Project Runway #1.5

Where There's a Will

Rate this book
Can they pull off a Valentine's Day Wedding in just two weeks?

Ainsley couldn't be happier that he and Willy have settled on a wedding date even if it's on Valentine's Day. With just two weeks to plan a fairytale wedding, he is adamant that everything has to be just as he envisioned it. Maybe if he gives Willy the perfect wedding, he will feel better about his insecurities that he's not good enough for Willy. But how can he feel otherwise when his social media accounts are blowing up with perfect examples of how unsuitable he is for someone like Willy?

Will knows Ainsley well enough to brace himself for an extravagant wedding affair. As the date approaches, he can't help but notice the difference in his fiancé since Ainsley started planning their wedding. The more invested Ainsley was, the more strained their relationship becomes. Can Will soothe his fiancé's fears, or will he cancel their wedding when he learns Ainsley's odd behavior is more than pre-wedding jitters?

This book is not meant to be read as a standalone. The story follows androgynous model, Ainsley, and his partner Will from Unwrapping Ainsley, the first book in The Runway Project series.

Gianni Holmes' Where There's A Will is a fantastic follow up to Unwrapping Ainsley.

I loved Will and Ainsley before, and I love them even more now. They're funny, sweet, and so damn steamy together. In this novella, we get to follow along as they plan a Valentine's Day wedding.

I think my favorite Will moment has to be sleepy and confused Will. That scene is downright adorable and Will's so cute and loveable. My favorite Ainsley scenes are bridezilla Ainsley. Omg. Wedding planning Ainsley is perfectly him. It's frustrating but downright funny. Both men are fantastic. Ainsley's fun, loveable, and full of life and Will is just wow, the perfect guy for Ainsley.

And, of course, I love the lace!

I love every minute of Where There's A Will. I'm hoping Gianni Holmes will treat us to more of these guys in the future.

Both characters, but especially Ainsley, got on my nerves too much for me to enjoy this. A shame, since I thought the first book was a fun read.

Book 2, more fun and real progress for our sweet men...
Engaged for one year.... Model, Ainsley and Veterinarian, Willy are going strong. Ainsley is back from a London modeling shoot and ready for more.
Puppy Cotton is happy, too.

How will they pull off a Valentine's wedding in just two weeks?!
We find out.

Ainsley gets predictably crazy, bridezilla, and over the top. How will Willy deal with the hubbub?
They are super sexy and passionate, try new things and they know it's a deep, lasting love, but....

I liked these guys, the banter, sass, and hot lovin' ! The parents, the situation, and their super efforts to fix their dilemma.

Terrific. Once again, errors, but I still liked this fanciful tale and the characters.

ENJOY !

Delightful dialogue and creative interactions all culminate in a celebration of love. Just all the feels for me!! Celebrating who you are together! Loving the entire person and loving their uniqueness and differences from yourself.

Ainsley and Will have one of the steamiest connections i have read in a while and i so loved it. They have their sturggles with both men finding their way to acceptance and working through their insecurities. Their honesty and creativity is inspiring and will keep you reading and cheering for them along the way.

There are some wonderfully big moments in this story that made me laugh, cry and cheer. I am so glad i choose to read this story and highly recommend it to anyone who wants love and individuality to be valued.

“Never let the past spoil your present or govern your future.” – Author Unknown

After they set a date for their wedding, Will, of ‘Where There's a Will’ by Gianni Holmes, expects Ainsley to go all out planning their wedding, but nothing could have prepared him for the intensity with which Ainsley dives into the preparations. He wants to be involved, but not in every little detail. Will is usually calm and collected, especially in comparison to Ainsley, but Ainsley’s obsession is beginning to irritate Will. He is not the jealous type, but he finds himself resenting the wedding planner for spending so much time with Ainsley. He feels shut out and frustrated.

Ainsley has been overjoyed ever since Will proposed, but as the date draws nearer, he is becoming more and more anxious. Even though Will has never compared him to his deceased husband, he still worries about whether or not he is good enough for Will. Even though Will knows that Ainsley’s life before him was anything but chaste, he worries that if Will sees all the pictures and videos out there of him in compromising and risqué situations, that Will is going to change his mind and not want to have him as his husband after all. The more “dirt” that shows up online, the more afraid Ainsley becomes. He feels that he owes it to Will to show him the information before they get married, just in case he wants to change his mind. To distance himself from the anxiety, Ainsley throws himself into the wedding planning to the point that he is too distracted to think about what he considers the inevitable showdown.

In an effort to make up for his seeming disinterest in planning the wedding, Will tries his best to apologize for not being more involved. Unfortunately, his efforts are not as well received as he hopes. Ainsley seems even more convinced that Will doesn’t care about it, but is just feigning interest, not being sincere. In the middle of their tuxedo fitting, he has a meltdown and demands to be taken home. The next morning, Ainsley comes down with a knapsack over his shoulder. He tells Will that he needs to have some time alone and that he is taking his dog with him. Ainsley says he is coming back, but Will is terrified that he doesn’t mean it. Ainsley gives Will the links to the “offending” sites and leaves, pretty much convinced that once Will sees them, he will no longer want him.

This book is a whirlwind of emotions for two of my favorite characters, Will and Ainsley. These two opposites truly bring out the best in each other, reminding us of how wonderful true love can be. Thanks, Gianni, for giving Will and Ainsley their Valentine’s Day wedding.

Wow!!! Ainsley's past was adventurous and I never thought that it would be that wild and plastered all over the media. No one to blame but Ainsley himself. He posted his own pics or someone took his pics while did something daring.

He never learned his lesson. Joey, his ex when he was in high school recorded a video when Ainsley getting down on his knees give him a BJ and he leaked it to their school for them to see. That was from previous Ainsley and Will's book and turned out, not-quite-the-same thing did happened again in high school with his another ex boyfriend named Billy. It was a sex video meant Billy and Ainsley having sex (?) not just BJ like with Joey. And few years later, Ainsley still did the same. His ex, his porn star ex recorded Ainsley while having sex and Ainsley was very high from poppers so he didn't realize him being filmed by him plus he had manties on him. I felt like he already exposed himself to the world and there's nothing left of him that the world haven't seen and I never knew that Cam was not only his ex boyfriend but also his ex fiancee. It blows my mind that settle down with someone like Cam was ever crossed Ainsley's mind. Wow, unbelievable!

Will character was too good to be true and hardly believable that someone like him existed.

This was a great follow-up to Unwrapping Ainsley, which I really loved.

*However* (ahem), there was an illusory promise of kinky sex which never manifested. Not to mention a 17-year age gap which could have resulted in some playful daddy kink. None of this ended up on-page, much to my disappointment.

I really enjoyed getting more of Ainsley and Will, they're a fantastic couple that although total opposites, blend perfectly together. This was an interesting and slightly bumpy journey as they plan their wedding. I really like how understanding and forgiving Ainsley is when things from Will's past pop up to try and destroy them. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.

I absolutely loved it, more Ainsley and Will is always a good thing. Melt downs and freak outs are just bumps in the road for the pair as they take the next step on the road to their HEA.

It's not so much the wedding as the people who are getting married

So cute poor Winslet can't catch a break when his ex posts a private moment in Twitter..But Will isn't going to let drama keep him from his man...Such a cute story
