A fun, charming read. I continue to be charmed by Monique’s fun, flirty writing style. Of course this is a cute Valentine’s novella, but I would recommend it for any time. It’s a sweet, heartwarming and romantic read. Childhood friends, Mel, a flight attendant and Tucker, an architect, meet unexpectedly 15 years later, but Mel’s on a “man ban” after catching her boyfriend cheating. Tucker has never loved anyone but her and the lengths he goes to “woo” her will make you want to go find your own Tucker!!! A perfect novella for romance fans!

Flight Bound: A Valentine's Sweet Romance
4 stars
I purchased a copy of the sweet Australia based novella Flight Bound: A Valentine's Sweet Romance by Monique McDonnell and this review was given freely.
A fast paced story of reunion and a teenage crush on the girl next door/ love realized romance where "the good guy" is "the best guy".
Fifteen years after he moved to the USA,newly single flight attendant and part time yoga instructor Melissa Garibaldi has a chance meeting with architect Tucker Bowen, her brother's childhood best friend and her first kiss.

❤️

I love Monique McDonell and she does not disappoint with this book. Tucker is on a planr and sees the first girl he ever fell for. Mel has just broken up with a guy and goes on a man ban. Tucker happens to overhear Mel's story of her breakup to a fellow Flight Attendant. So he decides to just be her friend and see if her can convince her that he is the real deal. If you love this book, check out The Upper Crust Series!

This was an absolutely delightful read, set in places I've been and lived. I'm pretty sure I have fallen in love with Tucker (lucky I live in Brisbane 😀). The story is well written, realistic and fun, the perfect book to read on that long haul flight or on the beach while holidaying. I, for one, am glad Monique McDonell finally got around to finishing this book and releasing it into the wild.

Flight Bound is a sweet, fast read about Tucker and Mel reuniting after many years. He was her first kiss and she was his first love. Will they become a couple nowthat they’re older or will they just be friends. Grab your copy and see what happens.

Flight Bound By Monique McDonell
A lovely valentine novel is a second chance romance story that is beautifully written. I was sucked right into this one, enjoyed this touching second-chance romance with endearing characters and a great story that kept me entertained and engaged from beginning to end.

Sweet romantic read. I read this in one sitting so perfect for an evening read. Childhood friends that come back together by chance as adults. The girl he never forgot, and the boy she didn't know would be perfect for her.

I've read other work by this author and loved it but, for some reason, just couldn't get into this one. I didn't even finish it. I wasn't all that taken with the characters and there was nothing special about the plot to set it apart from any others.
