From planet Aurora, lioness shifter, Dalissa Furr, wants to explore new places before she goes insane from boredom. So a trip to Earth is a must. Finding her mate in the process would be great too, if Gerri Wilder can make it happen. But according to her parents, her smaller than normal size and delicate features make her undesirable to a shifter.
Azai Whittip, alpha of the White Tip wolf pack, will only accept his true mate for a life-long partner, to the dismay of the females in the pack. When Gerri asks him to take her friend sightseeing, he doesn’t expect this friend to be gorgeous and smell so damn good. Oh, and bonus, she’s his mate.
As far as Azai is concerned, life’s perfect now that he found Dalissa. But someone in his pack or the neighboring lion pride think wolves and lions don’t mix. When both alphas and the male wolves come up missing, it’s up to Dalissa to figure out what’s going on and how to stop the one person set on destroying both packs and dominating the human world. Talk about an adventure!
Milly Taiden (also writes as April Angel) was born in the prettiest part of the Caribbean (to her) known as the Dominican Republic. Currently, she resides in New York City with her husband, bossy young son and their little dog Speedy.
When she’s not working full-time, texting with her best friend Heidi in England, chastising her son for pulling the dog’s ears, shopping with her sister Jewel or watching scary movies with her husband, she can be found writing on her laptop.
She’s addicted to shoes, chocolate, Dunkin Donuts coffee and JIMMY THOMAS covers!!!
With such a huge series you'd think the fun with them would wane, but Milly Taiden continues to deliver with her newest PDA "You're Lion to Me"
Can a Pride and Pack live close together? Well, Remy and Azi Alpha of their packs are working at making that happen, of course, someone isn't going to make that an easy job for either of the males. On top of that, the Wolf Alpha has to play tour guide.
I've always said you can't choose family. Dalissa may wish she could they way she gets put down by them. She was ll to quick to head to Earth for a respite and take care of something for her friend. When she meets the Alpha Wolf not everyone is thrilled with her presence.
Lioness and Wolf have a huge mystery on hand that's just about to turn dangerous. A decent length book. very cool cover. very cool characters. Hot scenes that we know Milly for. grab it and enjoy.
Book 20 Paranormal Dating Agency by Milly Taiden Dalissa lives on aurora and because she’s smaller and not as strong as other lioness her family she her as weak and useless. Gerri get contact by Zaria saying her friend Dali needs an escort around while she sorts some stuff for her. Gerri gets local wolf pack alpha to escort Dali around but neither knew they were each other’s mates until meeting each other. I really enjoyed this book because it had two packs/Pride included. Also had a great bad guy mysterious storyline which I did really enjoy
Dalissa is a lion shifter from Aurora. She comes to Earth to pack some of her friend’s belongings and send back to her. Azai is a wolf shifter on Earth and is tricked into thinking Dalissa is a male and he is to show him around. When he meets her his wolf screams “ Mate!” But someone doesn’t want her there and are trying to scare her away. Also, someone is taken the males and making them into sort of zombies. Can they figure out who it is before Azai is turned too? Awesome story. Sex, action, and suspense. Be prepared for explicit sexual scenes.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Gerri Wilder from the Paranormal Dating Agency has done it again. This time she has matched Azai a wolf shifter from earth to Dalissa a Lioness from the planet Aurora. But Azai is just an ordinary run of the mill wolf shifter. He is the Alpha of his pack. And even though on Aurora Dalissa is considered weaker and smaller compared to the other shifters, on Earth has better sight, smell and other abilities that the Earth shifters do not. I loved this couples instant connection. They were both very strong and likeable characters.
Steamy and mysterious, packed with action and I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. I was hooked! Dalissa is tired of life on Aurora. She is about to go insane and is seen as weak because she is smaller and different than other shifters. Azai wants a mate. When Gerri hooks these two up, sparks fly. Now, the mystery comes in. Males are going missing and someone is after Dali. Both issues must be solved in order for these two to have their HEA.
Closer to 2 stars than 3 ... but I’ve read a bunch of bad “books” recently so this one benefits by being comparatively better than those :p
The story is stand-alone but I think there’d be a lot of confusion for someone reading this without the background of Aurora and Gerri Wilder from the books before hand in this series.
The romance isn’t really a romance - just “true mates” that meet and mate. I actually appreciated that there was no belaboring the mates thing. They meet, they recognize they are mates, and they get together. None of that bs like second guessing fate or agonizing over some perceived reason why they shouldn’t be together even though they are fated. Still would have been nice to see some relationship development though.
Now, since the relationship wasn’t the crisis, the book still needed some sort of crisis/climax, right? Enter the mad scientist villain. There was supposed to be some misdirection with the hate-notes but it was so obvious it was frustrating that the characters didn’t realize it. The main baddy was a cliched villain and cliched motive using implausible science (even for a shifter sci-fi book) who none-the-less needed more back story. Also, wombies... really? I tried to suspend logic, but
This was a little different than the others. But boy it still had everything you want in a book. Coming from another planet and falling in love with earth. I just loved this book. Awesome book

Another great match by Gerri Wilder a Lioness from Aurora and an Alpha Wolf from Earth now thats a power couple. From the start nothing is easy for Dali and Azai between jealous she wolves, lousy parents, and a psycho power hungry lioness who wants to start her own pride of powerful lions. There is nothing stronger than the need to protect your mate and together they will fight to protect eachother and their friends.
Expected just a bit more than what was delivered. Wonderful going off with the characters we have met previously but not enough romance for my taste between the two H's. I have to say I was enjoying this until the stupidity with the villain unfolded. Without giving any spoilers, this devolved into something unbelieveably trite and silly all within a few pages. Now this big scene may be enjoyable to other readers but I just didn't expect or want, wombies. One of those scenes that make you roll your eyes and think what a load of rubbish. This story is not a reread for me. Kindly offered to me by the author but read through KU.
A fairly typical insta-love shifter minus all the best aspects of the genre. The MC’s have no chemistry, the sex is boring. There’s the obligatory nod to kink which only makes it more of a yawn fest. There was a fair amount of unimportant detail, repetition and pointless reiteration. The mystery was obvious and the insane villain was straight out of a pantomime. It would have also been nice if the story had been resolved properly. This author may be prolific but produces nothing of value.
Gerry Wilder works her magic once again!! Visiting from the shifter planet of Aurora is the lioness Dalissa a beautiful shifter on both the inside and outside and she has never really known true happiness even her own parents have regarded her with a certain amount of disdain, she is small for an Auroran shifter and they associate this with weakness and they had ensured that she knows they do not value her and this has haunted her and caused her great mental anguish, after all you’re parents should love their children regardless of their physical characteristics, they have not even really loved her or shown any outward signs of love or affection. Dalissa decides to take a giant leap and visit earth and who better than Gerry Wilder to make the arrangement and as she is also a match-maker she decides to do a little meddling whilst she’s at it. Aza Whittip calls at his godmothers expecting to meet Dali a shifter male that wants to be shown around earth, when he waits at Gerry’s door what he never expected to see was a vision!! A beautiful female lioness that his inner wolf made no secret of the fact that she “Dalissa” Dali for short is in fact his “True Mate”!! Azai is currently alpha to a wolf pack which is currently experiencing some difficulties with their new neighbours a pack of lions and there seems to be some very strange occurrences since she arrived, never one to back down she accompanies her mate expecting a rather frosty reception especially from the unmated females of the pack, yet finds herself totally overcome by their subsequent kindness and solidarity. AS Azai and Dalissa revel in each other love she is happier than she ever believed possible she values every member of the wolf pack and also the neighbouring lion pack are important allies in these rather troubled times and as everyone knows new alliances are always fairly tenuous, when the two alphas on the lion and wolf pack suddenly disappear it is blatantly obvious that someone wants budding alliance to fail. What the perpetrator never allowed for was the newest member of the wolf pack the Alpha female Dali and she was a female on a mission she was going to find both males, her mate and also the alpha of the lion pack, nothing and no one was going to stop her… “They are women, hear them roar, and howl respectively”!.... Every other pack female was behind them they refused to sit on the side-lines to wait and see, no they were a force to be reckoned with they would take on those trying to do harm to their pack members and their alpha’s I voluntarily received and reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the great writing.
With all respect to and enjoyment of all the many talented authors who have stepped into the Paranormal Dating Agency world to tell their tales — there is frankly nothing like going back with Milly Taiden. Because, again frankly, no one writes Gerri Wilder like Ms. Taiden. And, man, was Gerri at her most mischievous best in YOU’RE LION TO ME.
Azai may have had a fast one pulled on him by his honorary aunt and good friend Gerri Wilder, but this Alpha wolf knows when he’s been handed the gift of a lifetime, his mate. Now all he has to do is unschedule all the pranks, solve a few annoying mysteries and win this lion shifter from another planet over to have her stay here with him as they lead his pack together. Simple, right. Not so fast. If only life were that easy.
Dalissa is fascinated with Earth, especially since her best friend is from that planet. On Aurora, Darlissa is considered a smaller shifter and is frequently put down by her parents as not good enough for much of anything. When she is asked by her friend to make a trip to Earth for her to tie up some loose ends, pack up her personal things from her apartment, that kind of thing well Dalissa jumps at the chance – to get to meet the famous or maybe infamous matchmaker Gerri Wilder is an added bonus to this trip. Maybe Gerri can find the love of her life… probably not, she’s not that lucky.
Yet Azai and Dalissa are indeed being set up… but there’s more than love in the air as a vicious villain is also out to cause chaos between the neighboring wolf pack and lion pride… and is after Dalissa as well.
YOU’RE LION TO ME is intense with a mystery that is not at all what you’d expect when that reveal comes along. I was caught up in not only the romance but the danger that so many faced from the threats against the pride, the pack, and the lovers. There are certainly clues, but they’re also well disguised – this one is well worth the shocking surprise to see what happens next.
Dalissa and Azai work well together, their differences offset each other and strengths come in surprising areas. I loathed Dalisssa’s parents, and their actions would be enough for me to disown then without a doubt. I was easily caught up in YOU’RE LION TO ME, the characters are engaging, certainly sexy and there is a great combination of banter, laughter, and danger. If you love the PDA world then you’ll love this one.
I read this title through my Kindle Unlimited subscription.
We met Dalissa in book 18, Scrooge Me Again, when Zaria goes to Aurora with Quint. Dalissa was a sweetie and one of the first people from Quint's pride to welcome Zaria to the planet and that seemed truly excited about Zaria's arrival on Aurora. It's unfortunate that she had so little time with her new friend, but it was wonderful for her that she found her true mate. I found it entertaining and very nice that Zaria, who was originally incredibly skeptical of Gerri and the possibility of another planet, is the one who teams up with Gerri to make Dalissa's trip to Earth possible, knowing Gerri had something up her sleeve. I found Gerri conveniently not mentioning Dalissa's sex to Azai when she requests he show the new arrival around. The fact that he made plans to prank Dali made it even better. Also very amusing was the 'fight' between the wombies and the White Tip Pack females near the end of the book (though I'm not sure why Dalissa contacted Valerie and not Jed). Something I enjoyed about this book is that Dalissa and Azai recognized each other as mates right away (not surprising) and seemed to completely accept the idea from the start (after getting over the shock that they'd just found each other). Some of the other all shifter pairings haven't gone nearly as smoothly, not to mention the human-shifter pairings (or triads). On a whole, I loved this book and am so sad that I can't just immediately move onto the next book in the series. I have to assume Milly Taiden is planning on continuing the series after the tease suggesting Remy's story might be next. I certainly hope it is. I really liked his character. I would also love to see Jed have his own story in the future, but the series seems to only feature alphas (with the exception of the tirads).
Dalissa Furr is a lioness shifter from the planet Aurora and she wants to explore new places before she becomes even more bored than she is already. Her parents keep telling her that she is smaller than normal and delicate and so she is undesirable - maybe she can find herself a mate while she is on Earth too? Wold shifter Azai Whittip is the alpha of the White Tip pack and dismaying the females in his pack will only accept his true mate for his lifelong partner. When Gerri asks him to take a friend sightseeing he never expected this friend to be his mate, gorgeous and smell so good. To Azai life is perfect now he has found Dalissa, but someone from either his wolf pack on=r the neighbouring lion pride thinks that lions and wolves do not (and should not) mix. When both of the alphas and the male wolved go missing it's up to Dalissa to work out what is going on and how to stop the one person set on destroying both groups as well as dominating the human world!
This was a very dramatic story (in places) as well as a lot of misunderstandings, miscommunication and missed opportunities. Whilst I enjoyed some elements of the story, I did find some of the misunderstandings a bit tedious over time and feel that part of the story was a little overplayed. Well written and easy to understand. Contains some sexual content.
What a great story. In this one we start out on Aurora but then we head back to Earth with Gerri, who's set to make another match between an Aurora native lioness and an Earthen Wolf. I know what you're thinking, Cats and Dogs Don't Mix. Well they do in this book... and quite well, too.
Dalissa is sick of being made to feel like less by her parents because she is small for a shifter on her planet. When presented with the opportunity to go to Earth as a favor to her friend Zaria, she jumps with joy. Once there, she is set up with a tour guide in the form of the wolf alpha Azai Whittip. He, being under the impression that the person he would be escorting was another male, has set up several pranks to welcome the new guy to his pack. Once they meet, however, things quickly change for both of them. Add in the sudden threatening notes and danger from a supposed stalker and thing heat up quickly... in more ways than one.
I really enjoyed reading this story and this series has quickly become one of my favoites. I look forward to reading more of the PDA series in the future. Well done to the author.
This is Azai and Dalissa's story . Right from the start the goodness starts lol . Zaria video chats Gerri asking for a favor for a friend Dalissa a lion shifter . Gerri leaves a message for Azai wishing she could see his face when he hears it !! I just adore Gerri !! Just telling the poor man when he calls her back that she wants him to show her friend Dali around and maybe let Dali help him at the same time .... sneaky I love it ! The female wolves of Azai's pack are trying to get his attention to try to get him to mate them but none draw him at all which ticks them off big time ! MATE ! MATE ! MATE ! You just gotta loves those wolf souls ! I just love the way they acted with their first touch !! Dali ready to do the deed in the hall lol ! After having some fun with each other trouble comes knocking . This is story has everything in it ! Sneakiness ( Gerri lol ) , drama , twists and turns and of course the love of a mate ! Well written and recommended to all !
Kindle Unlimited Purchase By Milly Taiden Looking at the cover, I see a male lion with a wolf. So with that being my "dream" shifter match, I was ecstatic to see this release. I didn't even read any reviews or anything else all I was going by was the cover. So the first page in my heart falls to my stomach when I find out it's: male wolf and lioness. I was heartbroken. but I kept reading and oh my God am I glad I did. I loved the book. I didn't want to put it down. But there is this pesky little thing called LIFE and it kept getting in my way of reading. Why does it do that? Dalissa is from Aurora and she wants to explore. So she comes to earth as Gerri's friend. Right like she isn't going to set her up with. Sure enough, she sets her up with Azai. But Gerri has tricks up her sleeve, and they don't know they are being set up until it's too late. Don't pass this book/series up you will not be sorry!
This is Book 20 of the Paranormal Dating Agency series and can be read as a stand-alone book. The storyline is a little different this time because Dalessa is a lion shifter who comes to Earth in search of a mate. Gerri asks a friend of hers, Azai, to show Dalissa around town. Azai is the Alpha of the White Tip wolf pack. What no one knows is, there’s someone in town who doesn’t think a lion and a wolf should mix. They aren’t willing to take a chance that Dalessa and Azai are mates, so they cause some very interesting things to happen. There’s suspense, romance and a little hot monkey sex going on and you don’t want to miss out on any of it. It’s a quick, fast paced story that will keep you reading until the last page. I loved this story so I recommend you go grab it as soon as you can. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book that I received from BookSprout.
I tell you this book is amazing and take you into a idea of world domination..lol. Man vs Woman, Lion vs Wolf such an exciting match up, who do you think will win. I know you should never piss off an Alpha and in this book you will learn why.
Of course no world domination story could be complete without a love story thrown in. Dali and Azai are just the perfect cute couple and you fall in love with Dali's spunk and love how she shows her Alpha to her mate. You just have to love those woman from Aurora.
Of course in a PDA book you always find Gerri helping out this stubborn Alphas and this on is no different. But between the Lions and Wolves can they figure out the bad guy so everyone can get back to being happy again?
Lions and Wolves are never going to make great mates - or are they??
Dalissa is sick of her family treating her as less than. On a trip to Earth, she realises that her so-called "Weak Lion" has lots of advantages compared to Earths shifters. Azai is Alpha of his pack and getting tired of the pack parading its females in the hope what his mate is among them. When he is asked by Gerri Wilder to look after a guest he never realised the sneaky woman was matchmaking! He and his Beta set up some pranks and don't get a chance to retract them before they realise that Dali is a female!
But beforeAzai can claim his new found mate they have to tackle infractions from a neighbouring pride of Lion-shifters, missing pack members and some funky smelling chemicals which they keep finding. Add in some Dr Moreau style zombie shifters and there is plenty to get stuck into!
Azai, wolf pack alpha, had things to do and issues to settle. Still, Gerri was as close to an aunt as he had and when she asked a favor he couldn't say no. She was sending someone from another shifter planet for him to show around earth. He'd do it but get a little fun out of pranking the guy with his buddy.
Surprise. The guy was a gorgeous female lion shifter and HIS MATE. Azai should have known Gerri would get to him some way.
Dali understands their connection right away. However, she doesn't feel worthy. He not only has to convince her she is more than worthy but to control his inner wolf until she agrees to the joining. Meanwhile, someone is out to kill her and keeps threatening her.
You'll get romance, steam, more steam, pack loyalty, intrigue and much more. Another good one from Ms. Taiden.
Dalissa is bored with her life on Aurora. She is frustrated with her parents worrying after her and putting her down. Dalissa is the average sized lion shifter. She's made friends with many of the human mates from Earth so when given the opportunity to go there she immediately says yes. Throw Gerri Wilder in the mix and excitement is imminent. Gerri begins matchmaking on the spot. Azai is the Alpha of his wolf pack. He is still in search of his truemate, all while turning away the she-wolves that constantly throw themselves in his path. Upon meeting Dalissa and Adair recognize who they are to each other. When some threatening notes appear it seems not everyone is about the mating and Dalissa must again defend her right to hold her own.
I received an advanced reader copy of this book and am leaving a voluntary review.
Madame Gerri Strikes Again. Dali is tired of being thought of as the weakest link in her pack. She jumps at the chance to run an errand for her friend and get a visit to Earth. Is it possible that she might even meet her mate? Azai has been having some issues in his pack since a lion pride moved into the property next to his. When Gerry calls in a favor asking him to show her friend 'Dali' the sights on Earth, he's thinking at least he can give the unmated females of his pack a new guy to go after. When this lion and wolf meet.....Oh My! I love Gerri and her hijinks are the best. Each book in the PDA repertoire brings something new to the storyline. I'm always sure to get a good laugh and lots of heat.
Gerri Wilder and her wicked sense of humor is back and she has a match for the ages. Lioness shifter Dalissa has always been told she is less than. By her parents no less. Is it any wonder she wants to get away? Wolf shifter Azai has she wolves stalking him wanting to be the alpha’s mate but he will settle for nothing less than his true mate. Besides he is too busy for a mate. He has a lion pride moving in next door. In this fun addition we meet a lot of fun lions and wolves and a great time is guaranteed. I really liked Dalissa and her female empowerment. This is a fun and sexy tale with a bit of mystery thrown in. I loved it.
While I absolutely love the PDA series, I felt the beginning of this book seemed a bit rushed. I would have loved to see more flirty, romance and back story between Dalissa and Azai. It was definitely instant sparks the second they saw each other and then straight to bed. I would have loved to see more teasing and build up of their relationship. Their story developed into a great partnership and Dalissa showed her strength by saving the man she loves and her new pack.
Overall, it was a great love story that had chemistry, a great story plot, suspense and a happy ending.
I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
I don’t normally read such far-fetched books but I’ve been on a string of shifter romances for about a week. This was my first by this author and by far the most ridiculous. I should’ve known not to even try something that goes into other planets and aliens, it’s just too far for me. It wouldn’t have been too bad if it were actually consistent. The writing wasn’t great but it almost lost me when she went from not even knowing what a truck is to the next day being able to determine based on tire marks that the vehicle was either a truck or SUV. And then it just went from crazy impossible to completely ridiculous. In the end I was just glad it was a really short read.
This one was good! But wow was the lion alpha completely stupid! So was Dali. Not once did she mention Megan, also no one scented her at the wolf alphas residence? Like really? I’m sure each animal has their own scent right? Shouldnt jed or the alpha smell her? She was there a few times... also for what she did she was only kicked out of the pack? For doing some crazy genetic experiments? Really? There was a bunch of stupid flying around on both sides of the fence here. I liked the romance aspect of it but the crime solving and mystery of it all had me shaking my head. Also Dali was a little be too free with talking about other worlds.
Can't be missed! think I've read all 20 books in this series, and I'll read any more that Milly Taiden writes. Although the stories all have a common theme, they each have an individual arc or arcs that sets them apart. For this one Dalissa leaves her disapproving family behind for a few days, where she meets Azai, the wolf pack Alpha. This story has intrigue with someone messing with an anticipated alliance, and then there's a crazy twist that will leave you spinning. It's a fun read with some great characters. Check it out!
This was a very good well written story. At first you want to slap Dalissa but then as time goes on you see just how much of her strength comes out and how much she is so perfect for her mate. I really enjoyed the build up of characters, the additions of new characters and I really enjoyed how they kept Gerri in the loop but didn't make it so much all about Gerri. I also enjoyed all of the humor and all of the acceptance around each character. All around a great read!
