Though I read a fair amount of sci-fi books, this one didn't appeal to me. It didn't hold my interest and it wasn't a page-turner of a book. Why does the book cover feature the words "The Award Winning Novel". I find that tacky. If you win an award, put a sticker on the book or re-do the cover so that we can see which award was won.
