A fantastic book for elementary school children or anyone who wants a quick engaging introduction to Stephen Hawking’s life. My daughter, who doesn’t like nonfiction in general, was engaged the entire time.

Stephen Hawking was famous for his speeches. I liked the quote “My goal is simple. It is a complete understanding of the universe, why it is as it is and why it exists at all.“ I didn’t give this book 5 stars because it was not funny and there were no jokes in it. I thought that it was boring. Overall, I will probably not read it again.

A fantastic book for early elementary kids on the life and accomplishments of Stephen Hawking. The writing makes Hawking real and relatable and makes you want to learn more about what he discovered. I recommend this for 2nd -4th grade readers, especially those interested in science.

Another great book in this series of books. It's not just full of facts, but it brings history to life and makes it more interesting for my kids. Even my husband enjoyed it. He asked me not to read it when he wasn't home because he didn't want to miss anything.

The Extraordinary Life of Stephen Hawking is a great introduction to the life and work of Stephen Hawking. It is inspirational and uplifting. We journey through Stephen's upbringing, early academic career and home life before being diagnosed with Motor Neuron Disease. The books also touches on Hawking's work and play in the rest of his life.

It is a beautiful edition with illustrations and stained pages but is poorly bound which makes it difficult to open and turn pages

Cute book for a kid to start learning about him! I enjoyed learning too. Pictures aren't distracting, the cursive was hard to have my son read on his own but he can now. Highly suggest this to anyone wanting to start their kid on these
