Red Squadron is the tip of the spear in the war against global terrorism. Navy SEAL Commander, Noble Bauer, leads the JASOC Taskforce and knows his team won’t be complete until he finds a Communications Specialist. He knows just the man for the job. The only problem is can he get him to listen. Damn it, why did the best man for the job have to be the one he left behind so long ago?
The last person Max Delgado expected to see while on an Undercover Op is the guy who left him high and dry after his life fell apart. The asshole who left him to pick up the pieces alone when his father was arrested for espionage, while he was still a teenager. Why the hell should he listen to a damn word Noble has to say now?
JASOC wants information they believe Max’s father holds. Max has always wanted answers. Can Noble keep his heart intact and his hands to himself, as he works with the one man guaranteed to make him crazy?

Annabella Stone and Bella Stone are the alter egos of a wife and mom, who was lucky enough to find happy ever after with her own personal hero.

Annabella loves to write Military Romance and Romantic Suspense where warriors love harder when bullets fly. She believes in love at first sight and wants everyone to have the happy ever they deserve. Even if they have to dodge bullets and fight with everything that they are to get it.

Born and raised in Ireland, Annabella has a Grá for a good story and the breakfast blaa, but funnily enough, prefers Jack Daniels to Irish whiskey. Having lived across 7 countries and 3 continents over the last thirty years, she loves to explore new places and cultures. In her world, coffee is king, and she is 100% sure it deserves it's own food group.

Annabella is owned by a pack of malamutes, whom she loves to both work and show. If you can't find her at the computer writing, chances are she and her woofers have escaped to enjoy at day at a dog show, or they are on a mountain trail with the dryland rig or the sled, depending on the time of year.

Annabella's motto is "Live life like a malamute who found the gate open, but take the time to enjoy the sights while you're running."

I liked the story, and was looking forward to it after hints in the previous book. However, the editing is still pretty bad, so I couldn't rate it higher. I like this author, but she needs some editing help to have her books be really good.

Non stop action, plenty of suspense in a fast flow read. I was unsure of Noble in the last book but this one gives a better understanding of him and of the relationship with Matt, that it originally started years before and that he messed up. The main plot actually carries over into at least two other series, different teams working various angles and uncovering different facts and elements of betrayal. It's exciting and refreshing, I'm enjoying other characters popping up at times or teams linking up, I know a lot of readers don't like cross over or linked series because it means more books to buy to get the ending, as well as having to wait for them to be written and released, and I do get that can be frustrating. It doesn't bother me, it's more reading, more chances to get to know the characters and more enjoyment. I've come in at a point a lot of the books are published across all the series, so I can read in order and get stuck well in so thats great, back-to-back reading. Im loving them all, each character is flawed, vulnerable and wary of being open with their teams in case they don't approve. I guess it's strange to have quite so many military men connected by family or teams being gay but this is fiction so anything goes. Each relationship is handled with care, love and devotion, yes there are quite a few sex scenes but again in context of the story. Personally I find them moving emotionally and steamy hot. Another excellent read.

I found it interesting how the author took one event and wove it through Christmas Panther, Zenko, and Noble.

As always, Annabella Dtone blew me away again. Tags of Honor 2 was simply an incredible read. I so love how Annabella takes these series and intertwines them and has both Delta Force-Team Panther And Tags of Honor men all in each other booms. Not to mention the fact that all of their stories cross over and at some point in the near future are going to collide with the same bad guys that each team is chasing.

This book, much like book one in this series, starts back at the beginning before the point where Delta Force -Team Panther fully come into play. This is Noble’s story and boy is it a great story.

Noble is Zenko’s (from book one Tags of Honor) best friend and commander. This story starts with this team coming together and Noble and his team that he has hand picked this far going to get the man that Noble wants as their Communications Soecialist for their task force. Of course no one on Noble’s team knows that Noble knows Max on a personal basis. That is a secret that No me wants for himself. Plus at this point he is not even sure Max will be interested in joining them after things from their past. But Noble can hope.

When Noble shows up where Max is working with Docors Without Borders not only is he shocked to see the man that broke him so long ago again in the flesh but he is also their to offer Max a job?? Is Max even interested? That is the questions going through Max’s head as he decides on whether to find out what Noble wants from him.

In the end Max agrees to at least help the team on a temporary basis after seeing the intel that they have. Max has not agreed to stay on longer but if things go well then he just may. The biggest reason he is having a hard time agreeing to longer terms is because he does not want to rehash the past with Noble. So if he can agree to leave the past where it belongs then he may just stay. Now that Max has discovered that two men from Noble’s old team may still be alive after being claimed as dead, can Max work with this team to help to try and get them back?

Can two men with a past that is not so pleasant work together as a team? Will the past end up causing more problems then good? Can they work together to get to the men that they thought was long gone and lost to them all? Can these two men finally let go of the past to look forward to the future?

This was such a great read. It is action packed, drama filled and dangerous read. I love how there is never a dull moment in these two series. I also love Annabella Stone goes back to the beginning when it comes to new characters in each book. That way we get the full affect of everything that is going on. Definitely a recommended read!!! And as always I cannot wait for the next book in this series to come out!!!!

The concept is wonderful with potential; however, its execution needs better dialogue and transitions.

I didn't take too much notice of the conversations and internal monologues of our primary and secondary characters in the first book. This one about drive me batty with too many instances where contractions should have been used, especially considering the vernacular each character ought to have employed. Americans are notorious for their contractions and doing anything to take the easiest route, even speaking. A Southern male would never say "you will" or "I am going to..." over " you'll" and "I'm gonna..." The entirety of the book is filled with this stilted, unnatural conversations and dialogue. I noticed it so much it annoyed me.

The book's merits a couple stars for intrigue and excitement, but I hated the formatting and grammar of how it's written. I am sorry, but for what it's worth, it is only my opinion. There are readers who would overlook that aspect, not notice the odd vernacular, and think the book awesome because of the hot sexual escapades of our main characters as well as the exciting black ops/military content. Two stars.

Annabella Stone's Noble, the second in her Tags Of Honor series, is everything I've come to expect from her books.

It's a great action/adventure tale, involving military men, and a whole lot of complicated people and details. Each of her books, both the Tags Of Honor series, and the Delta Force books, are full of twists and turns, romance, and hot, fit guys. And, even better yet, her Tags Of Honor books contain the men we love from Delta Force!

You like Navy Seals? Make sure to check out this series. Her writing style is great, with lots of serious danger that never overwhelms the reader.

Noble and Max are fantastic guys who are perfect together. They have some obstacles to overcome, but it's well worth all of it.

Noble is a compelling second chance romance. Annabella Stone weaves a - story of protecting those you love with separating a man from his family's actions. It's a fast read, as the flow moves quickly, and I loved it.

Catch up with the members of The Red Squadron as Noble's story unfolds. Noble Bauer and Max Delgado have a history. It was a good one until it wasn't. Now Noble has barged his way back into Max's life because he wants him...on his Red Team, that is, as his Comms Specialist because no one's better. Atoning for his cowardice isn't Noble's only intent. So is getting back the only man he's ever loved and still does to this day. Max is not easily swayed, doesn't want to hear excuses or recriminations but when Noble dangles a carrot in front of him, Max agrees to join him even if it's just temporarily. He's blown away by this team and their freedoms when it comes to getting the job done. Being part of a team again reminds him just how much he's adrift in his life and career. Being in close proximity is the man he's never stopped loving despite his protestations to the contrary makes him feel whole.

If you like special military operations then this is a great book to grab!

Unit lead Special Forces of Red Team Nobel may have missed out on everything to be married to the U.S. navy Seals. However next Chapter part of this exclusive service he lands everything - a career making a real difference, Chosen Family & finally a forever love! Max lost it alk, dedicated his life to military, gets a opportunity to have it all as the communications experiences - the missing kink!
I would had this a Book#1 then Zen story as Book2 and would recon recommend reading it that way.

I enjoyed this book and learning about Noble and Max. a part of me wished that this was written more as a back and forth type story so we could see what is going on in current time while learning about Noble and Max.

I liked the characters, I loved learning how Max joined the team and the mission they were on. The connection between Max and Noble is there from the beginning and you soon learn why. There are subtle things from the first book that make you question things in this book. In the end those questions do get answered and now that I know the writing style I hope that in the next book we see even more of the story that is continuing throughout.

Enjoyed this one, it ticks all my boxes; hot alpha men finding their match. What I really didn't want to happen was for them to get back together too soon as the push and pull and the building chemistry just evaporates and I think here it was timed just right. I love the banter and camaraderie between the brothers in Red Squadron and the solid knowledge that they've got each others back. There were some editing issues which just spoiled the read a little as a few others have also mentioned (fraction instead of faction etc.) but on the whole a good read and looking forward to Drax's story.

The second in the series and a great reading book. Action and suspense as the guys go into another mission to find there missing soldiers. This is brilliantly written with details keeping me gluded in to Noble and Max's story. Dramatic scenes with romance that's hot as.
Noble and his team are sent in to the Doctors Without Borders in Syria to find a person they wanted to join there team. Noble knew Max personally from years ago. And there meeting is not going to go well.

It should be a 2 star, but I enjoyed all the swearing enough to give it a third star. I think this could have been a really great book if it’d had maybe a few more rounds of editing and writing. It had good bones of plot and romance, but ... didn’t quite deliver. It also had lots of things that I’m sure were wrong about how the chain of command works, but being the type of genre novel this is, that wasn’t that big a deal to me. Anyway. It was fun, but not great.

Really enjoyed Noble and Max second chance story. It was great to meet up with the rest of the crew from Red Squadron and watch them on their missions with code names, kwirks and constant banter. It also filled in some gaps I had when reading the end of Zenko so that was good.
**the only negative would be the typos and mistakes through this book and the rest of the series. I think. The editing is a real let down.

When the Past becomes the Future

I just love the pace and the action in this story. Nobel and Max have a past but it seems fate puts them together as they both realize what is truly important. The team works so well together and I enjoyed the humorous banter between them. Nobel is a great read and I look forward to the next mission of this team.

More like 2.5 stars. I have loved all of Ms Stone's books so far, yet this one felt as if is was disjointed and not in the proper order. It was as if she wrote this one first and the other books should have been after this one. The sequence of events kept throwing me off. I'm hoping the next series she is writing will be better.

The teams beginnings

A better story without all the confusion, thank God. The humor was light so it was fun and made sense. It does tie into Zenko's near death experience and the family is together again. I thought Cas and Mike's story would be next be skip on to Drax, let's see who he ends up with.

Good story.

Much easier to follow. Not jumping All over the place. Reading Zenko first help with the set up of this book. Good read. Commander responsibilities for his team he want to create is first and format in his mind even if one of his new team members he has a past with. Max proves his worth. This story was a good setting up for the rest of the group.

Honor and love

I love the way each of these stories blend and move forward at a steady pace! In this addition Noble is just setting up Red Squadron and he needs a communication person in the form of Max. Long story, they have history! Then let's just throw in an rescue mission not on the books!

Zenko’s book gave a hint at what was to come in this book. I really enjoyed Noble and Max’s story. From the past, through how they come back together, to seeing the in between of what was happening in during Zenkos last arc of his book! Very well done! Look forward to reading the rest of red squadron!

I liked this book a lot but as I had a hard time binge reading it I’m giving it a 4. The plot was amazing, I loved seeing Max and Noble’s story and how it all started but yeah, somehow along the way the book got a little bit slower to read, comparing to Zenko’s story.
I liked it anyway and I can’t wait to read the rest

I started this- but due to insanely horrific editing and commas thrown in every third word- I had to quit within a chapter..... Might have been an ok story- but why bother publishing with no quality control?

Excellent series

I've really enjoyed both entries in this series. The characters and situations are solid. That's the good news. Unfortunately both books need major edits - commas and fragmented sentences abound. Very distracting.

Great Sunday Morning read.

Noble and Max have history. Noble tags of honor book 2 was filled with action, healing, brotherhood and snark. All my favorite things. It had a few rough transitions but we'll worth the read.

I enjoy this series and the one it spun off of, but I almost wondered if this one was written earlier or edited by someone else. The errors are distracting and some of the glaring plot holes make enjoying the otherwise really fun as usual storyline harder.

DNF @ 26%

The grammar and punctuation errors are so distracting it’s very difficult to maintain focus on the plot. Throw in some slightly unbelievable plotting as well, and I’m done with this book.
