It is a great book that enriched my knowledge about management but it was written mainly for top managments like CEO who could design and change the orgnization policy.

personal conflict is not covered deeply here and thats why I gave it 3 stars


كتاب ممتاز يثري الخلفية الادارية للمدراء و لكن يركز اكثر على القيادات العليا ممن يمكنهم تغيير السياسات لمنظماتهم كما ان الكتاب لا يتطرق الى ادارة الصراعات على المستوى الشخصي الا في حدود ضيقة لذلك الكتاب لا يستحق اكثر من 3 نجوم
