Crazy Eating: What Should I Eat?: so I never have to think about my weight or energy again.

Rate this book
This book clarifies confusing nutrition advice. While health specialists advise us to eat certain foods for health, government and national health agencies advise the opposite. For example: high fat versus low fat, saturated fat is good versus it's bad; go easy on grains and legumes versus consider them staples; red meat is good versus it causes cancer; good salt is beneficial, like a mineral supplement, versus salt may cause high blood pressure . This book makes clear which way is best for health, shape and energy. Learn about "bad" foods that are really good for you—like quality chocolate, coffee and eggs; and "good foods" that are really bad for you—like vegetable oils and water in plastic bottles. Plus the four top things to do to get your weight and cravings under control, your health back, and your energy steady throughout the day.

Best food book evah!!! A must read for any foodie or Uber health nut!!!!

Dr. Heidi has done the work for you and created a series of books that will reveal to the reader the secrets of foods and nutrients. I highly recommend buying both the Kindle and physical books. You will want to access these books at all times. That’s why it would be helpful to have it on your mobile device. A forthcoming recipe book is due to drop this month which will be amazing I’m sure. I read this book quickly then more slowly, taking notes along the way. I have the opportunity over the next month to be a student of Dr Heidi and actually listen to her live and I can’t wait to have that experience. As I was reading this book I would recall other books I have read during my health journey and sure enough - when I read through the appendix, those other books were in the bibliography. She is authentic, the real deal, living her best life. You are not getting corporate big food crap propaganda in these books. I think any discerning reader will gain a wealth of knowledge from Dr. Heidi’s books. Even if you are already a master of the material. You will still not be bored reading her candid style of writing. Yes - I have this a five star rating ! Can’t wait to see your recipe book Dr. Heidi.
