤷🏻‍♀️

Red and the Wolves
2.5 Stars

So I am way happier with getting an actual storyline this time.
An actual plot. (See I don’t need much😂).
Was it enough to hike up a star?
No.
But I am slightly more pleased with it.

Red did make a difference. And she was much more likeable than Snow (previous book). She had more personality.
Look it’s suppose to be a hot and kinky little thing, so it’s not “deep”, but I just liked her resolve to correct a wrong.
I did however feel like Red “ran in circles”, so it was a little meh at times.

But can I just say how happy I was that the wolves actually listened to her a little? They seemed a little more intimate.
They still went full on Dom, so it was still about dominating and punishment.

I couldn’t wrap my head around the “dark force” though(My nerd brain went straight to Star Wars, okay?😳)

Queen and the Kingsmen
2 stars

When I first saw this cover my interest was instantly piqued.

I shied away from it because RH was not a genre I was interesting in venturing into at that time.
So I waited.
And waited.
Read a little RH. (Because try new things, right?)
And I still waited.
Waited some more.
But then?
I thought fuck it, and grabbed the book.

The story was kinky, heavy on submission, humiliation and punishment.
And not much else.

It’s safe to say I had expected so much more.
Despite the enchanting cover the Queens story could not pull me in.

Plus it followed the same pattern and even the same jokes as the other books, so it wasn’t really that new-inventing.

* I want to say thankyou to Valentine PR for this ARC!

🤯

I'm sorry ... what did I just read?

Don't get me wrong, I actually read the description on this one ... and still 🥵

Okay, so you have three insanely dark and spicy disney retellings that are so wild that you can't put it down. It will have you re reading things over and over, flipping your book in different directions, trying to figure out how everything is doing its thing, and pondering moments of your morals 😅

Honestly, I'm holding onto this bad boy for a rainy day, if you get what I mean 😏

Story: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Trope: fairytale retellings
Angst: 😱😱
Smexy: 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Wicked Ever After is a wickedly sinful collection of three fairytales retold as dark reverse harems. We have Snow and the Seven Huntsmen, Red & the Wolves, and Queen & the Kingsmen. They all star virgin heroines and the dark antiheroes who will fall for them. The three novellas are in the same world, are all fantastically naughty, and are completely over the top. I’m not a huge reverse harem fan, but these were definitely quick and dirty. I’m a huge fan of Zoe Blake and Alta Hensley and would definitely pick up any future books by this duo!

✨ARC Review✨
This contains three different why-choose stories that will make you blush, fan yourself, and wish you could join in on the fun!🔥

✨Story 1: Snow and the Seven Huntsmen
I loved all the stories but this was my top one.

“You are a prize we fight long and hard to claim. You belong to us now.”
Trapped, lonely, and being neglected. Snow gets rescued by the seven huntsmen to whom she now belongs. Unfortunately, there is more to the story of why they took her.

Confused about living with seven delicious men who all want her. Snow doesn’t know if she should feel safe, and thankful, or if it was all a mistake.

She tries to escape a few times. The punishment can be cruel but sometimes rewarding.

Jerrik and Tore are my top guys out of all of them. The seven men would do anything to protect her and make her feel loved and cherished. But the connection with Tore and Jerrik is much stronger.

“The lass is ours and I say we stay and fight for her. The girl deserves a home and a life.”

✨Story 2: Red & the Wolves
Years and years ago. Five men were cursed and chosen to be turned into wolves to help protect the village from the darkness.

Because of the horrible curse. A sacrifice is gifted to the wolves once a century on every blood moon.

“Whether you like it or not, each one of us will claim you in all ways.”
Raina also known as Red unfortunately was the one chosen this time. Being the first female to ever be sacrificed.

I really enjoyed all the guys but here some some of my favorite quotes by two of them.

Canis- “The minute I first saw you, I knew you would be mine. I know I would claim you. What I didn’t know was how you would claim me as well. How you would claim each one of us.”
Helm- “What big eyes you have, Red. Are you afraid?”

✨Story 3: Queen & The Kingsmen
I think this one was the darkest of all but I still enjoyed it.

“All the more reason to fear them, Zelladine. I tell you, they have found you.”
Zelladine is a powerful fairy queen who is captured by the Kingsmen.

“This little game of theirs would be fun indeed.”
While they play games with her. Little do they know she’s playing her own game. From lots of pain to equal pleasure. This story will have you wanting to see how much pain you can handle yourself😉.

I loved how the stories were intertwined with some of the characters. Poor Snow and her horrible cooking.😂 Each story has a HEA that will make your heart smile.

Thank you Alta Hensley & Zoe Black for allowing me to be a part of your ARC team! Thank you to Valentine PR for sending me the EARC. As always, my review is my opinion and thoughts.

ARC Review of Wicked Ever After by Alta Hensley & Zoe Blake
* * * * *
A super spicy dark romance collab with three loved grimm fairy tales meeting a heavy twist of hunky dominant men, women who love a bit of pain, and happily ever afters!

Snow White and her seven Huntsmen: she's supposed to be killed on the orders of the horrid queen, however, these seven ridiculously attractive men have decided to take her as their prize. She's to be in their home, following their rules...or there will be punishment.
Punishment she may not realize she grows to like.

Red and her five Wolves: Red was sacrified to the wolves that protected her village from the darkness, however is meet with a big suprise when the wolves turn out to be five big men craving to have their way with her. There is speculation as to how special she is to them, and what happened with the last sacrifices...however, these wolves are not going to give her up so easily.
They will never let her escape their claws.

Queen Zelladine and her five Kingsmen: Zelladine is a woman who knows what she wants and she's got a plan always up her sleeve, though, she is thrown for a suprise when she is captured by the Kingsmen. Four men who should be doing their job for the king to return the princess from the wicked woman...though all is not as it seems.
Zelladine is going to have some fun with these noble men, letting them think she's under their control...until she strikes.

Big on the domination, forced proximity, and kinky hot stuff that the dark side of all us craves! Love how they all were connected, and maybe there could be excitement for more to come? More of terrible cooking, hot steamy pool adventures and battles against the shadows!

What a wickedly dark and deliciously depraved retelling of some of our most memorable fairytales.
These stories will definitely give you an eyeful!!
Each of these three stories give us incredibly interesting characters and very inviting stories.
Snow and the seven torrid huntsmen. -These huntsmen will dominate Snow at their pleasure even though they intended to kill her. The plan has changed and these dark and brooding men will worship this submissive princess.
Red and the five bad and ravenous wolves will treat you to a feast that is seasoned with sexual indulgence that is mischievous delightful.
The Queen and the four masterful Kings-men will present you with a devilishly erotic approach to gaining the answer to a question they greatly need. The Queen will be thoroughly served.
If your looking to lose yourself into these fascinating, dark, enticing and illicit tales you will be happily entertained and STUNNINGLY pleased by Alta’s and Zoe’s recounting of your no longer childhood tales.

Oh. My. Alta and Zoe are wicked geniuses. This was so good, and yes I love the dark and twisted world's they both weave. Together they have done something extraordinary. The way they twisted each fairy tale was epic. I loved each heroine and every single hero. And their MMCs are always the best. The. Best. They are utterly obsessed, possessive and super protective of their girls. They did not leave that out of these fairy tales. I especially loved the real story for the "evil" queen. The why she did what she did was amazing. Now don't get me wrong, the other two stories were awesome too. But the way they brought so much more to Queen Zelladine was so freaking good. I absolutely loved each ending and applaud them both on what they gave us readers. Dark and twisted perfection.

Wicked and Delightful

Note: For mature audiences.

This book is comprised of three delightfully wicked fairytale retellings. The loose retellings of Snow White, Red Riding Hood and Sleeping Beauty are nothing like your childhood version, but all the more wicked.

The stories are RH and have enough detail to make it easy to identify the fairytale, while providing much more exciting adult themes.

Overall there’s very little storyline as the stories are shorter, but the wicked content will absolutely leave the reader in the mood for serious spice quite satisfied.

This was quite the read!

Snow White and the seven huntsmen
Rough...that was a rough read. We teetered on being a tad over the line of okay. Some of it wasn’t the least bit sexy or you wanting to be her. It was kind of disgusting and not sexy at all.

Red and the wolves
Ok this was almost a wash and repeat of the first with two less guys. Strange see you as a man while your still a wolf? Ugh I guess I am reading the last story.

The queen and the kingsmen
Again more of the same debatable interactions. This was all not for me.

Snow and the Seven Huntsmen: A Dark Reverse Harem Romance (Dark Fantasy Book 1)
ANGER—FEAR—PAIN—PASSION—I’D CONSUMED IT ALL LIKE A WOMAN STARVED.

This is one of these stories that you don’t know whether to be shocked or impressed by the depravity of the entire storyline. This is what you get when you get two talented authors, Alta Hensley and Zoe Blake that both can write dark erotic horror fantasy, and together their creative minds devise a demented dark, edgy spin on the tale of Snow White. Forget any dwarves, because no, instead, it is seven large, muscular, huntsmen instead.

“Once upon a time, I was a princess named Snow White—now, I am the captive prize of seven huntsmen.”

The Huntsman has been hired by the evil queen to kidnap and murder Snow, bringing her heart back to the queen. They will deliver the heart of a boar and take Snow to their cabin deep in the forest. While Snow may be alive, she will find herself in a new prison, because the beast has taken her to their lair.

Each of the seven huntsmen will have their own time with Snow, and she will be at their mercy and proclivities. While certain ones have claimed a particular virginity, her time with each man will not be an easy experience. In order of claiming, Tore, Magni, twins, Feyer and Steen, Dagr, Jerrick, and Odin.

“Listen to me well, broken bird. Never disobey any of the huntsmen, or you will get far worse than what I am doing here. You are to be submissive, obedient, and compliant in all the ways we ask. Some of my fellow huntsmen are not forgiving or tolerant men.” --Tore

“The reality was, I had been taken from one prison to another. I should have never for one second forgotten that the huntsmen are my captors and my life was fully in their hands. I was a prisoner, not a guest. I was here by force, not by choice. If I kept my eyes closed, it would make this all seem like a dream rather than reality. Reality made it all the more dirty and wrong, but a dream was safe.” --Snow

“No is not an option.” --Magni

“Never question. Never disobey. Never for one second act out like you did before.” –Feyer

“The devil had truly possessed my body, but no holy water would be able to purge me clean.” --Snow

Word has it that the queen knows Snow isn’t dead and she is coming for her, and the huntsmen too. She may have locked up Snow in the castle and convinced everyone that she had gone mad after the death of her father, but the huntsmen know the truth. How far will they go to protect the women who can tame their savage beast? Don’t come between the huntsmen and their captive prey.

The story is one of the reverse harem books that includes kidnap and capture, dubious consent, forced submission, exhibition, humiliation, sadomasochism, dark fantasy, that is raw and edgy. What this isn’t, is a sweet romance; it is filthy dominance, control, and powerful. In April, comes Red and the Wolves.

Red and the Wolves: A Dark Reverse Harem Romance (Dark Fantasy Book 2)
WHAT BIG EYES YOU HAVE, RED. ARE YOU AFRAID?

The second story in the Dark Fantasy books will revolve around the fairy tale of Red Riding Hood and not one wolf, but five wolves, a curse, an evil grandmother, and an evil dark force. The legend has it that during the rising of the Blood Moon, the village must make a sacrifice to protect them from evil. Centuries ago, men where enchanted and sent away from the village after being turned to wolves, and they live in the forest and protect the village from evil, but during the Blood Moon, the village must make a sacrifice. The past has always been a man, but this time, they include one woman in the selection, Raina, better known as Red. It is time, “The blood moon was rising.”

“The five men were turned into wolves. Enchanted animals. Ferocious beasts capable of fighting off the dark force. Darkness fighting darkness. Now hundreds of years later, they still drove back the dark force, keeping my village safe. But they demand a price—a sacrifice. As the blood moon rises, the wolves entered the clearing to claim their sacrifice.”

Red’s grandmother is one of the village elders, and she has hated Raina since she was a child, blaming her for the sins of her mother, and the fact her mother died giving birth to her. Now Elder Hildegarde Reithaube has figured out a way to rid herself of Red and exact revenge, and convince the village this is the way to appease the wolves and keep away the dark force.

“She had finally found a way to truly punish me for my innocent sin.” But words from another may be her saving grace. “You are more in control of your destiny than you realize, my child.”

“Make no mistake—this man was a beast. The demon and his dark magic had taken hold, and a wicked delight throbbed in ways I had never experienced. “ “Because we all do what we must to keep the darkness away. Even if it means allowing the darkness to swallow up our souls. “ “Oh this will hurt, my sacrifice. This will most certainly hurt.” “Claimed by the animal hidden in a man’s skin.”

Red and the five wolves, Grimm, Helm, Rood, Canis, and Beo will give this story an erotic twist, and they show her their dominance, their control, and teach her submission.

“My body began to respond. To use the pain for my own pleasure. Everything was twisted and turned around.” “My brothers in this curse may be right. You, my little Red, may be something special after all.” “What belonged to one, belonged to all.” “The minute I first saw you, I knew you would be mine. I knew I would claim you. What I didn’t know was how you would claim me as well. How you would claim each one of us.” “Such a dirty girl you are. I see you like pain just as much as pleasure.” “I was cocooned with them, safe, protected, forever part of their pack.”

“The air in the cave crackled with tension and high emotion. We were locked in a primal struggle. Male, female. Beast, man. Pain, pleasure. It all swirled around out writing bodies.

The story is one of the reverse harem books that will have mention of the Huntsmen and Snow. It revolves around legend, magic, sacrifice, dubious consent, submission, sadomasochism, and control. The story includes explicit sex scenes, ménage, punishments, and pleasure.

Queen and the Kingsmen: A Dark Reverse Harem Romance (Dark Fantasy Book 3)
YOU HAVE MET YOUR MATCH WITH THE KINGSMEN. THIS IS A BATTLE YOU CANNOT WIN

I have described these stories as “Dark, Dirty, and Delicious.” This is the third story in the series which you don’t know whether to be shocked or impressed by the depravity of the entire storyline. This is what you get when you get two talented authors, Alta Hensley and Zoe Blake that both can write dark erotic horror fantasy. Together their creative minds devise a demented dark, edgy spin on the tale of Briar Rose, that we grew up knowing as Sleeping Beauty, and this one will have four of the Kingsman, and Queen Zelladine.

“Remember when you are begging for mercy and yet receive none, you chose this. For the first time since the dawn of the first sun, a queen of the fairies was carted out of the forest against her will—by four mortal men. In the worst possible way imaginable, you will pay.”

The story has a completely different twist from Sleeping Beauty who will be rescued and awoken by the kiss of her Prince, the kiss of true love. Instead, maybe the evil queen, really isn’t exactly what people believe she is. Yes, she has powers and can harness darkness, but there is another side to her, one that King Basil doesn’t know, one that Princess Briar Rose trust. So, instead of Briar Rose and the Prince, this tale will be about the Queen and her four Kingsmen.

Why has Queen Zelladine come and removed Briar from the kingdom and her father? With witnesses present, they watch a swirling green cloud remove her and know the King is sending his best to find the Zelladine and return the body of his beloved daughter. One he had betrothed to another. But what about Briar? Is Zelladine friend or foe?

The Kingsman have their own dark magic and are able to trap Zelladine, and they have their ways of making her telling them what they want to know. Zelladine will become their plaything, and they will use her body, and she will experience pain and pleasure, unlike anything she has ever known. Who knew the Queen of the dark was a masochist? Not everything is bad, they do give her a comfortable bed, provide her with food, but they attempt to use her body against her.

“We can sometimes be gentlemen, and I suppose this is one of those times. A lady deserves a bed and a warm fire while in slumber. But when awake” –His chuckle turned to a full laugh—“you are no lady, and we are no gentlemen.”

“This was what I needed. The forced submission. The pain. The humiliation. My body hummed with pleasure that only pain could free.”

“Nonsense! The very idea Queen Zelladine needing four male mortals! I was shaking now, knowing that the kingsmen not only controlled my body, but they had dominated my strength. They were winning, and there was nothing I could do to resist. And the truth of the matter was, I didn’t want to resist.”

The battle is coming, but the outcome isn’t as everyone would assume. Will the Kingsmen deny the King his request, to turn over Zelladine for him to torture? Maybe the King isn’t what most people would assume. Zelladine has aided Briar for her own happily ever after ending. But what of Zelladine and the four kingsmen? Can a powerful Queen find happiness submitting, finding pleasure in pain?

“There is nothing wrong with submission, Zelladine. A powerful queen and an even stronger woman would understand that.”

“I like the pain. I like the bite and the raw, brutal sensations. Hurt me. I want to reach the edge of complete surrender and then dive in head first. Complete submission to my captor—to all my captors. I did so enjoy all the creative imagination these men put into their punishments.”

The story is one of the reverse harem books that will have mention of the Huntsmen and Snow, as well as, Red and her Wolves. It revolves around legend, magic, sacrifice, dubious consent, humiliation, submission, sadomasochism, and control. The story includes explicit sex scenes, ménage punishments, pain with pleasure.

“Get used to this, your highness. We have finally captured our queen. The game is won. You are ours now. Submit. You have no other choice.”

That was a waste of time. There was no character building, no plot, not a single logical action - nothing. Even the sex was not that steamy and good.
All the things that happened were repeating without stop so the "story" could continue.
I was really disappointed.

Now we all love a fairytale some of us never grow up and prefer the old school versions , others grow up and like them dark and twisted and if you fall into the latter category, take my hand as we walk off off into the deep ., dark and depraved woods …..

I must just add I appreciate the art work that goes with each book , something different yet so perfect 📚❣️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

SNOW & THE SEVEN HUNTSMEN

Snow was locked away by her evil stepmother and was spoken to by nobody , not the villagers nor the servants as per command of the wicked queen so in actual fact the Huntsmen ordered to get rid of her are actually her life line her saving grace . Yes they go about things in a twisted manner but they worship the ground Snow walks on and will protect her at any cost , they love her unconditionally and on each in their own dark , depraved and beautiful way ❣️🫣

Odin , Dagr, Jerrik, Tore, Magni , Freyr , Steen and their “little bird “made me rethink who needs a Prince Charming when you can have 7 Huntsmen😉🤫

RED & THE WOLVES

This version reminded me a little of an episode of Grimm , where a sacrifice has to be made by the blood moon to appease the dark forces and thank the protectors for warding off evil …

Red realises soon enough that the stories she heard as a little girl about having to fear and rever the wolves 🐺 has grounds but not in the way she understood it at first 😉

Red had a hard life under her grandmother’s hand , she was cruel and unkind and hated her since the day she was born 😢but I loved his Red escaped into her books but at the same time my heart broke , just read this “ As a child , my only notion of love and protection was what I read in books…..There, tucked between worn pages , was the love and feeling of belonging I craved .” When I tell you I had a melt down I’m not needing about I sobbed so hard I even hiccuped ! I just wanted to climb into the pages and love on Ted like a momma should .,,,

I digress this is about Red and her wolves , they make her feel like she’s part of the pack . Grimm , Beo ,Rood, Canis and Helm make sure she feels loved , nurtured and treasured in ways that leave you howling for more 😉🐺😍

QUEEN & THE KINGSMEN

I already liked Queen Zelladine the moment I met her I mean how can I not , she ruled over the creatures and fairies of the forest #hellofriend# ❣️🦚🧚‍♀️she may have a darker side but hey who am I to judge 🤷‍♀️ she has other endearing qualities like she’s loyal , loves fiercely ,has sass and spunk and she’s not fading wallflower and she happens to be Sleeping Beauty’s godmother ….

The Kingsmen are trying to get information from the Queen but they have their work and pleasure cut out for them . I warn you upfront that this is dark and depraved 🔥

Snow and the Seven Huntsmen:
I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book. This might be a quick read but it was a super hot retailing of the classic Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
The evil Queen wants Snow dead. Seven Huntsmen come to her rescue and save her. However, they want her for themselves. Each has there own way of getting her to show them her appreciation for saving her. She must submit to them all or risk being punished.
Really enjoyed this action packed book. This is the first book in the Dark Fantasy series.

Red and the Wolves:
I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book. This might be a quick read but it was a super hot retailing of the classic Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
The evil Queen wants Snow dead. Seven Huntsmen come to her rescue and save her. However, they want her for themselves. Each has there own way of getting her to show them her appreciation for saving her. She must submit to them all or risk being punished.
Really enjoyed this action packed book. This is the first book in the Dark Fantasy series.

Queen and the Kingsmen:
I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book. This is the 3rd book in the Dark Fantasy series. Each of these books can be read as a standalone. They are each a short super hot retellings of the classics.
The Queen refuses to help locate the king's precious daughter. He sends the Kingsmen to capture her and bring her to him. However, they have a different plan of torture for her. Strip her of her powers and make her feel everything.
Loved the twist on all these classics. Very dark and taboo with lots of steam.

Retelling, check. Dark Fantasy, check. Combine two of my favorites and you've got my attention.

This book has all 3 books in one and what a thrill this was to read!

Snow & the Seven Huntsmen: The huntsman are coming. Snow can hear them, but how to escape this locked and barren room? The window, duh. Out the window, step on some glass and through the woods Snow will go. But the huntsmen are quick to catch up.

The huntsmen send the Queen the heart she believes to be Snows, while the huntsmen's take of with Snow as a prize.... so that's how that story begins.

Red & the Wolves: 5 men chosen to protect. The same 5 men unknowingly turned to werewolves to live forever to protect. Now their protection comes with a price. Paid by a sacrifice.

Then there's Red. Without parents and a grandma that loathes her and makes it clearly known any chance she gets. So what do you think happens next? The selection of the sacrifice now mentions elder, when it should be males... So clearly the elder was glad to be rid of Red. But the wolves aren't what they seem.

Queen & the Kingsmen: What happens when a Queen walks into a castle and takes the princess? Is Briar Rose really dead or just missing?

The Kingsmen will teach the Queen a lesson. Powers or not the Queen may like just what they have in store for her.

Overall I enjoyed this dark twist on some classic tales. But do heed the earlier warning, as there are points that can be triggering for some. Otherwise go ahead and enjoy these classics with a dark twist, and many partners.

I would certainly read more books by these ladies. Wonderfully done.

What a delicious collection of short stories ❤️❤️❤️

All three of these books are so primal and raw, and I just loved it!

I love all the fmc's but I think my favourite favourite is Zella. The reason is because she kind of turned the tables on her men a little bit, and it was just perfect 😏😏😏

Snow and Red were also great, Snow was so sweet and innocent whereas Red, she had so much fire in her, so it was beautiful to read. Both Red and Snow came into their own, but it different ways.

All 3 stories meshed so well together as they are told in the same world. It was great to get some questions answered in relation to problems that were occurring in this particular world.

The books were also really funny in some parts, especially in regard to Snow... iykyk 🤫

Overall, these were amazing and a great read for in between heavier reads. Add to your TBR immediately!!!

Thank you so much to Atla, Zoe, and their beautiful team for giving me the opportunity to ARC read this series. I really appreciate it. All opinions are my own 😊

“Once upon a time, I was a princess named Snow White. … Now, I am the cáptive prize of seven huntsmen.”

Three short story fantasy retellings (Snow White, Little Red Riding Hood, etc), and all are why choose/ reverse harem.

All of the stories were fun quick reads told just from the heroine’s POV. All the FMCs are virgins and start out held in cáptívity. The stories are mostly smut with just a little plot, little character development, and I could never differentiate any of the men (not that it really mattered). But if you are looking for some smütty short stories, these are it!

The third story (Queen & The Kingsmen) was my favorite because our queen is strong, feisty, a witch, and a bit of a masøchist.

🖤 Thank you Alta Hensley and Zoe Blake for allowing me to ARC read this book! It was officially released yesterday, go check it out.

“Wicked Ever After” is not the type of bedtime story most readers grew up reading––just a guess. Authors Alta Hensley and Zoe Blake include their stories in one book so readers can devour all the dark spiciness. The three novellas are very dark and have themes that may not appeal to all readers. I will say there are things the Huntsmen do to Snow White that I could never imagine Sleepy, Dopey––maybe Grumpy––would do in the OG story. Please read the triggers and content warnings. However, for others, that could certainly be a draw. I did enjoy how the stories inter-connected with references to how awful Snow’s cooking was.

I received a copy of this book for free and am leaving this review voluntarily.

Loved that this set is all 3 books together!! Loved how the stories all happened in the same timeline and each set of characters popped up in the next book! Helped keep you interested while reading. Why choose fairytale retellings is seriously one of my fave tropes now!! I can’t figure out which story I loved most….. Snow White, Red Riding Hood, or The Queen? I think Red Riding Hood and her wolves were the best. It seemed like Red was willing to stop at night it to make sure her wolves were safe and everyone knew the truth of the history of the legend. Red really stepped into a true wolf form by showing her loyalty to the men. Love this story so much! Loved the other 2 as well…. but this one was my fave

I love a boxset/compilation and this has three great dark fairytale retellings in one.
Get a new take on Snow White, Red Riding-hood and Sleeping Beauty.
All are wonderful why choose stories with the biggest, baddest, sexiest, roughest, most dominant Alpha men who definitely have their ‘fun’ with the woman of the story.
Hot 🥵 🔥 (so steamy), sexy, kinky, dark, a little twisted, a little humour and all have a HEA.
Definitely an adults only fairytale collection and be aware of the triggers cause these men are the Boss.

I received an ARC from Valentine PR and I’m voluntarily leaving a review.

Thank you to @valentine_pr_ for the opportunity to receive an ARC!

This book contains three stories from the Dark Fantasy Series all in one: "Snow & the Seven Huntsmen," "Red & the Wolves," and "Queen & the Kingsmen". The stories are fast-paced and short, giving you spice without losing the plot. My favorite of the three was "Red & the Wolves" because Red did what she had to to make sure she could stay with the wolves. And I loved that we see the main characters in the other stories too! Including Snow and her famous cooking 🤣🤣🤣

(4 Stars)

Have you ever wondered how fairy tales would go if they had dark and erotic twists? Well, now you can see a different side of Snow, Red and Queen Zell in three stories that give us just what we dark and twisted readers want. Don't be shocked, but all are RH (more than one, two or three men), each man has his own dark and twisted needs that we get a front row seat to. I will admit there was a time or two that even I was questioning what was happening, but in the end, this read proved to be just what it was advertised. I give this 4 spicy stars.

Three wonderful dark RH fairytale stories that were delightful to read within this collection. The stories have likable characters (hunky good-looking, alpha type males and the innocent female) with steamy chemistry and romantic encounters in an entertaining and enjoyable instant love fairytale like stories. The stories are Snow and the Seven Huntsmen, Red & the Wolves, and Queen & the Kingsmen. They are hot and dark and page turning stories leaning more on their romantic encounters than storyline, but I enjoyed reading them and I volunteer to read and review this copy I'd received.

This is a great collection of reverse harem/why choose novellas that are retellings of classic fairy tales.

It's got retellings of Snow White, Red Riding Hood, and Sleeping Beauty - all dark, super spicy, and with plenty of over the top men to keep things interesting for each heroine.

If you like punishment and discipline in your spicy reads, you're in for a treat - but then again, Zoe never disappoints in that area.

This was a fun read that I would recommend if you want some darker quick and dirty reads that still have some plot but also plenty of spice.

A scorching hot anthology that includes
❄️ Snow & The Seven Huntsmen
🐺 Red & The Wolves
👸 Queen & The Kingsmen

All the dark, kinky and delicious spice. Read this alone in the comfort of your home because I’m sure some of y’all will need to take breaks to help yourself… 💦🍆🔥

“Listen to me well, broken bird. Never disobey any of the huntsmen, or you will get far worse than what I’m doing here. You are to be submissive, obedient, and compliant in all the way we ask.”

All are RH, Virgin h, and really kinky.
Snow was my personal favorite

Wicked Ever After is a dark romance collab that has three grim fairy tales that you are sure to love. As little kids, we loved our fairytales to have a HEA, as adults we still want the same thing, just darker, dirtier and more thrilling. And let me tell you, these deliver on all accounts. This book has Snow White and Her Seven Huntsmen, Red and her Five Wolves, and Queen Zelladine and Her Five Kingsmen, all of which are dark, spicy, and sure to hook you immediately. Run and grab your copy today!!

These three short stories are full of action, romance, and spice. I see the appeal, and I love the plot. But I don't like that the book went too fast and there was too much spice in the beginning for my taste. I hate when a story goes so fast the plot doesn't live up to its potential and said to say this is it.

I do like it, don't get my wrong. There could be so much more to this if they slowed down and focused on building up the beginning
