I received a review copy of this book from the author through Voracious Readers. I really enjoyed this story! It is a fast paced, roller coaster ride - full of adrenaline and adventure. The writing is witty and sharp and I loved the touch of humour throughout which was sometimes sarcastic and sometimes downright funny. The plot is a complex mix of intrigue, danger and suspense, but has a lightness to it that makes it fun to read. The characters are solid and believable and Regan and Gray are a great couple. Fantastic and entertaining read!
First off, this book ends in a cliffhanger so if you're okay with purchasing the next one in the series then grab your copy and start reading. It's a quick read and very entertaining and enjoyable. Fast paced action and the story grabs you in. You'll be so caught up in the drama and suspense, you'll be turning the pages, unable to put the book down until you finish. I received a free review copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Regan Harris is trying to get married and all the things that go with getting married in Vegas. Unfortunately, things do not go smoothly for her or her party. Then there is a murder thrown in the mix. A fun read, but I am not a fan of cliff hangers in books that's why it has four stars. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book from Book Siren.
What can go wrong with a wedding in Vegas? Regan finds out in this humorous mystery. Although this book did have some good points, some well written characters and some funny situations, I found it rather frustrating and disappointing. Firstly, the biggest issue I had was that this book finished on a huge cliffhanger, I can sometimes forgive this if the rest of the book is really good, but unfortunately the other issue that I had with it was the 'flashbacks', again these can be useful if used sparingly, but for me they completely ruined the flow of the story. Maybe a good editor would make this a more enjoyable read, but as it stands I can't really recommend it. I received a free copy of this book from StoryOrigin.
