Nobody Can Love You Like Them Roughnecks Do 4
In the final installment, Belly and Blaise return but with a plate even fuller than before. Belly has found himself incarcerated over the rape of the former champion's wife, and it couldn't be at a worse time. Having to be away from his newborn child leaves Belly seething on the inside of his jail cell, praying for the opportunity to get his hands on whomever is responsible. I really enjoyed this read. Glad Blasie and Belly got there happily ever after, after everything they been through. I really didn't see Manny and Alivia getting back together but the heart wants what the heart wants and Manny did change for the better. Priscilla and Will is still a shocker to me because I really didn't think he could over come his addiction. I would say Izzy got on my darn nerves with her indecisive a$$. Don't care for Nichole but glad she better without Ian. As always Shvonne you did your thing with this series.

Not for Me
I found this author after reading the Crenshaw Kings books. I thought I would enjoy other series by her but I think after reading this series and others that I’m too old for these types of books. The main characters are just not likable. Both Belly and Blaize were just hard to root for. I didn’t think I could hate a character as much as Krucial (different series) but they were close. There was no character development and Im always hoping for some which is why I keep reading. The supporting characters like Will, Manny, and Nichole have some but the MCs are just annoying. This is my 3rd series and I think I’m done. I was mostly listening while working. I roll my eyes so much at the actions of the MCs that I started skipping their chapters. Again I love the Crenshaw Kings books but I’m just too old for these hood series.

Ok series
It was okay for me and I love her work. I have never read about grown women who were so damn dumb the whole series. Only women that had some sense and then actually grew up were Alivia and Blaise. Belly I loved his growth throughout the series. I will say Manny and Will actually shocked me. I think the label dropping and describing their appearance all the time was annoying as heck. This series just didn't do it for me.

March 18, 2024i love this book but don’t like some of the characters because they other characters really aren’t needed. i just don’t like more pov in books only two. priscilla was a judgmental hypocrite because why is she mad at will when she was always with other niggas. she always was shaming will for his addiction and not trying to be there and help him and even though i don’t like dionne at least she was there for him even if he cheated and treated her wrong. like prissy was all up in dionne face and being a fake friend to her then she almost fucking dionne man. Then act surprised of why dione mad like girl 🤦🏽♀️. Prissy hoe ass stayed with pork bellied nigga who burned her and lied to her face and still cheated on her to her a face then act hurt when will tried to move on and give dionne or anyone else a chance. she need to be mad at herself and pick up that attitude. Izzy is dumb than a box of rocks because how you want to give a fuck nigga a chance when he lied in ya face multiple times about his baby mama and the red flags was there when yall was at the gym when he quickly hung up his phone. With her stupid ass. just like nicole. Okay, so this is what happened. Instead of breaking up this series per character, she decided to consecutively write this saga that spanned through 4 books and the drama Oh, the drama!!
I tell you, these women played with a lot of people's hearts TBH.
Take Troy and Alivia, for example. He messed up. No where as bad as Manny the manipulator, who was a pig! Troy sincerely apologized. Made amends and stepped up for another man's mistakes. Knew what he wanted and did not hesitate to make a commitment.
Her heart wanted, Manny 🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️!!
Then you had Pricilla and Sly. Great guy on paper. But how the mighty bipolar have fallen: dating Sly, f'ing Will, and still somewhat living with Rafi. How did I go from being a damn homemaker to a hoe?🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️
I will, however, say Blaise is one of the best written women I have read. She's so strong, independent, knows her worth, got some hands, is quick-witted, and is soft & beautiful. She took no ish from noone. That was sexy to me.
They way she and Belly had each other's backs there in the end was goals.

This book was a WILD ride! 😮💨🔥
From Belly and his whole Harlem of women to him finally settling down with Blaise and actually learning from his past mistakes—the character growth ate. That was really the highlight for me. He was still reckless at the mouth and very much unhinged 🤣, but watching his growth was so satisfying.
At the beginning of the series, I could not stand Manny. He was childish, and the way he treated his son really rubbed me the wrong way. But I’m glad he finally got his act together. I guess it’s true—the right woman will change you. I was happy when he and Alivia finally got it together.
Now Will… whew 😭 another wild ride altogether. I don’t even know what to say, but I’m glad he got the help he needed and that he and Priscilla were able to work things out. And listen… I will forever laugh at that one bedroom scene 🤣🤣🤣🤣 IYKYK.
As for Nichole, I didn’t care much for her. She was manipulative, a liar, and two-faced, and honestly, she got everything she deserved. She definitely got a taste of her own medicine—but I’m still glad she found her happy ending.
Her sister Izzy annoyed me too. She was childish asf and had me rolling my eyes more than once.
Overall, another great series by my favorite 🙌🏽📖

Man this series was bomb. Cortez had me laughing throughout this while series because he said some crazy things to people with a straight face. Blaise and Cortez made such a cute couple because she didn't take no creep from him. Isabella was kind of slow when it came to men. She finally got it right with Judd and I am glad she did. Nichole was do conniving and she got just what she deserved to learn a lesson and to mature. Priscilla got on my nerves at times in this series because she didn't know what she wanted at first. Will finally got issue under control with the hookers and I'm glad he did. Ozzy was a lame and he got just what he deserved. You did your thing and I can't wait till your next book drops. I read your books so fast I'm looking for the next one already!

This book here! I don’t even know where to start. Belly is still bae! The way he really took care of Blaise in this book. Baby if yo man don’t look after you like that you man need to find a new one. I was so happy to see Manny finally get his ish together. They always say keep your friends close and your enemies closer. WOWZA!!!
Well finally that's a wrap. Even though I have so many conflicting feelings about this series, I must say, this was truly nice on a different kind of level. There was something for everyone in this series. You had your Alpha male, your book bae, your sports fanatic, your betas and omegas, your music fanatic, your crazies (male and female), your thug, your hood people, your uptigt people, and the list goes on and on, yet it takes a special kind of author to be able to bring all that in all the while giving us the type of romantic vibes and romance and sexing to the top.
This was a well written, wonderful series and one that one must or should purchase and enjoy reading...

This series is lit. Belly is a beast and so his Blaise. They go hard for one another. I'm glad Will and P got there stuff right and became a team. Izzy has grown up and I'm so proud of her and Judd. Ozzy got what he deserved by setting belly up. Omg Helen lmao she seen who not to mess with lol. And I'm glad Manny and Alivia got themselves together and had a beautiful daughter. And last but not least it taken for Nicole to hit rock bottom and found someone new to leave Ian alone. He got his karma badly and missed out on his family. U did good on yet another book and I'm looking forward to reading more of ur books

Belly and Blaise
Ok...I can’t say the series was bad, but not gone lie...I like this artists work. She gives her characters such classic personalities and they draw you in. Belly and Blaise were made for one another. They kept dealing with stuff left and right. Will and Manny, about time. Alivia and Priscilla can’t help who you love. Five star and Rafi, losers. The babies were cute. Nichole and Helen sad. The harem, lost souls. In fact, they are the reason it was almost hard to finish. Like let it go, he doesn’t want you damn. Then ozzy , got what he deserved. Overall good job. Can’t deal with the chicks that can’t let go.

This book was 🔥, I love Belly & Blaise they go hard for each other. Priscilla was being a thot for for a minute and was starting to work my nerves. I’m glad Manny and Alicia got it together, I felt so for Troy and how she broke up with him. Her parents did not give her any slack because of their beliefs, I’m glad she got over on trying to please them.
Izzy was about to lose a good man because of her immaturity, Judd was exactly what she need to help her grow up.
Nichole really grew up in book, I can’t believe she letting Ian dog her out like that, I’m glad she listened to Blaise and got it together.

I was worried about the outcome for my boo Belly but he made it out. As crazy as they are, Belly and Blaise brought out the best in one another. So as I was reading the last installment I realized that change can happen. Nichole becoming a mother changed her outlook on life and her so called friends. Priscilla changed up her men so many times I wasn't sure who she was in love with. Blaise changed into Belly with her no nonsense I don't give a F *** attitude when it comes to messing with her man. At last but not least the author hit a hone run when she changed Manny up into the father figure I never he could be. Good read and perfect ending of them all getting what they truly deserve.

The Harem was pathetic, psychotic and delusional and gained nothing in the end, Blaise did something that they couldn’t!! Island was a doll!!

Overall Great Read!!!
This storyline was soooo good. I’m glad Blaise and Belly got their happy beefing with their babies and the thots left them alone finally. I loved that Izzy and J ended up together and she grew up, then Will and Priscilla are happy (I figured her ex Raj would be in his feelings for awhile, smh), and Manny and Alivia made it because i was worried about them. Lol. Even Nichole’s thotty self ended up happy and with someone she loved. I LOVED this read and can’t wait to read more from this author.

We've come to the end of the line (maybe not, please?) with Blaise and Belly's story.😢 Loved the way it ended. Will and Manny were not good men. I rooted for ANYONE else to be with Alivia and Priscilla over those two. In the end, it was shown that even these two could be redeemed. I actually ended up feeling sorry for Nichole! Boy, did she ever get a taste of her own medicine, a big NASTY dose! As for Belly and Blaise, whooo, chile! Indeed, "Nobody Can Love You Like Them Roughnecks Do!"
We've come to the end of the line (maybe not, please?) with Blaise and Belly's story.😢 Loved the way it ended. Will and Manny were not good men. 2 Words….CORTEZ KHALIL!!!!!
Hell yeah! I want me a nigga like that… he messed up in the beginning, but he came back strong as hell after that little fuck up. I loved the way he loved Blaise and her daughter. All the other characters had some bull going on,but got they shit together in the end and that was also great. I absolutely loved this book, one of the best so far and I plan to read more…thank u Shvonne for blessing us with ur talent to tell great stories for us lonely women. I plan to read more of ur books.

Good Series
This was a very good series and I’m glad everyone got who they wanted. I think I’m more happy for Alivia and Manny. At first I didn’t understand her purpose but I’m glad her story got more exposure and better. Idk, but I kind of wanted Priscilla and Rafi to work out or her and Sly but she’s happy so that’s all that matters. Will was definitely a weirdo but hey, the heart can’t help who they love. I did feel bad for Nichole towards the end but she got her happily ever after and karma. Overall good series but I don’t expect nothing less from Shvonne Latrice ❤️

What A ride ...
Belly is my boobear....I love the ending for this STORYLINE the growth of the characters was phenomenal...the drama was fyahhhhh kept me on the edge jumping from chapter to chapter just to get more awesome Read ...I don't want to let go....Ozzy was a asshole glad he got a taste of Belly before his slip to jail.....Manny made VIP on his maturity.....OUT FREAKING STANDING.....

If your woman ain't holding bishes up with a blade for a confession to save you her man.....Throw them away!!!! Blaise and Belly's Love was so addictive I now need rehab!!!! Blaise came out on top. She made Belly into the man he is now. Island needs a book she is so cute. Will was the most improved of the crew. Priscilla finally came to her senses. I believe Belly Father isn't really Manny's father at all. Their needs to be a spin off about him. Izzy she had me scared for a moment glad Judd loved her through it all. Nichole I still didn't like her.

Shvonne you never disappoint Belly kept me laughing him and Blaise where perfect together and the children just made Cortez a better man. Manny finally got it right with his son and Alivia. Ok the beginning was still about Belly in jail along with these dum women still hoping for his love. I was annoyed for a min not that much happen. But the happiness and romance Blaise feeling insecure about her body, which we women get that way after a baby. Story had some key point for women to learn or have lived. Happy all the women find love and happiness. Shvonne these kids talking a beer and margarita 😂😂

I love me some Belly and Blaise crazy couple but they love each other to no end. Made for each other. Shvonne Latrice you make your characters so real, you make them apart of our world. I mean your word game is terrific. The way you bring your characters to life we treat them like they are really real people. You are one of the most talented and gifted writers I have ever read. Love this series. I'm surely gonna miss them. Five stars all across the board.
