This is the first time I've read a book by Tmonique. This story did not go like I thought it would. It was way better! Warrant and Aurora are in a unique set of circumstances and I got sucked right into the story. It was good.

I enjoy a well written read. I enjoy it more when there are unexpected twists, like this book delivers. This novella shows a promising series of action, love and danger. I have read other books by Tmonique and she delivers strong, complexed characters and a delivery that makes you want to keep reading. This is an adult read with language and intimate scenes.

Wow! This story kept me on my toes with its ingenuity and the steamy sex scenes. The saying, "things are not always what they seem," describe this tale to a T.

I liked that the steamy parts were intermingled with the action and suspense.

Couldn’t put it down!!

My title for this might seem like a well-worn cliché but, considering my reading of late, for me it totally isn’t – this book was exactly what I needed to kick out some of the stale reading cobwebs.

It was action from start to finish, with wonderful main characters, who evolve (quite literally) as the story goes along. Sometimes a jump in the story, a surprise reveal, can upset the reading. Here, there were a couple of complete “WTF?!” moments, but it gave me a complete hunger to read more, much much more, to the point at which I was falling asleep before I could put it down properly (that’s because I mainly read just before going to sleep, OK?). But all twists and turns are explained at the end, leaving it neatly tidied up.

The writing was so amazing here, that it is, IMO, the best book that I’ve read by Ms. Stephens so far! Barely a typo to be found, the writing mostly concrete throughout, it was a complete pleasure to read.

This is one book I can most definitely recommend!

Final rating: ★★★★★ – Loved it/couldn't put it down

Aurora is out alone on a back road walking because her car broke down. As she trudges on she sees a house in the distance and she starts to walk there. When she;s close she is stopped by a man who soon gets her into the house. He nurses her feet and tries to make her comfortable. He is drawn to her and tells her he hasn;t seen a woman in many years. Then something knocks on the door and gets in..Aurora is revealed as an avenger sent to round up the unhallowed to judge and bring to redemption. But Warrant calls her a darkling. Now she must walk a tight line as she tries to do her job. But will she be able to? Is she a darkling? Does Warrant deserves judgement?
A fantastic story and read that draws you in and keeps you enthralled as you walk the line with Aurora and try to do the right thing.

This was my first time reading anything by this author and I have to say it won't be the last. I did not know what to expect when I started reading. This story starts simple enough: girl gets stranded on a lonely road in the dead of the night, girl makes it to a house in the middle of nowhere to get help. Well, this is where the story stakes a turn but not for the worse as you'd expect. There was so many twists, turns and surprise revelations that you just do not see coming. Had me intrigued right until the end.

Only Tonight is a very well written, page turning novella that had me captivated from the first page until the last. If you have ever read any of this author's books then you know you are in for a treat filled with danger, drama, suspense and unexpected twists that will pull you into the story. Just when I thought I knew what was going to happen I was surprised to find it didn't end up the way I thought it would. A great addition to the Unhallowed series and I can't wait to read whatever this author comes up with next.

This author never fails to leave me happily entangled in her books. This one is well written, as always, and filled with dramatic suspense and intense emotions from the two main protagonists, the Unhallowed warrior Warrant and the uninvited guest in need of his protection. Excellent storytelling and definitely worth reading!

I was very impressed with how simply and effortlessly this author told this addicting, multi-layered story with well-developed world building and great characters and still manage to make romance feel so fresh!

The chemistry, sweetness, and twists in plot kept things interesting.
Add in a wee bit of drama and you have a good read.

I have loved this entire series. There is nothing like the story of good versus evil. I hate that this has come to an end. Warrant and Aurora struggled with their love and their doom if you will. You know what your fate is and yet if there is anyway to be redeemed... This series was my first look at this author and I look forward to reading more of her work.
