Five Nights. No rules. No limits. It’s time for Dirty Games. A standalone romance with an HEA ending and no cliffhangers.
Some things are meant to stay in the past. Some things aren’t meant to be repeated.
Once upon a time, I’d been in love with Scott Leyland and Zane Marshall. Our threesome had been sexy, steamy and passionate. I thought we would last forever.
I was wrong.
Everything ends.
Now Scott and Zane are in New Summit, intent on getting me back, and I’m just as determined to resist. I was in love with them once. I won’t let it happen again.
Then they propose a challenge, one with my heart as a prize.
Five nights with them. Five nights of pleasure. Five nights of wicked, heart-pounding, panty-melting sin.
And at the end of it, if I still want to walk away, they won’t stop me.
I have been enjoying this series and was really looking forward to Nina's story then when I read the blurb on Goodreads I was thrilled to see that it was a second-chance-at-love romance because I love those. There is some angst but it wasn't over the top and there were definitely some misunderstandings but thankfully they were quickly resolved. This was a HOT quick read and a great addition to the series.

This was yet another great story by Tara! I have loved all the books in this series! I can't wait for the next installment! I highly recommend this book to anyone who likes a good spicy read!
Scott and Zane are part of a band. One that's had some Indy success. For nearly 2 years Nina had a relationship with Scott and Zane, a three-some that was sexually satisfying. However, after all that time on the road with them she realized the guys where working towards their dreams, but what about her. She walks away and begins to dream her own dreams and work towards it.
Dirty Games is about the realization that working hard is one thing, but losing what really makes you happy, well, that's another.
This one was just okay. I liked the characters but their relationship wasn't convincing. I wasn't feeling it. And the sex scenes lacked something. What I did liked was she wasn't willing to roll over and forget what she wanted out of life. And that in the end the guys were ready for something real and settle in one place.
Dirty Games is the next part of 'The Dirty Series,' it is the story of Nina, Scott, and Zane. The characters are well-developed, and the relationship between the trio is perfectly balanced. There is a lot of history between them, which adds depth to the storyline but doesn't bog it down. What I did like was Nina wasn't willing to roll over and forget what she wanted out of life. And that in the end, the guys were ready for something real and settle. This book is full of side plots, including the relationship between Nina and her father, her father's attitude towards Scott & Zane, the gossip of New Summit, NJ, their conniving band manager, and various other sidelights. These sidelights add to the story and the understanding of the characters and their motives.
3.75 stars. This was a good little book. A second chance menage love story between a bar owner and two musicians. Hot, but still emotional with good characters.
Quattro stelline.
Nina just found out that her two ex lovers are living in New Summit. They are in a band, she toured with them on the road, living in and out of hotels for 18 months always coming second to the music. She finally had enough and walked away. The men never came after her. That showed her how much she really meant to them.
Zane and Scott were never the same after Nina left them with no explanation but a short note. They put their pride before anything and never went after her. They knew where she was, but that was it. He lost his voice for a week when she first left and Scott couldn't write a song worth singing. They were heartbroken but too stubborn to do something about it.
When Zane's dad needs his help with work both Zane and Scott step in, the town happens to be New Summit. They both want to avoid seeing Nina yet they know that it's going to be impossible because it's a small town.
When Nina gets word they are there, she is furious. She goes to their home demanding that they leave. They in turn realize how badly they want a second to so they ask for 5 days and the same game they played when they first met. No lies, all honesty. She agrees because she wants them gone. Her heart is hardened to them for never putting her first in their lives.
When Zane realizes his mistake of putting Nina second and never their priority, he realizes that he did exactly what his dad did that pushed his own mom away. Now he and Scott have their work cut out for them. They can feel her hatred and indifference toward them. They have a long road and only 5 nights to fix it.
When outside forces try to separate them, can the men stop it before Nina walks away forever?
If I had read this as a standalone book, I would probably like it a lot more. The books in this series are all very similar. All of the men are interchangeable. There is little to make them stand out, for example: is the male model on the cover of the book the same just photoshopped on each side of her?
The writing was still engaging, the sex was hot. The author has no lack of skill for sex scenes. I just feel like the characters are flat and there is no real romance plot, despite the description always talking about love. The focus is always pretty tame D/s sex with spanking and anal.
I am so happy that the author included condoms for anal sex this time. There were still no condoms for oral sex. Almost there, she is so close. There is a lot of talk of lube for the anal sex scenes which I greatly appreciate.
The book hits pretty much the same tropes as the other two books. The plot was pretty easy to tell what was going to happen. There wasn’t anything to hook a person that is plot driven.
The story of bar owner Nina and rockstars Scott and Zane. This story was ok. I didn’t quite feel many things. I didn’t really feel that the guys were musicians. Other than it being mentioned and them singing one song, it was just implied. I prefer it to be more deeply felt in some way. Maybe some music references or some love of music conveyed in some way.
This was a second chance story. I am not a fan of these because it means you lose out on that initial meeting. I just couldn’t quite work out how these guys got together or what kept them together.
The five nights thing was a nice idea but I felt it wandered a bit and failed to build into a grand finale. The heroine is thinking about getting back together with the guys after the first day! And a lot of the angst is down to not communicating their true feelings which is just annoying as it’s so easily avoided!
It was a pretty hot read but I felt a bit disconnected by that point. Maybe I just wasn’t in the right headspace for it. I do like the series though. They are easy short reads which I just need to not analyse too deeply.
Dirty Games is a fantastic contemporary romance by Tara Crescent. Ms. Crescent has once again delivered a well-written book loaded with spectacular characters. This is a M/F/M menage story though, so it may not be for everyone. It's also written in first person, alternating point of view, which I'm not a fan of but this author's stories are so good I read them anyway. Scott and Zane are musicians on break from touring. Nina is the love interest that finally had enough and left them. Now they're in her town again. Their story is packed with drama, humor and steamy your glasses sexy bits. I enjoyed this book and look forward to reading more from Tara Crescent soon. Dirty Games is book 3 of The Dirty Series but can be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.
Dirty Games the third book in this scorching hot MFM Menage romance series. Nina the owner of the Merry Cockatoo a popular bar in town. When unexpectedly her rockstar ex-boyfriends Scott and Zane show up. She doesn't know why but she's not having them in her town so she storms over to tell them to get out of her town and leave her alone. The guys realize they still have feelings for her and come up with a game to win her back. Soon they all realize it's no longer a game. This book had me laughing, fanning myself and aahing by the end. Once again Tara Cresant knows how to write a steamy, passionate, panty melting menage. 5 🔥⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This addition to the Dirty series is very well matched. Nina is known from the other books in the series and owns Merry Cockatoo. When her ex boyfriends, rockstars Scott and Zane, show up unexpectedly, she storms over and tells them to get lost. Immediately. They have other plans, however, and are determined to make a second chance romance work out between the three of them. This book actually made me laugh out loud a couple of times! This is a fabulous addition to the series, full of super hot scenes that shows Tara is a master at Menage stories.
This book wasn't as good as the first 2 in this series but was still ok.
Nina's former rockstar lovers she left 18 months ago come to her town doing real estate while taking a break from touring. She asks them to leave because it hurts her heart to have them so close but doesn't tell them that's the reason but they say they will after they play a game for 5 days in which they realize after the 1st day they still love and want her back. Book didn't have as many steamy scenes as previous books.
Dirty Games was a great read and I enjoyed it a lot. I loved the storyline, the characters and the flow of the story. I enjoyed this story more because it was different from the previous books I read in this series. It was a great second chance at love read that was steamy and emotional. Nina, Scott and Zane were perfect for each other. I'm looking forward to reading the final book in this series.
The third book in the series and they just keep getting better and better. Nina finds out that her two ex-boyfriends are in her new town. She is not happy about that at all. But after she confronts them things turn to a positive. The game begins and they are all three winners in the end. A lot of truths come out that should have been said the two years before. I loved the happy ending and how everything turned out.
A second chance story for this MFM triad that never stopped loving each other. Communication is a must in any relationship as well as each individual is responsible for making their own decisions. Don't assume or decide for someone else. Overall quality of writing was good with a few glitches in proofreading. No cheating or cliffhanger and you get some steamy intimacy scenes and a happy ever after.
3.5 stars Sex was okay in the few places there was. More of emotional with how Nina is never #1 priority, her mom dies when she’ 13 and her father is remarried 6 months later and a few months later their twin boys are born, all while Nina was pushed aside by her own father so she ran away. Again after with Scott & Zane they pick their band over her, she did tests to see if they love her, they failed so she ran. Get the picture???
Nina used to be in a relationship with Zane and Scott. She followed them on tour with their bad. She felt like she was adrift in life, and left. They didn’t follow. Fast forward 2 years, and they’re in her town and want her back. She doesn’t trust them with her heart, but they want her for more than sex, they want forever. There was a bit more romance in this story, but still hot sex scenes. They chose their happiness over possible success that just was destroying their love of music.
Dirty Games is book 3 in The Dirty Series and can be read as a standalone book. There is no cliffhanger but I would recommend reading the series in order since some of the cheeky characters carry on from book to book but they each get their own story and a guaranteed HEA.
Dirty Games is chock full of rock stars, kinky games, past relationship history, a little betrayal, the men fall first… again, a strong and stubborn woman and a villainous band manager which makes this story loads of fun and great entertainment!
This is another quick, fun read from Tara Crescent. It has likeable characters, mild angst but nothing over the top, and some fun threesome action. I like the multiple POVs so that you know each of the main characters thoughts about each other, no guessing about motivations and feelings on the reader's part.
Great second chance romance with a lot of steam to help keep you warm on those cold nights!! Nina, Zane and Scott's story was unfinished when Nina left to find HER dreams, When the guys show up in New Summit it turns her world upside down. Great story and I like being able to see what is going on with the other ladies in the series!
The story is told from three perspectives: Nina, Zane and Scott. But you will have to remember who's perspective is being used, because the narrative does not reflect the different personalities. The story is consistent and believable, except for the band manager (Chris), but to me, it did not really come alive.
This is Book #3 in the Dirty Series. Nina got her heart broken when she left Zane and Scott. She felt they were choosing their career over her. Now they are both in the her town.
Have you ever looked at your life and wondered the what ifs?
☆☆☆☆☆ I give this book 5 out of 5 stars. Recommend this book? Yes! Author? Yes! Read more from this author? Yes!
Wow. Lucky girl to have two guys sharing! This is a good book to take to bed with you (on your own) Lol. Guys may be a bit intimidated by your reading matter. I love the way the three of them sorted out their problems and made things work. Can’t wait to read Dirty Words of Maggie Zang.
