After an attack that almost claimed her life, Kit wakes to find her boyfriend standing at her back, exactly where he said he'd always be. He'll protect her forever, just like he promised, but there is such thing as too much love.

His coddling threatens to smother her. He means well, but Kit craves independence and the satisfaction of knowing her enemies can't take anything more from her. With a wedding to plan, and a career-making (or destroying) fight Bobby needs to prepare for, the Kincaid household is too busy for the secrets in the air. This tight-knit family will be torn apart. I loved book 1 but this was more a long epilogue to me. I love the characters, I love the writing style.

We pick up soon after Kit's abduction and injuries. While the injuries are shown well, the psychological affects are glazed over. Bobby and Kit are too sweet here. I love the cast of secondary characters and await their stories.

I would of liked more here. Like I saiid felt like a along epilogue wrapping up the post injury HEA.

It was like an extended epilogue but I appreciated that as there was a lot of stuff to say about Bobby and Kit. I also like how it set up for future books. Good job!

FABULOUS BOOK!
I mean seriously just so good!
This picks up where book one left off with Bobby and Kit. The trauma of Kits fight for her life is over, injuries healed and Bobby's new date to defend his title is waiting to happen.
So exciting!
I highly recommend this series!

You need to read this series in order. This is the continuing story of Bobby and Kit from book one and while that book already had a HEA, this book covers their life from the lead up to their wedding and afterwards. There are lots of characters to wrap your head around and the whole brother sister thing can be confusing, as most are only best friends, not real siblings. There's lots of action revolving around MMA prizefighter Bobby, his training and the gym's fighting schedule and heaps of banter and fun scenes. Not a great deal really happens plot wide, just daily life, family and dramas. I enjoyed it and look forward to reading this whole series. 4.5 stars

This book was ok but really didn't need to exist. It was shorter than book one but also crammed too much drama for the length. There were pov changes outside the main characters and it seemed like there was gonna be a lot of overlap between this and the next book.

I Need More!

This is my second read of Finding Victory (I didn’t review after the first read) and I enjoyed Bobby and Kit’s story even more. I love even though it’s Bobby and Kit’s story we get large glimpses into the people in their lives and then they in turn get their own stories. I loved the look into cage fighting and can totally recommend the Rollin On Series.

Edited 12. 8. 21 l absolutely love the Rollers and I’ve just listened to the audio for like the 4th time. This series is like comfort food for the soul. The Rollers are my go to when I need a pick up and I read or listen to this series at least once a year 💕

Finding Victory is the second book in the Rollin On series and it can't be read as a standalone. Don't even try it, ladies, because it starts just where Finding Home (#1 book) ended. I must confess I was a little worried about reading this book because I wanted Kit and Bobby to have the HEA I imagined for them. Yeah, I got so attached to that couple that, in my mind, I would have let nothing more hurt either ever again. However, things aren't so simple and, I may be a little cruel, but I am glad that is the case. After all, nothing can be truly cherished if you didn't have work hard for it.

Bobby still has my heart. He is still one of the best alpha males I have ever read about. He is strong, confident, loving and so funny. I was giggling at the text conversation Kit, Bobby, and Jack had while the latter was "driving". I so love the way they interact because I feel that they fit well together. It is as if they had an aura that screams HAPPY FAMILY surrounding them.

Now, regarding the plot, I must warn you all that your heart will be warmed and crushed and the cycle will repeat itself. Therefore, you might need some tissues when you start it. Honestly, I have nothing to complain about the book. In fact, I want to praise the author for her writing. The plot flew so smoothly that it let me deeply connect with the main characters and their families in such a way that their joy and pain were truly my own. I felt the frustration, pain, and fear of Bobby when his girl disappeared. I understood Kit's need to want to heal her own scars. Truth be told, every lady wants a shoulder to cry own and an embrace that would stop the pain in our hearts. Nevertheless, sometimes healing needs to be done alone because in loneliness we truly understand everything we have and its true worth.

I am grateful that I got a peek at the mind and heart of Kit and Bobby. I saw the struggle the latter had to deal with when it came to Kit's absence and the loss of his belt, as well as the healing path full of obstacles of the former. I saw how a male figure helped Jack evolve. I do believe readers will fall in love with the characters as deeply as I did and won't ever let go of this series.

3.5 rounded up

Ok, so the problem is, I really like the characters and the story overall, but the inconsistencies and terminology used and lack of details is annoying.

There's the inconsistent engaged date of 2/11 in book 1 vs 2/13 in this book.

Jack turned 16 and got his license but was 3 years younger than 20 year old Izzie? Interesting math calculations there.

Where does the story even take place? Not Europe or Australia. Assumed US somewhere. But it's just some "small town". Make up something and give me better details to picture as I read the story.

And as a Disney fan, I feel I have to point out that it's prince Eric, not prince Erik.

I was expecting Iz to have her baby during the fight too. The two of them will obviously end up together. But man, what a ride.

I was also surprised Jimmy lost his fight. Though, I'd rather him lose than Bobby. But they could have both one their class! Stupid distraction with Ben.

Bobby is definitely needy with his constant texts but he makes it endearing. Along with his dates on his tattoo as introduced in the first book.

Hmmm. What else? I don't care for the abrupt ending again either. It's like the stories just end mid-story. And the same as the first book.... Where the story is written in current tense as the story goes and then fast forward talk of how things go by quickly. I don't know how else to explain it but it was the same in the first book. Living in the moment vs reading a cliff note version of stuff.

And the words used... I get that the author is in Australia but the setting appears to be more so US based. And half the stuff they say are not terms that Americans use. Sigh.

The "yes" day was a bit lame too. Especially after his fight where he's battered and broken.

But I will read on because I want to read more about what happens with all of them and they all intermingle a lot in the books. So I'm sure we'll see more of Kit and Bobby in the next book. Jimmy was actually a bit subdued when it came to his dealings with Kit in this book too. Unlike the first book. 🤷🏼‍♀️

I'd almost say it's more of a 3.5 star book, but I'll round up and give it a 4 because I did like the read/characters overall.

Some soul crushing moments and the warmth of true love.

Finding Victory gripped me in an unexpected way. I found it to have an unusual storytelling style, with 50% of the book being about the main couple Kit and Bobby and the other 50% being about family and setting up the boys individual stories.

Even though it was mainly told through Kit and Bobby's POV, what was happening to their family around them broke my heart. Jimmy's pain hit me so acutely, I had to take breaks from reading before I could delve deeper into the story. Part of me wished the series had just jumped straight into Iz and Jimmy's book, so I could just "rip off the band aid" so to speak.

Kit and Bobby's story was a whirlwind of wedding and fight preparation, with their love holding strong and never waivering. The adrenaline definitely gets pumping at the climax of the fights as Bobby competes to win his title back. I do love their connection and we can all hope for our own true love. As with their previous book, their chemistry was off the charts.

Overall I had more of an emotional impact in regards to Jimmy and Iz and I was wishing things didn't play out the way they did - It really did mess with me.
It was a mixed bag for me of enjoying the story, being annoyed, clutching at my heart and being unsure why there was another book from Kit and Bobby's POV.
I am scared to read the next book because I think it is going the break my heart.

Laugh & Cry, Scream & Shout!

I'm a voracious, wide spectrum of genres. When I find a good story teller I want to share them.
My family has been involved in law enforcement, the military and martial arts.  Emilia covers it all!

I don't look for editing errors but do blink a few times when I come across them. There are some amazing, gifted writers out there who deserve to have their visions and stories told. An author that values and respects all the roles that men and women have to maneuver through in our social world today is invaluable. Thank you for not being over the top descriptive in the character's intimate moments.

(Maybe I'd better hurry up in my re-reading but wanted to leave this review before I was buried in the stories again.) If not for the E-reader our house would be wall-to-wall books with narrow pathways. Thanks to Kindle Unlimited or we'd be eating ramen and drinking only water!

There are only a few authors that I sincerely want to see in every format-hardbound to audio. This author is one I hope to see in those other formats.

I started with the Rollin On Series and followed with Checkmate. Had to backtrack with Survivor to get the whole picture. l love, love the Rollin On Crew. But Checkmate ... well.. Sealed the deal! OMG! I'm re-reading all the series' before reading Rise Of The King. Ya know it’s bad when I’m following the author on Face Book.  Five stars for them all.

This series just isn’t hitting for me… literally since it’s about a group of fighters. I’m going to continue on since the third book is about another couple, I really hope it’s better!!

This book continues with Bobby and Kit’s love story. More specifically with the planning of their wedding and Bobby’s upcoming fight that he missed out on in Book 1 because Kit was kidnapped and tortured. As I mentioned the “baby” talk is too much. And no relationship is that perfect. Bobby is so completely obsessed with her it’s actually cringy. She has to check in throughout the day with texts or he goes crazy thinking she’s leaving him. He even has a live feed set up at his fight so he can watch her arrive. It’s beyond clingy and more crazy. I would never be able to be with a person that controlling of my every move. Also… every single meal in this book consists of them eating Pizza. I love pizza just like everyone else but every chapter they are consuming pizza like COME ON.

Eventually the fight happens and of course Bobby wins and takes back his world championship title.

The best part of this book was their month long European vacation. Also the unexpected pregnancy with Bobby’s sister Izzy. The next book is about her so I’m praying it’s better! I will give this series another chance…

Kit and Bobby's journey after ever 4.5 stars

BAM! Emilia Finn bashes you in the face with the ending of Finding Home. OMG I cannot even. I wanted to shake her so bad. What did she do!

In the first book, we learned about Kit's struggle to find her peace after losing her best friend and taking care of a teen brother and the whole family fiasco. Holy hell in a basket! The girl fought hard. And then there was Bobby and his posse of brothers and I love them all and I want them all. #theyareallmine in case anyone wondered. I have claimed each and everyone.

Finding Victory starts where we finished in Finding Home. Kit is not where she is supposed to be. Bobby is totally freaking the hell out and so is Jack. This is where I wanted to grab the kid and hug him hard and tell him everything will be okay. The total transformation that we see with Jack, left me feeling all warm and cozy. The boys' influence on Jack, their strength, their goodness, everything reflected in their actions. And then the whole Jimmy situation. And Izzy and Evie, OMG I want to run away with Evie. And then there's new development. I can't even.

Once again Emilia Finn ripped my heart out, stomped on it and then came to hug me. OMG this woman just keeps on making me cry, swoon, laugh and cry some more and fall in love and everything. The feels with both stories is amazing. It felt real. It was real. Whether Kit finds her HEA with Bobby and whether Bobby gets his girl will only be told with 'The End'. And will her family be able to tear her up even more that she already was. To find out just 1-click this swoony story asap.

Summary:

This book is a continuation of Kit and Bobby's story. Kit it’s almost all healed up from her injuries. Bobby is set to have his rematch. Jimmy is also set to have his big fight. Turns out Bobby and Jimmy’s fights are on the same day at the same arena.

We also get to know Tina and Evie more in this book. I predict that Tina and Aidan will be an item.

Izzy and Jimmy are back to being friends finally. But it is still tense at times. They still love each other and won't do anything about it.

Jimmy loses his fight. This happens because he gets distracted by Ben, Izzy‘s baby daddy, making a surprise appearance in the audience.

Bobby wins his fight. And in the epilogue, Kit asks Bobby if he wants to start making babies.

Review:

This book had a lot of character development, which I love. I'm happy to see Kit and Bobby are doing so well together. I’m glad that Jack is starting to grow up and mature. I can’t wait to see Izzy and Jimmy finally get together in the next book. I think Aiden will be really good for Tina and Evie. Jon and Casey better end up together.

Again, kind of lacking on the spicy scenes, but the character development and plot make up for it.

Finding Victory by Emilia Finn picks up where Finding Home left off. This book is even more amazing than the first book. Emilia Finn has created the perfect blend of drama, comedy, romance, and intrigue. The Rollin Crew is back to business with kicking butt in their fights, and looking out for one another.

She has created a perfect cast of characters that are easy to relate to, and you just really want them to be real so you can hang out with them. The storyline is easy to follow. I was drawn in from the first paragraph. The characters are all compelling, and easy to relate to. There were moments where I just wanted to hug Kit, Jack, and Iz so they would know that everything is going to be okay. The characters seemed real with their own distinct voices, flaws, and virtues. The secondary characters are perfectly blended into the story of the main characters.

I love, love, love this series. I will recommend it to anyone and everyone who loves romance mixed in with sports. I give it 5/5 Platypires.

Finding Victory continues Bobby and Kit's story from Finding Home, Rollin On Book #1. Finding Victory is definitely not a stand-alone, so make sure to read the beginning of Bobby and Kit in book 1 first. This is the story of their wedding, their honeymoon, and Bobby's championship fight. We also get a lot of scenes with Jimmy and Iz, which leads into their story for Finding Forever, Book #3.

I fell in love with Bobby in book 1 and this book made me fall even deeper. He's alpha, protective, sweet, loving, and supportive in everything Kit needs. All of the Rollers have stolen my heart and this is one of my absolute favorite series of all times. I read the original versions, which were great, and now Emilia has rewrote them, added bits and pieces, and cleaned them up. Book 1 and Book 2 have been re-released and they are AWESOME! I had originally given this one 4 stars, but after the rewrite, it is a solid 5 stars in my opinion. I highly recommend this book and this author!

I absolutely loved this book in the series. Not only do we find out what happened after Kit woke up but we also get to find out about Iz and her struggles. Her struggles of course kinda trickle over onto Jimmy (bless his heart) but not even in the way you're thinking but hey since I'm not giving that or anything else away you need to buy it. Oh and let's not forget Christina and Evie (adorable so I read) and how they end up being the newest additions and how that came to be (yup I almost busted a gut during that action). All in all everyone gets in on the action so of course it can't be a bad read. Come on when we get an amazing story and know what's up with them all (well hells bells they do darn near everything together). You gotta love this clan I mean the writer makes them a clan that you can't help but love since they are more than willing to expand and welcome everyone in love. They love hard and play hard then kick butt in the ring. What's not to love.

"It blows my mind that she thinks that way. That she thinks I had a choice. That she has no clue that I’m the thankful one. She chose me. She chooses me every day, and every day, I wake up and thank the universe for putting us on the same path."

3.5★ | To be honest at first I didn't understand the point of this book, considering that Kit and Bobby already had their HEA in the first book, but now I get it... it was a way to introduce Izzy and Jimmy's history AND I'M SO EXCITED ABOUT IT! And also the way to introduce two characters that i fell in love with from the first moment; Tina and little Evie.

Kit and Bobby, on the other hand, were so cute together. Instalove is not really my thing, but I enjoyed their story. At first I thought Bobby would be the typical alpha-caveman-whatever man, but in reality he was a softie. And Kit... baby girl had a shitty luck, but I'm happy because she had the happy ending she deserved.

This is book 2 in the series, It does pick up where the previous book stopped, so I would suggest that you read these in order.

I think this book is great, and I hardly give out 5 stars, but the first book got them and so does this second book. This series so far has made me laugh, cry, get angry, feel victorious, and want to just shake somebody, then you want to hug on them.

Character development continues to advance and make these characters more fun, more believable, more relatable. The secondary characters are really starting to become their own and I am sure to have their own storyline next. Bobby and Kit are made for each other and their love is truly amazing, Jimmy and Iz you want to shut them in a room and make them wake up and see. Then there is Tink and Jon, and another new couple of Aiden and Tina. Lots and lots of friends and family to love in these books.

I would suggest you read these and read them in order. No Cliffhangers, no cheating, and HEA

I Love This Family!

I'm not going to lie. I was a little skeptical about this book. The first book was beyond good, and it felt as if Kit and Bobby got their HEA so I wasn't sure they needed a second book. I thought it couldnt possibly be as good as the first so I almost skipped it and moved on to book 3. I am so happy I didnt. From the very first chapter I was hooked on Kit and Bobby all over again and I was very pleasantly surprised that their second story was shared with Jimmy and Iz. I love this family so much that I may slightly be neglecting my own family to get more of the Rollins Crew. Its ok. They'll get over it. I setiously cannot tear myself away from these books. Emilia Finn has created a power couple that I just can't get enough of and has laid down the ground work to establish a few more.

Book 2, must read book 1 first.

This is the second book in Emilia Finn’s Rollin’ On series. While this book does have a complete storyline and does not end with a cliffhanger, I do not think you could call it a standalone novel. It would be better qualified as an extended epilogue for book one and a prologue for book three. (With lots of set up for the other brothers’ future stories as well.) This is still a story worth reading. More heartbreak and emotion, lots of alpha male protectiveness, and plenty of banter among all of the siblings. Read Finding Home first, then read this book, and prepare yourself to read Finding Forever because you will definitely want to know what happens with Jim and Izzy.

okay sequel

This sequel was just okay imo. Not much really happens. I thought the first book was much better and enjoyable. This is a “filler” book and is used to set up more books in the series. This book includes the wedding, honeymoon, and title fight for Bobby and Kit. A new character is introduced, Tina, who I’m guessing is the set up for a future book about her and Aiden. There is a big surprise from Izzy that I think sets up a series book about her and Jimmy. It’s not a standalone, so don’t read it unless you’ve read the first in the series. The characters are all likable and I really love the sister-bond between the women and the chosen family love in the group with the men.

>Book Review – Finding Victory
>I am an independent reviewer. This book is the 2nd in the Rollin On series and ends in an HEA for Bobby and Kit. This book deals with a lot. There is a few broken hearts, a cute little girl, a wedding, honeymoon and a heck of a title fight. Everyone is way over-protective of Kit and Jack is turning in to one heck of a man!
>This book is appropriate for an adult audience. I am giving this book 5 stars. The whole gang is back and their interactions are as fun and interesting as ever. The descriptions of the MMA fighting are enough to make the fight scenes pop, but not too much to make the story drag. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

I have a hard time when a book is a part of a series but book one and two are about the same couple. Usually after the first book I am ready to move on to couple number 2... but not this time. This book PACKS THE PUNCH (literally, figuratively) and bring the DRAMA. We not only get more Bobby & Kit but we also dive in a little to Jon/Casey, Jimmy/Iz & Aiden/Tina(?)! And we meet sweet adorable Evie. I love her adorable little self.
If you've read book one then you're already obsessed and you know you need to read this book. And since Jimmy is my book boyfriend (seriously, I adore him) you know I am BEYOND EXCITED for book 3.
Buy it (or kindle unlimited it), read it, love it.

For Wedding Fans

I felt like Bobby and Kit’s story should have been a back story and not the main story. Although, I was glad it wasn’t a break up story between them like most romance books, it lacked the chemistry and passion found in the 1st book with their story. I skimmed a lot in this 2nd book because it wasn’t nearly as good as the 1st one. It seemed like it had a lot of uninteresting filler material. Since the 1st book was so good, I will give at least 2 more books in the series a chance to see if they can match its level. However, if you’re a fan of weddings and wedding planning this may be a book you want to read.

Just when I thought I couldn't love the Kincaid men anymore, Emilia Finn proves that, yes, yes I can love the Kincaid men more. Bobby is still the absolute BEST kind of alpha hero who loves his woman like crazy and shows it over and over again in Finding Victory. I love, love, loved everything about Bobby and Kit even more in this book. We also get to see much more from the other family members this time around which was something I also absolutely loved. Actually, I absolutely loved every single bit of Finding Victory to be honest. I'm on the edge of my seat waiting for more!

What a wonderful family

I read this story via ku. I'm leaving my review voluntarily. This is a continuation of Bobby and Kit's story and also the rest of their family. It centers around them training at the gym, the honeymoon and some drama with Iz and Jimmy.

Triggers: not really

The author has done a great job with these characters. I could totally envision the events happening as I was reading.
I liked Kit much better in this book vs book 1. Maybe she just needed Bobby's love. 😄

Read on for book 3, Iz and Jimmy's story.

Review: I really enjoyed the continuation of Kit and Bobby but I didn’t feel like it was super necessary. I felt like it was almost a prequel to Iz and Jimmy rather than Kit and Bobby. Nothing super important happened to Kit and Bobby but it’s definitely necessary before Finding Forever. It was a cute continuation of their love story but there wasn’t any conflict between them or anything super actionable. I was extremely happy that they set up Aiden’s book, but also kinda upset that I have to wait another book to read his. And I have to wait another two books for Jon’s! I was super excited by the end and I can’t wait to see them as secondary characters in the next book!

I loved continuing the rollin on and especially Bobby and Kit’s story they’re ana amazing couple and their love runs deep both for one another and the family thats been created. The emotional aspects of this book are on point they made me so happy and i can’t wait to see more of this crew. As a note if you’ve read the first book and struggled and are trying to figure out whether to read book 2 i say do it! Her writing improved so much as did the characters imo. Emilia Finn has convinced me to look into her other series as well. 🔥
