4 boundary-starz because this book presents some great ideas for setting boundaries in a large variety of situations.
One of the most common problems of the contemporary times is establishing some limits. For yourself, for your work, for your relationships, for your family. Limitless is unsettling. Setting a clear border is the first step in the efforts to defend a territory. This work does a pretty good job at teaching you just that.
Of course, the whole Transactional Analysis underpinnings are quite silly and they give the book a funny feel, but if you can figure out how to separate the wheat from the chaff then you are in for a treat :)
If you have already done a lot of work on yourself and your boundaries you probably aren’t going to find anything new in here, however if you are just starting that journey this may be an excellent jumping off point.
A few decent journal exercises are included if there’s a specific area you want to improve!
