Good read
This was a good read, but it started out detailed but as the characters build it jumps around. Jermany was wrong for entertaining Sasha. Ivy seems like a hired hit man instead of a crime scene investigator. Not sure where the relationship is going but everyone seems to think all mean and as long as they come home your good. Hopefully ivy is smarter than this and knows it's not ok.

A different kind of read.
This was a different kind of read. Ivy had me scratching my head. She needs to have a talk with Jermany before she does anything. She really needs to work on her communication skills. I don't agree at all with Jermany entertaining Sasha. He was so wrong for that. Overall, this was a really good read. That cliffhanger left me needing part 2 to see how things all play out.

Nice read
Overall this was a good book Ms Ivy kinda got under my skin. I understand her being upset but to drag it on was wrong she left not saying if she was coming back or if she wanted to build a relationship and then to want to hide the baby. She acts as if she does no wrong she crime solving killer 😂😂😂 ijs

Satisfied Reader
Ivy is not wrapped too tight. She gets angry and no one's safe. Jermany was thinking like a man and now he's paying for it. Ivy better not go through with it before ahe have a long talk with Jermany. That's a decision for the both of them. Tomas means no good for Ivy at all. I hope Ms. Bradshaw can talk sense into Ivy

Review
This was a different kind of urban fiction, but I enjoyed it. Ivy and Jermany tried and failed. Any man would’ve gave up, but he keeps on going hoping for a better outcome. Ivy’s grandma tried to intervene, but it didn’t work. Now that another unforeseen situation is thrown into the equation, I wonder how part 2 is going to play out.

What a story!
This book kept my interest from start to finish. The characters were relatable. There was a few times inwas screaming at Ivy to get her man. I recommend reading this book.

Ivy is not a good communicator, Love the grandmother views on seeing things from both angles and that cliffhanger 🤦🏽♀️ Ivy better not do it. Jermany deserves another chance. Can’t wait for part 2

The grandma
I hated everybody in this book but the grandma. It was really questionable decision going on for the two MCs to from the "ghetto" and street smart. I was disenfranchised with the Tomas being in LA scene. I was more concerned that Jermany and the breakfast burritos.

Enjoyed!
This story was about JJ and Ivy ,I can't say to much about their relationship ,because it was just starting out even though they grew up together. I can't wait to see what happens next.
