I’m not entirely sure if I started this book because of the procrastination aspect or to get ideas to feel less overwhelmed with my commitments.

I will say that I was impressed with all the activities and exercises to incorporate to progress through the fear of starting something or if you find it mundane and boring.

The book offers a 5 week plan and plenty of support to get you through each week.

Would I recommend it?

I would, but, I admit, there were times I found it overwhelming and each time a new suggestion came I wanted something simpler. I know, it defeated the object a little but it is honest. Maybe I just wasn’t ready for this kind of book.

Remembering the basics

Good overview as to the basics for time management. Pomodoro technique for time management referenced several times, so if you know this already then the book value to you is towards understanding your procrastination triggers.

Good in-flight or commute listening. Consider it a prep talk read.

Great little book. It may have a small footprint but it is packed with tons of great information. I love that is is small enough for me to carry in my purse so I always have access to it.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book provided to me by the publisher.

This was a good anti-procrastination book.

The author begins by looking at the reasons for procrastination and the types of procrsstination. He then goes on to give processes to help you reduce procrastination and become more productive.

Good ideas not so groundbreaking

It has some basic essential ideas the ones most like me is the procrastinator type list, very interesting how you can identify with on of several of them, and how to avoid it.

This book has helped me tremendously get back on track with my life. Even though it took me longer than 5 weeks to complete, I still found value in the methods. This book will he a permanent member on my bookshelf.

Un buen trabajo para avanzar en la disminución de la procrastinación en base a acciones progresivas y definidas que sólo pueden aportar productividad y enfoque.
Aquí, como en todo, la clave y eficacia está en poner acción definida y definitiva.

Good book but lacking deeper knowledge

It feels like the advices are great but more from common sense experience that researched acquired knowledge. I enjoyed but feels too simple
