Yes, I know it's a novella and not a novel. But it's just too short! In fact, it feels rather rushed. Not quite up to the author's usual standard, like he wanted to just get it out of the way before moving to something more interesting. Still a good yarn, don't get me wrong. Just... Too... Short!
