A fantastic exploration of eerie, adventurous and fascinating mysteries from across Canada. There’s everything from ghosts to thunderbirds to a swashbuckling early 20th century round-the-world journey in a dugout canoe, all delivered with Hammerson Peters’s excellent prose and congenial tone. Like his other works, the amount of research behind this book is admirable and it delivered great nuggets of Canadian lore that were often brand new to even me as a Canuck.

This was a wonderful collection of cryptid, ghost and UFO stories from Canada. A nice variety, results from great research and noted on the website of the same name. The author narrates the audiobook. There is something for everyone here and the stories are spooky and entertaining. I look forward to more books in this series. Book 2 has been published, but no audiobook yet.

Cool read. Really enjoy the author's voice and style. The stories were all intriguing and I learned a lot as an American.
