Brooke Sivendra did not disappoint with The Traitor. I simply could not put down this second installment of The Thomas Security Trilogy. These characters have come to life on the pages since my first introduction way back in The James Thomas Series. The characters are so multifaceted that I just want to be a part of the family. The intrigue is off the charts. I can never predict what will happen next. I’m always left begging for more.
The Traitor continues to follow James and Deacon Thomas and their growing family as the boys face their pasts as a former CIA operative and a former Ranger. There is someone within the ranks of Thomas Security that has sold them out. This could be the end of Thomas Security as e know it. Brooke get busy. I can’t wait for the final book in the trilogy.

I can't form a coherent thought right now let alone piece together words for a review. So please excuse my rambling that follows.....
It must be said. AGAIN. AGAIN....This author delivers. The continuation of this story that I cannot get enough of. My heart is still trying to beat it's way out of my chest. My brain is a scattered hot mess of OMG'S and WTF'S. Just like in the previous books of this series you are found reading everything you could have never ever ever anticipated. Like, it's cute actually that I try and figure it out...because nothing ever happens like I expect. There is not one single thing about this book, or any of this authors books, that you could ever anticipate. It's my favorite thing about this author, a breath of fresh air really, that she time and time again will knock you on your *** and take you on a ride like no other. The characters, the storyline...are so expertly weaved together that you cannot read fast enough to satisfy the urgent need to know what could possibly happen next?! I feel like I look like the meme of the baby quickly glancing back and forth between pages with the most earnest expression on its face when I read books by this author. In fact, I'm almost positive that is what you would see if you watched me read them. My eyes cannot move fast enough. The pages take too long to turn. I don't think I've ever needed a finale in a series as much as I need this one. But I know...the wait will be oh so worth the sweet torture I will have to endure.
If you are a fan of suspense....you need to drop everything and start the James Thomas Series now. Then you too can write a rambling review while your brain tried to process the amazingness you just experienced.

THE TRAITOR (THE THOMAS SECURITY SERIES Book 2) by Brooke Sivendra did not disappoint. As usual with all Brooke’s books I could not put this second instalment of The Thomas Security Trilogy down. Brooke weaves a tale of mystery and intrigue, love and murder, action and lies, traitors and enemies. Where bullets fly and keeping alive is the name of the game. The characters that we have come to love and feel like family just pop off the page and are as complex and enthralling and are talented and multifaceted that you just can’t help falling in love.
James, Deacon and the team are dealing with their past but moving on with life and families but pitting themselves against the CIA is not going to be pretty. This may just break them as they learn there is a traitor within the ranks. It is a race against time as they try to work out just who has betrayed them. When everything points to someone close to them they plot and plan and may have just destroyed one of the best of them. No one is above suspicion. When they learn the truth can they repair the damage?
Brooke specialises in romance with thrills and spills and lots of action and intrigue. You never know which way she will go with a story as she throws in masterful twists and turns that often leave you gasping and your heart going into overdrive.
The story is fast paced but is full of punch. This should be number one on your list of books to read.

The Traitor is the continuation of the (The Thomas Security Series) Book 2 that has kept me riveted. From page one, Brooke Sivendra weaves a tail of intrigue, love and adventure that will keep you entertained for hours. Each book in her many series keep you wanting to get to the next volume. I wait patiently for each new addition (And sometimes not so patiently...lol) to be immersed into the world Brooke has created. Brilliant mind, brilliant series. You can't go wrong reading any of Brooke's books. I highly recommend you read them all. I guarantee you're gonna love them, each and every one

Brooke Sivendra has got a special talent for taking characters and developing them so clearly that you feel as if they are your family or, at the least, your closest friends. It doesn’t matter if they are quirky or ordinary or someone with a specialized skill set. This book... this book takes you on twists and turns that are unexpected. You want to help out the characters and make it right for them. Just like with all of her books, she leaves you hanging, starving for more. For closure. But at the same time, you don’t want it to end because you will miss the characters. Waiting for the next adventure.

Once again Brooke delivered all the rolls and spills in this book. Started reading could not put it down. Reading faster to find all the answers, but reluctant to reach the end and finish the book. Now waiting to read Book 3, the final of this James Thomas series. All the books written by Brooke have had the power to entrance readers from the very first page, grabbing the interest of readers and transporting them on a wild and exciting ride. Brooke never disappoints, only sad at the end of each book, waiting patiently for the next book from her.

Brooke Sivendra has done it again! The Traitor reaches out and sucks you into the life of James Thomas and his team...I read it without putting it down. It had me from the first and I could not put it down. The CIA, Michael Gunner, is out to expose James as a rouge agent and will stop at nothing. There is bad history between Cami and Michael. James and his team are on high alert after their base is compromised and they have to determine who the traitor is. The ending comes all too soon!!

The Thomas Security Series. Brilliantly written. I could not put this book down. I laughed, cried and cussed while reading this book. Scintillating, dramatic and hella action packed. James goes on the offense in order to protect the ones he loves. A traitor in the mist. And a formidable enemy. So many twists and turns it begs you to continue. I loved every minute of this book. I can't get enough. I'm dying for the next book.

Brooke you never fail to impress me, nor does JT. I loved the book, and I think it might be one of the best you have written. There was intensity from the start right the way through. It was a real page turner, and I found myself being up very late reading it as I just couldn't find a spot to stop. I cannot wait until the next book to find out what happens.

This story built up onto a high and then finished. Now have to wait until the middle of the year to sate my craving for another brilliant, face paced, thrilling end to this series of JamesThomas. Brooke has once again left her readers baying for more....congratulations, another highly recommended episode in the JT series.

What an amazing book! This book gripped me from the start. The whole series has to be honest. It was action packed from the first page to the last. Won’t give our details as it will be a spoiler just to say I couldn’t put it down. Awesome series highly recommended this book and series.

“ friends” joining the cast ...😍 it’s wonderful, but I have to say- waaay to short !! I was so into it ,I couldn’t believe it just ended,kaput ! ! Please tell me the next book will be out REAL soon...! This is sooo good.....

As usual Brooke has written a book that has you totally captivated and involved .
There is so many twists and turns in the story that my heart was in my mouth so many times in this book. It has once again left me desperate for the next book. I really love the James and Deacon Thomas books and will be devastated when they come to an end.

Omg Brooke the ending to this book is, (i cant even put it into words).

OMG! Another fast moving, action packed spy thriller. This series of books has been tremendous from the beginning. In this book a traitor has infiltrated the safe environment of James, Deacon, Cami, Samuel & Jarrod. Everyone is under suspicion. What bribe can have been offered to make the traitor change sides? Couldn’t put this book down.

Brooke is a master of suspense.
I started this book this morning and finished it tonight. I am going to read it again because I am sure I missed something. I can't believe this is the end of the series. There is so much more to learn. Well worth reading all of her books.

Another amazing read from Brooke Sivendra. Waiting for the next book is excruciating! James Thomas is the ultimate strategist. He, Deacon, Samuel and Cami are an unstoppable force. You may get in their way, but watch out!

Fast paced action
I enjoy these characters very much. Brooke makes James Mak and Deacon come alive in words. Of course it's fiction but their feelings seem real. I've read everything Thomas Security and look forward to the last in this series.

Another great read with a hanger as usual!
I've read everyone of her books, they are all great, I just wish they were longer...but definitely worth the wait, I have passed them on to my daughter and she's hooked also! Great job Brooke, love the characters can't wait for more! On to my next great read...
